The owner and the staff are welcoming and warm. The breakfast is plentiful and the cappuccino excellent. The room is very clean. The hotel is very well located and close to Riccione's pedestrian center. We highly recommend it.

A truly excellent experience. The hosts were exceptional. A welcome from another era. You feel at home. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent breakfast and an extremely strategic location. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and services, including a minimarket. We will definitely return.

We booked a double room one week in advance, contacting the owner through the channel he provided. Our messages asked for information about agreements with the beach clubs and the availability of parking, as expressly indicated on the website, and I never received a reply, only "seen". From the beginning the owner Luca was unpleasant towards any legitimate and reasonable request: parking, luggage storage for a few hours, etc. In all cases he showed reluctance for unfounded and incomprehensible reasons: it seemed that parking where legitimately possible for the guest was a kind concession, the same for luggage, which he still made us keep for hours in the scorching car, despite an explicit request to keep it inside the hotel. The excuse was "eh but maybe you won't find me", when he was always available on site. So: parking management definitely needs to be reviewed. The beach club agreement too: if the website mentions an agreement but then to the question "So if we say we are at Hotel Lugano and there is another rate?" the answer is no, then the communication on the website is misleading. Notes on the double room: small, furnishings need updating and the shutter needs fixing: it would lower on its own and could not be locked. The essentials were however present. Positive note for the breakfast and for Mr. Stefano who watched over at night. I will definitely not return to this property and I advise the owner to reconsider the arrogance and the "double standards" depending on the guest (young people, lower room budget).

Comfortable accommodation for a weekend by the sea, close to the beach and the main evening attractions. Unfortunately, the rooms had poor soundproofing, and above all the rudeness of the other guests.

Very kind host. Free parking.

We stayed three nights and felt very comfortable, starting with the hosts and the staff, all very kind. The room is not very large but it lacks nothing. Perhaps for breakfast I would have liked a bit of fresh bread. Everything else was fine, and everyone at the beach was fantastic.

We are a couple and stayed for a week from August 19 to 25, and I must say we had a wonderful time with the hosts, Mr. Luca and Mrs. Elisa, who were truly welcoming and helpful along with all the staff. I highly recommend the property: a truly pleasant stay in a quiet area, especially during a period with many tourists. Congratulations, Luca and Elisa!

Good morning, we stayed at this hotel from August 25 to 29 and we felt very comfortable! Cleanliness, tranquility and courtesy are strengths of this hotel! Breakfast: I would add more varieties of pastries and remove the cream cakes or otherwise overly elaborate cakes; the rest of the sweet and savory offerings are fine. The owners are kind, very helpful and friendly!👏 The service staff were efficient and polite!👏 What can I say, highly recommended! We will definitely come back.🤙

The hotel has been newly renovated and offers a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are not only new but also extremely clean and everything works perfectly. The staff is kind,welcoming and always helpful. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I have ever tried,with a wide selection of sweet and savory options but above all with high-quality products. The location is strategic: located in a quiet and peaceful area,it allows you to reach the beach,the town center and the station on foot in just 10 minutes. Fantastic experience and absolutely recommended for a stay in Riccione.

The property is in an excellent location, about a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the center of Riccione. The host is very helpful in handling guests' requests. The breakfast was excellent; knowing I wanted a savory option, they prepared boiled eggs for me. We will definitely return.

We booked only for two nights, but in any case we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and availability of the managers. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, near shops and a supermarket. A few hundred meters away is the seafront. In summary, an experience to be repeated.

We have been visiting this hotel for over 50 years: a true second home for our family. In this special place, three generations have passed, each with their own memories, but all with the same feeling: that of returning to the sea of home. Always warm welcome, well-maintained environment. Here you are not a customer, but part of the family. A well-timed last-minute trip that was greatly appreciated by my wife and me. The very kind owner assisted me over the phone while I was trying to book and was very nice even once at the property. The structure seems to be recently renovated, perfect cleanliness. Despite the limited space in the bathroom, there is everything you need. A major strength is the courtesy and availability of the staff. Good location near the sea and 10 minutes from the center on foot. Varied breakfast, abundant, fresh products.

I stayed in this hotel. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Mr. Luca. Modern structure, very clean and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is a buffet, normal.

The Hotel Lugano is located in a quiet area 10 minutes from the city center and the sea. The environments are very clean. The room is equipped with a balcony, a clothesline, and air conditioning. The buffet breakfast is good. The staff is welcoming and very kind. I highly recommend it.
