Our B&B is at San Giuseppe district of Comacchio in an area surrounded by peaceful countryside, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view. "La Mia Oasi" is welcoming, with refined attention to detail.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to enjoy local craft products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas, enjoyable long walks in the many gardens and stunning surrounding countryside.
Near our facility you can find everything for a memorable holiday, from sport to culture, shopping, relaxation.

Our property is the ideal location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, for work and business trips, for a romantic getaway that makes you feel like a couple again, if you're looking to spend time in untouched nature.

During the pleasant season, guests of my B&B are served in the garden. I have arranged tables and benches so they can enjoy a healthy and abundant breakfast surrounded by nature. I personally prepare various cakes and jams with different flavors.

Everything was wonderful: Booking two single rooms was smooth, the reception by Mrs. Luciana was very friendly, the location was lovely, the breakfast couldn't have been better (with special requests fulfilled) - the accommodation's location is central to the many attractions nearby and in the surrounding area. We left completely satisfied with the impressions. Thank you, Mrs. Luciana!

If you want a vacation focused on peace and relaxation, this is the ideal location. I absolutely recommend it. Nestled in a wonderful garden where no noise can be heard, it is the perfect place for nature lovers. The welcome from Ms. Luciana is also excellent, as she prepares delicious km 0 breakfasts. The structure is also in a strategic position to reach various destinations in the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Truly an oasis of peace immersed in nature. Mrs. Luciana is welcoming and makes you feel at home, the breakfast she personally prepares is excellent, with cakes and jams made by her. Strategic location to reach Comacchio, Ravenna, the beaches and bike paths on the fantastic cycle paths.

Set in a very well-kept and relaxing rural setting, run by a helpful and welcoming owner. Accommodations are not very large but complete with what is needed and clean. Good breakfast. Ideal for a getaway from urban stress and as a base to explore the Comacchio area.

I stayed at the B&B La Mia Oasi with my bike as I had planned a tour of the Valli di Comacchio and the Sacca Scardovari. The B&B, surrounded by greenery, is a short distance from the Statale Romea and therefore offers the possibility to move in every direction. The room I was offered was to my liking: clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast (enhanced by an unusual pumpkin jam!). Mrs. Luciana is friendly and nice. I would gladly return.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in the countryside surrounded by fields, suitable for those who want to spend a few days in nature. The owner is a very helpful lady who prepares excellent cakes and delicious jams for a great breakfast. Dogs are welcome and have the freedom to roam in a well-kept large garden. Overall, it was a great stay.

Located in the countryside, but relatively close to Comacchio, where we went for the eel festival. Quiet, clean, organized, abundant breakfast with genuine farm products, efficient management, welcoming, nice. The family enjoyed it. We will come back. The frescoes painted by the manager on the internal and external walls of the structure are nice and interesting.

A fairy tale, enchanting place immersed in greenery. Clean B&B, very well cared for in every detail, enriched by the wonderful paintings painted by the very sweet lady who manages the structure. And what about the delicious breakfasts, the super croissants and jams, the return to the B&B was excellent with the scent of freshly baked cakes and the sweetness of the lady, like being at home. It would be a shame not to go.

Excellent refuge from chaos and ideal stop for relaxation. Homely welcome in a small corner of silence. Splendid homemade jams. If you are looking for a resort, you are in the wrong place. If you want a B&B to escape from plastic and concrete then you are at your destination.

Truly fantastic place, away from the chaos, quiet, fresh. An oasis in every way! Peace and tranquility in the middle of nature, suitable for relaxation. Super friendliness and availability of the owner, a very nice and welcoming person! Abundant and genuine breakfast (all homemade products). Impeccable cleanliness. We will definitely come back.

Two wonderful days; the kindness of Mrs. Luciana knows how to make you feel comfortable. Wonderful breakfast, delicious yogurt, marvelous cakes. The structure is well integrated into the surrounding countryside, definitely worth going back.

The first year we happened to come by chance and this is the tenth summer that my boyfriend and I come here. We immediately felt at home and every year Mrs. Luciana welcomes us with open arms, prepares us super breakfasts and has become not only the hostess but also a friend. Dogs, rabbits and other wild animals brighten our vacations in the middle of nature and five minutes by car from the sea.

Welcomed by the kindness of Luciana during a quick stop on our motorcycle trip, we greatly appreciated, in addition to the quality of the structure, its location in a true oasis of tranquility. Unusual was the company of a family of owls that watched over our motorcycles during the night. The jams were excellent.

Tranquil B&B 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Comacchio and 10 minutes from the city of Comacchio. Surrounded by nature, it is a welcoming B&B. I stayed in the studio and we had everything we could need: parking space, kitchen, television, air conditioning, etc. The very kind owner pampered us throughout the vacation with her desserts and homemade yogurt. We will come back to visit.

The best bed and breakfast I have stayed at so far. The owner, besides being very nice, knows how to treat customers well. The place is wonderful, immersed in nature, which also makes you forget that the sea is nearby because it is so nice to be there. Then I must also say that the owner makes super breakfasts that I have not eaten even in a four-star hotel. She prepares excellent homemade jams and cakes, very delicious. Therefore, I recommend it to everyone. Avoid money-sucking hotels, come here.
