A very pleasant stay at Il Giardinetto Ferrara: a quiet courtyard setting with a beautifully maintained garden. The cleanliness is excellent, as is the convenient location for visiting the city (you can reach the center in less than 10 minutes). The owner is kind and helpful. The modern and functional private bathroom is located on the upper floor with stairs, but this detail is clearly specified on the property page. There is no breakfast, but there are various cafés/patisseries 5 minutes away on foot.

Accommodation 10 out of 10! The location is perfect (a few steps from the center and well connected to the station), the room is very quiet and overlooks a very tidy internal courtyard, the cleanliness is impeccable and the kindness of the owners infinite, they welcomed us splendidly and proved to be very attentive to our needs. Thank you again for the hospitality and the attentions you have reserved for us, our stay exceeded all expectations and when we return to Ferrara this will be our first choice!

I stayed at this property during the Boss concert days in Ferrara. I couldn't have chosen better, when you open the entrance gate you find yourself in a beautifully manicured courtyard with a garden and flowers, it feels like entering an oasis of tranquility, in fact when the gate is closed you don't hear external noises. Extremely clean room with attention to detail, the managers are kind, helpful, and not intrusive, Ferrara's historic center is a stone's throw away, and the train station is less than 2 km away, and near the property there's a bus stop that takes you from the station right to their doorstep. Excellent value for money, and not trivially, they applied the same rates during the concert days, which was not a given because accommodations were skyrocketing those days. My room had the bathroom on the second floor, so if you have mobility issues, make sure to check this. I highly recommend this property and if I were to return to the beautiful Ferrara, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Il Giardinetto Rooms again! Well done and thanks again for the hospitality!

Everything is as it should be, indeed even more. The experience to highlight is with those who host us, from the welcome to the final farewell a wonderful couple. In addition to professionalism, also the ability to make you feel immediately welcomed almost in a friendly manner. Not to mention the location, accommodation, access. If we come back, we come back here. If you come to Ferrara, don't miss them.

Our group occupied all 3 rooms for two nights and the review I am about to leave is shared by everyone. The property is located near the center which is easily reachable in a few minutes. The welcome was perfect, very clean and well-heated rooms with an excellent value for money. The owner is very friendly and kind. Excellent cleaning service to be activated free of charge upon request. All recently renovated and well-furnished rooms overlook a very quiet inner garden. I gave the maximum score because they deserve it and I add: "if all facilities were like this, we would travel more often".

Excellent solution, central, well-kept. There is a beautiful inner courtyard perfectly maintained. Only remark: perhaps it is good to point out that the bathroom is above the room, being connected by a staircase, still perfect.

The bed and breakfast is in a great location to explore the historic center on foot. Large parking behind the property for a fee (but at excellent prices - € 4.20 for the entire day). The owners are very kind people. The room is spacious and comfortable, impeccable cleanliness. Only suggestion: add a luggage rack stool.

Very welcoming and well-kept facility. Located in a great position near the center, very quiet rooms. Very well-kept garden. The manager is very kind. I definitely recommend it for a stay in Ferrara.

The recently renovated B&B (visited in April 2016). Excellent cleanliness, comfortable bed, availability, and friendliness of the managers. Three rooms, independent access from a charming inner courtyard, air-conditioned and each with a private bathroom (on the upper floor, therefore, not suitable for physically handicapped individuals). Located within the walls, all the main attractions and restaurants are easily reachable on foot, large public parking nearby (free on Saturdays and holidays). Price may be a bit high compared to average (because breakfast is not included but paid separately upon request. I did not evaluate the breakfast because we did not use it). Recommended.

Excellent reception and staff availability, recently renovated room, warm and cleaned daily, everything like new, even the garden is well-kept. Very close to the historic center. Car parking at 2€/day nearby. Recommended!
