This is the second year I have been to this hotel and I have always felt very good. The location is nice and convenient for everything. The only thing is the breakfast, which has nothing savory. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.

Relatively pleasant stay with some shortcomings: we had to move to another hotel for breakfast (generous), reception service almost non-existent, room cleaning very approximate and dated room and bathroom. The terrace was nice.

Many problems. The light was flickering continuously. I went out to see because there was no one after 8 PM. The cleaning ladies passed by even in the afternoon because they could not clean everything. They knocked if you were there. The breakfast was small and without fruit and cold cuts. My son's room had a broken bathroom, but then they fixed it. There were noises because the fixtures were not silent.

Hotel Edward is nice, excellent cleanliness, the only drawback is that it's the only hotel without an active front desk on site, and it's a bit "disconcerting" to find yourself having to enter both in the afternoon and in the evening with the main entrance closed (you have to enter from the side), while all the other hotels instead have "life" in their lobby, if you don't know it, it seems like a closed hotel.

Ciao Massimiliano! Grazie del tuo prezioso feedback. Abbiamo constatato anche noi che la reception chiusa (seppur presidiata fino alle 16: 00) fosse uno svantaggio. Per questo motivo ci siamo adoperati e ora è presente un'altra ragazza alla reception e resterà aperta fino alle 22: 00!

Almost everything ok, cozy and complete room, what I liked less is the bed because it has an old type of metal frame where you sink in and sleep poorly, causing back pain. It would be appropriate that in 2024 structures should equip themselves with slatted bases if they want to offer a better service. Few parking spots dedicated to customers, consequently you have to leave the car far away.
