Our B&B is placed with lavish spa waters and facilities (Terme San petronio Antalgik, Terme Felsinee, San Luca Pluricenter · Terme Felsinee Bologna) at Bologna art city, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the old city centre nearby Costa. "La Magnolia B&B" is a building of the past brought into the present with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.

Travellers staying with us will be able to stroll and shop in the shopping streets, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, explore cultural events and exhibitions, stroll in the quiet, lush gardens and beautiful landscapes.

It was a much more comfortable accommodation than I expected. The room was pretty clean and tidy, the apartment has a very cutie garden with a cutier doggie. Franca was so friendly and warm that I felt like I knew her before. I surely would prefer this property second time if I need to book somewhere in Bologna.

We left La Magnolia with heavy hearts today. During our 9-day stay, Franca and her family became very dear to us. Franca is a wonderful host, always ready to meet the guests' wishes and available with advice and help. La Magnolia is conveniently located and, thanks to its secluded courtyard location, is absolutely quiet. The main train station is within a good half-hour's walk and offers opportunities for day trips, for example to Florence, Venice, Parma, Ravenna, Modena or Ferrara. Of course, one should also fully enjoy the beautiful Bologna. After just a 10-minute walk, you can already immerse yourself in the arcades of the old town. We parked the car in a traffic-calmed side street adjacent to La Magnolia during our stay. We had a very spacious 3-bed room, which with its own balcony (overlooking the beautiful garden with 100-year-old magnolias), shower room, air conditioning, comfortable beds, and even a kitchenette, left nothing to be desired in terms of comfort. Everything was very clean. We would recommend La Magnolia without hesitation.

Very convenient structure to reach the stadium on foot and the city center by bus in a few minutes, set in a beautiful garden with very kind and welcoming owners. Very clean double room with mineral water, juices, and biscuits kindly offered! Honestly, the room is a bit small but the bed is comfortable, price is average (euro 140.00 with an additional tourist tax of euro 3.00 per person). Good breakfast, but I would have put more things, only two cakes (one of which was half) and the cookies for all the guests in the structure were few. However, the homemade cakes are good and everything is very tidy. I recommend it.

Buonasera Francesca, la ringrazio per la recensione e mi fa davvero piacere siate state bene. Ci tengo a spiegarle che abbiamo messo due torte per 8 persone poiché ci dispiace sprecare il cibo e farne di più significa buttare qualcosa ogni giorno. Ci tengo anche a dirle che la torta a metà era stata sfornata il pomeriggio precedente, proprio per questo motivo cerchiamo di fare sempre qualcosa che possa finire nell’arco dei due giorni. La scorsa mattina sono avanzate comunque qualche fetta di ciambella e qualche pezzo di crostata. Inoltre per colazione si trova anche la frutta, il pane, integrale e semplice, burro e marmellate di diversi tipi, yogurt, muesli e cornflakes. Mi spiace vi sia sembrato poco. In ultimo, la camera in cui avete soggiornato è per una persona, non per due. Quando avete telefonato vi abbiamo spiegato che era l’unica rimasta e che con un letto ad una piazza e mezzo sareste potute stare in due stringendovi, vi siamo venute incontro vista la problematica della disponibilità di strutture in zona causa il concerto. Il prezzo di € 140,00 era un prezzo modificato sulla base del concerto e del fatto che foste in due. La camera in cui avete soggiornato ha generalmente un costo di € 60,00 (sempre più tassa di soggiorno che incassiamo noi ma versiamo al comune) A presto, Sara

Stayed at La Magnolia B&B, I found the structure very pleasant and comfortable, spacious and clean, easy to reach. Franca has always been very helpful and kind. The breakfast was beyond my expectations. I would say that La Magnolia B&B deserves a full rating in all respects, also for the quality/price level, highly recommended.

I highly recommend Franca, her family, and La Magnolia B&B. We had a great time. Franca welcomed us with a smile and a lot of kindness and availability. The room was fantastic! The location very close to the center also allows for a nice walk. The breakfast… the homemade chocolate cake was wonderful. I will definitely turn to Franca for the next stay.

