The apartment is comfortable, clean, nothing is missing except for the dishwasher. You do not suffer from the heat because the top floor is very ventilated, but I did not give a higher rating for the value for money because I would say it is more than a third floor without an elevator, rather it is a fourth floor and it is very heavy to go up and down.
