Il Contado - Room and Breakfast

This place is really lovely! It is an old farm that was refurbished into a bed and breakfast, rooms are big and cute. I went with my family to visit the Lamborghini museum and we were really happy with the place and we really recommend it! The owner was really nice and gave us very good recommendations.

Beautifully renovated, functional, historic, and clean structure. Stunning, rustic, warm, clean, and tidy room. Very nice location, air conditioning, TV, clean and tidy bathroom. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Lorenzo, the owner, is a very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and nice person. We had a great time and will definitely return. Thank you.

Lorenzo is very kind, helpful, and respectful. Spacious room, very comfortable bed! The only downside is the noise from the cars, but only until a certain evening hour.

We stayed for two nights for New Year's Eve. The structure is quiet and well furnished. The manager is nice and with whom to exchange a few words and is very attentive to the needs of the guests. It is a bit outside Modena in a quiet place and far from the city chaos. If you have a car available, it is very easy to reach the center. The quality price ratio is very good.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. Excellent breakfast and the manager is really nice and welcoming. The structure is about 10 minutes from Modena.

Delightful location full of history. The rooms are taken care of down to the smallest detail. The host ensures to provide you with maximum assistance and is attentive to your well-being throughout the stay.

Everything was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious, I did not expect that. The only downside was the morning traffic to reach Modena. But it is worth it.

A pleasant structure of good taste, welcoming and very clean. We will definitely return.

Highly recommended. My husband and I spent a weekend in this bed and breakfast which turned out to be a wonderful surprise. Well cared for in every detail, very clean and managed by Lorenzo, a kind and helpful young man. We promised ourselves to return as soon as possible.

Everything was perfect: very attentive person, extremely clean and spacious, with parking available for the car.

Beautiful property, very spacious room and bathroom, kind and helpful owner.

Very beautiful structure and recently renovated in a perfect area for my needs. It is located between Modena and Reggio. Really lovely attic room with exposed beams and a very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom furnished in a simple but tasteful way. Good breakfast available upon request from the manager... I would have appreciated some homemade sweets! It would have really added a homey atmosphere! Manager easygoing, helpful, and very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the stay, I would recommend it!

We stayed one night, a tastefully renovated farmhouse, welcoming host available to advise guests, abundant and well-assorted breakfast, strategic location to visit Modena.

Although we stayed only one night and spent little time in the room, we liked the property, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is very nice. The breakfast was of good quality and the staff's courtesy was greatly appreciated, I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Well done!

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast located in the Modena countryside, excellent location to visit the Motor Valley, managed by a competent, friendly and helpful person, excellent breakfast and a large room in a beautiful renovated farmhouse with a lovely garden.

Brand new structure, impeccable cleanliness. All seasoned with kindness and unique attention to the customer. Definitely satisfied.

A short weekend break, a quick visit to Castelfranco Emilia to meet up with friends I hadn't seen since November. This delightful bed and breakfast was a discovery! Open for only a year and managed impeccably! I will definitely return to Il Contado - Room and Breakfast! Excellent and abundant breakfast, rooms furnished with care, fabulous linens! Great value for money! Just a stone's throw from Modena and Bologna in the beautiful countryside.
