This place is really lovely! It is an old farm that was refurbished into a bed and breakfast, rooms are big and cute. I went with my family to visit the Lamborghini museum and we were really happy with the place and we really recommend it! The owner was really nice and gave us very good recommendations.

Very beautiful structure and recently renovated in a perfect area for my needs. It is located between Modena and Reggio. Really lovely attic room with exposed beams and a very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom furnished in a simple but tasteful way. Good breakfast available upon request from the manager... I would have appreciated some homemade sweets! It would have really added a homey atmosphere! Manager easygoing, helpful, and very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the stay, I would recommend it!

Although we stayed only one night and spent little time in the room, we liked the property, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is very nice. The breakfast was of good quality and the staff's courtesy was greatly appreciated, I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Well done!

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast located in the Modena countryside, excellent location to visit the Motor Valley, managed by a competent, friendly and helpful person, excellent breakfast and a large room in a beautiful renovated farmhouse with a lovely garden.

Una breve pausa nel weekend, una toccata e fuga a Castelfranco Emilia a trovare le amiche che non vedevo da novembre. Questo delizioso b&b è stato una scoperta! Aperto da solo un anno e gestito in maniera impeccabile! Sicuramente ci torno a Il Contado-room and breakfast! Ottima e abbondante colazione, stanze arredate con cura, biancheria favolosa! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! A due passi da Modena e Bologna nella bellissima campagna!
