My room faced the street, which was very quiet, and had a balcony with two chairs and a slightly warped table. The cleanliness of my room was not top-notch: the main surfaces were cleaned, but not at all under the bed, where I found debris, dust and other things. The only drawback was the cleanliness, which was not up to par.

I stayed at this hotel both in June and in September 2026. I was assigned a very nice room on the third floor with a balcony. Prices are excellent and unbeatable. It is located in a central area, so there are bars, pizzerias, restaurants, etc. It is close to bus no. 4, which in one stop takes you to the station (but you can also walk). It is close to the A&O supermarket. The private beach is 50 meters from the hotel, while the public beach is about 200 meters away. The staff are friendly. It is a very simple hotel without pretensions, not luxurious. The rooms are large and nice, while the bathrooms are not renovated in all rooms (I paid a very low price, so I believe they assigned me very inexpensive rooms, but they certainly have rooms with renovated bathrooms). You can return in the evening at any time with the key that will be provided to you. The only drawback of this hotel is that, because they operate two hotels, the staff is often absent; therefore some details are not attended to (in any case there is a telephone number to contact the manager, who arrives at the hotel within a few minutes).

Room not very clean. The shower curtain was full of mold. Also, at midnight I had no light in the room and I had to call; I had to go myself to the electrical panel to flip the switch. It is unacceptable that a guest should have to do this. Where is the security? Considering the high price, even the breakfast was not adequate and the room was dirty. In addition, they came to clean the room at 7:00 PM, just when one returns from the beach and is showering. Rooms should be cleaned in the morning, not in the evening. Terrible experience. Do not go.

The Edward Hotel is located less than a five-minute walk from restaurants, bars, minimarkets and a greengrocer, as well as bazaars of all kinds. It is a few steps from the sea, which can be seen from the rooms' terraces, and is surrounded by large, shady trees. Not to mention the wonderful Mulberry Park. I don't think there's anything else to add, but it is certainly important to highlight the helpfulness of the hosts and the cleaning staff. The value for money, as a base for those who can manage on their own, is unbeatable.

This is the second year I have been to this hotel and I have always felt very good. The location is nice and convenient for everything. The only thing is the breakfast, which has nothing savory. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.

Relatively pleasant stay with some shortcomings: we had to move to another hotel for breakfast (generous), reception service almost non-existent, room cleaning very approximate and dated room and bathroom. The terrace was nice.

Many problems. The light was flickering continuously. I went out to see because there was no one after 8 PM. The cleaning ladies passed by even in the afternoon because they could not clean everything. They knocked if you were there. The breakfast was small and without fruit and cold cuts. My son's room had a broken bathroom, but then they fixed it. There were noises because the fixtures were not silent.

Hotel Edward is nice, excellent cleanliness, the only drawback is that it's the only hotel without an active front desk on site, and it's a bit "disconcerting" to find yourself having to enter both in the afternoon and in the evening with the main entrance closed (you have to enter from the side), while all the other hotels instead have "life" in their lobby, if you don't know it, it seems like a closed hotel.

Almost everything ok, cozy and complete room, what I liked less is the bed because it has an old type of metal frame where you sink in and sleep poorly, causing back pain. It would be appropriate that in 2024 structures should equip themselves with slatted bases if they want to offer a better service. Few parking spots dedicated to customers, consequently you have to leave the car far away.
