The breakfast is already in the cupboard and in the refrigerator. The coffee is in high quality capsules; in the fridge there will be milk and orange juice; in the cupboard you will find packaged biscuits and croissants. It will be my concern to direct guests to the best pastry shops in the area to appreciate the sweets and flavors that the city offers.

Packaged breakfast, poor quality, just to justify the "B" (Breakfast) of B&B. \nClose to the city center and quiet.

Non sono d’accordo sul voto alla pulizia. Ci impegnano molto a fornire un alloggio pulito e disinfettato. Seguiamo un protocollo molto meticoloso. Il resto è una questione di gusto personale che non discuto. Bisogna sempre tenere conto del fatto che per questo prezzo non è possibile pernottare in nessun altro appartamento del centro storico.

I appreciated: the availability of Anthony and the staff, the breakfast for which they met my needs and delivered what was requested, the little terrace to have breakfast and the central location.\nI did not appreciate:\nThe unpleasant smell in the kitchen and in the room, poor cleanliness (both in the kitchen: hair in the drawer, smelly fridge, in the room and bathroom: hair on the floor and on the tiles - even after we cleaned again), the double bed which is actually composed of 2 single beds with one uncomfortable mattress, the structure in general is old (broken tiles, mold in the bathroom, furniture held together with tape in the bathroom…). The photos make the place appear tidier than it actually is.\nI recommend including a photo of the final flight of stairs to access the structure.\nIt is not a structure I would recommend.

Gentile Tania, Questa volta probabilmente abbiamo avuto un problema sulla pulizia che, solitamente, il nostro punto di forza e per questo ci scusiamo e ci siamo già attivati per sistemare il problema. il resto delle cose che ha elencato (accessibilità con scala ripida, struttura datata ecc…) è quello che rende la struttura più economica di tutte quelle presenti in questa zona. La ringrazio per tutte le segnalazioni che ci ha fornito, cercheremo di migliorare tutto per quanto possibile.

Michela and Antony are very helpful and kind people. Quiet location just a few minutes from Piazza Maggiore. Breakfast? A matter of taste, personally I don't like snacks at all. In case of mobility issues, be aware that the last flight of stairs is very steep, so much so that you have to go up in an alternating step.

Small spaces, but cozy and equipped with everything. Also appreciable the presence of a terrace, usable for breakfast and small meals in the good season. The only drawback for those who may have some lower limb discomfort, the inevitability of the three flights of stairs.

The manager is very friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent advice. The apartment is nice, with a pleasant balcony that allows for smoking, chatting, etc., without disturbing other residents. The kitchen is shared between two rooms for breakfast, so when both rooms are occupied, an agreement must be reached.

Comfortable B&B near the city center. Kind and helpful manager. Ideal for a weekend and for those who want to attend a show at the nearby Teatro Duse while staying in an ancient medieval building with modern amenities.