The La Magnolia B&B is a little piece of paradise. Located in a strategic place, close to the center, with a beautiful garden, it's a gem. We had a great time and highly recommend it to everyone. Very beautiful and spotlessly clean room, super breakfast. Franca, the owner, is a sweet and friendly person, her smile immediately wins you over. We especially liked it because it's a quiet place where you can relax and breathe a homely atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Perfect for everyone. La Magnolia B&B is a gem, as far as I'm concerned and for the needs I had it completely satisfied my expectations exceeding them. Cleanliness, order, hospitality, comfort, everything a traveler needs is found in this B&B which with its internal garden and breakfast room with large windows will give you moments of relaxation and peace. Il soggiorno in questa struttura è stato molto positivo e sicuramente sarà il posto dove ritornerò la prossima volta che verrò a Bologna. La camera molto confortevole, pulitissima e silenziosa anche se il palazzo si trova in pieno centro ed a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Una nota molto positiva alla signora Franca, l'anima di questo b&b, sempre disponibile e gentilissima.

Accoglienza perfetta aldilà di ogni nostra aspettativa. La proprietaria ha fatto molto di più di quello che ci aspettavamo, riservandoci la veranda per le colazioni anche per le cene (causa chiusura alle 18 di tutte le attività di ristorazione), preparandoci addirittura personalmente una cena per 4 persone. La casa è all'interno di un bellissimo giardino-cortile nascosto, nella bella stagione deve essere bellissimo usufruirne. Camere comode e pulite.

Il posto è molto carino, ben curato pulito accogliente. E' una sorpresa trovare una sorta di isola verde nel caos bolognese. Ciò che offre fa sentire un po come essere a casa. I proprietari sono persone gioviali aperte calorose. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

La Signora Franca, colei che ha gestito il B&B nel giorno del mio pernottamento, è stata di un'educazione e di una disponibilità esemplare. Sono stato trattato esattamente come bisognerebbe trattare un cliente: ossia nel miglior modo possibile. Un angolo di verde in mezzo ai palazzi, dove far colazione con le prelibate torte della signora Franca in un ambiente ospitale familiare. La disponibilità della Signora Franca va ben oltre la normale cortesia che ci si aspetta. Sicuramente torneremo in questa struttura nei prossimi viaggi a Bologna. Da consigliare senza indugio.

Ho soggiornato con il mio fidanzato qui per visitare Bologna e sono molti i punti di forza di questo B&B: partendo dalla struttura ha un giardino molto curato, le camere funzionali, ben pulite, arredate ed è possibile consumare una buona colazione Anche in camera Ottima è anche la posizione, zona che offre molti servizi utili tra cui a pochi passi dal B&b c’e la fermata dei bus che portano alla città o, se si preferisce, si può facilmente raggiungere il centro storico a piedi (10/15 m). Infine la proprietaria è gentilissima e sempre molto disponibile con i suoi clienti.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati in questo meraviglioso B&B Comodissimo al centro di Bologna, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Piazza Maggiore La signora Franca è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni richieste e consigliato degli ottimi posti dove mangiare. La camera era accogliente e pulita, è stato come sentirsi a casa. Ritorneremo sicuramente Manolo e Noemi.

La struttura è davvero molto bella, curata e confortevole. In posizione molto tranquilla, ma al contempo vicinissima al centro città (un quarto d'ora a piedi, cinque minuti di bus). La colazione è abbondante e Franca gestisce il tutto in maniera impeccabile. Senza alcun dubbio il miglior B&B di Bologna (e non solo!). Lo consiglio a tutti e continuerei a farlo!

Il B&B si trova al secondo piano in una palazzina che è disposta parallelamente alla via principale. Le stanze sono una parte dell'appartamento della proprietaria con una buona illuminazione e con il climatizzatore. La proprietaria è estremamente disponibile e socievole senza essere invadente. La location si trova comoda alla facoltà di ingegneria ed a 15 minuti a piedi da piazza maggiore. Lì in zona ci sono molte trattorie e ristoranti dove andare a mangiare ed è comodissima anche alla fermata dell'autobus.

Consiglio a tutti questo B&B, oltre a essere bello ed accogliente è anche molto pulito, fornisce un servizio da albergo. In camera trovi tutto quello che ti serve, nella mia stanza c'era il frigo fornito di acqua, latte, succo di frutta, marmellatine e burro, inoltre ho trovato fette biscottate e biscotti. Questo a parte dalla colazione che offre tutto, sopratutto buonissime torte preparata dalla signora Franca tutte le mattine, che è molto gentile e simpatica. La stanza l'ho sempre trovata ben riscaldata e pulitissima, per non parlare del graziosissimo giardinetto all'esterno. Faccio i miei più sentiti complimenti ai gestori della struttura. Se passate da Bologna andateci!
