La Mansarda di Greta is a comfortable accommodation for two or more people. It has a spacious double bedroom, a comfortable living room with a dining table, fireplace, television, and sofa. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The bathroom is adequately spacious with a shower and washing machine. The location is a bit decentralized but the area is very quiet and the center can be reached in a few minutes by car. The managers are available and kind and provide coffee, sugar, oil, etcetera. You can park the car in front of the house.

Excellent structure, clean, welcoming, meticulously cared for, feels like being at home. Congratulations.

Stop in Modena. Highly recommended for the manager's availability and for the structure that lacks nothing!

I have been running a Bed & Breakfast for 9 years and I travel a lot for theater tours. This experience of hospitality and travel leads me to say that La Mansarda di Greta is one of the most welcoming places I have ever found. Its owner is smiling and helpful. You cannot find better. A small house, but with many small attentions. The location was excellent for us, for what we had to do; for others it might not be (I rated it 8 just to give a warning to those looking for something different, but for us it was a 10). But we immediately found a bar on the street that suited our needs and a fried dumpling to die for.

An apartment in the attic of a very beautiful house, convenient for those arriving from the highway and then going into Modena to visit it. The host was extremely kind, available to any solution to advance my check-in a little and although we stayed only one day, we really enjoyed it. Cleanliness at the highest level. Definitely recommendable.
