Breakfast is served in a small room and it is a buffet style. During the summer season, guests can also enjoy the inner courtyard. We serve an Italian breakfast including croissants, biscuits, single-portion jams, corn flakes, muesli, muffins, bread, yogurt, ham and cheese. We also have a corner dedicated to guests with gluten intolerance, with packaged products available. Additionally, we offer coffee, cappuccino, tea, and hot milk from a coffee machine.

I can't recommend this accommodation more! Everything was perfect. Great, quiet location and a close walk to the city center. There are bikes available to use for free. The host is very kind and helpful.

Very convenient for the center, kind and helpful owners, everything is great. Perhaps the only downside is that the property lacks an elevator, which could be a discomfort for people who have difficulty climbing the stairs to reach the rooms on the third floor.

Beautiful structure in an old house just steps from the center, located outside the limited traffic zone and with free parking available in the surrounding streets. The host is extremely welcoming and helpful, the buffet breakfast with fresh products. Sincerely recommended a good quality-price ratio.

We stayed one night and felt very well. Our room was very spacious, with a living area separated from the part where the bed and the bathroom are, and it was also clean. The lady was very kind; she also has several bicycles that guests of the property can borrow freely, which is very convenient since the best way to get around Ferrara is by bike. The breakfast was also good. The only point to keep in mind is that the property only has stairs and no elevators. For us, it was not a problem but it is not suitable for those who cannot go up only by stairs (e.g. elderly people or those with disabilities or if you have very heavy luggage).

Host and structure very welcoming, with well-kept interiors, close to the center in a convenient area for parking and moving around on foot in just over 10 minutes from the castle and cathedral. Very pleasant breakfast. Small outdoor space and bikes available to explore the city.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and super clean, just a 5-minute walk from the center. There is the possibility to park the car nearby for free. The breakfast was abundant and super delicious, with homemade cakes as well. The owners were professional, kind, and very friendly. The quality/price ratio was exceptional. Highly recommended. Really nice place and very well located, the room is very cute and very clean. Only downside is the lack of an elevator. Varied and really good breakfast.

I was in Ferrara for a dog show and I booked a room in this bed and breakfast, in reality I found myself in front of a wonderful mini-apartment with all the amenities and great for me and my furry child. I will definitely come back! Very kind and helpful hosts.

The property is centrally located, near Palazzo Schifanoia; with a short walk or a quick bike ride (provided by the property and always available, in excellent condition) you can reach the Estense Castle. I stayed at Guest House Delizia Estense alone for a few days during the Buskers Festival and I always felt very safe even when returning in the evening. Mrs. Veronica was helpful right away in providing information and advice for the stay; breakfast is always very varied, also with some typical sweets from Ferrara, and plentiful. Comfortable and clean environment, the rooms are mini apartments equipped with everything. If I were to return to Ferrara, it would be my first choice!

Beautifully managed structure, the location is in the historic center of Ferrara, so very suitable for visiting the city perhaps by using the bicycles made available by the Host. Clean rooms, with functional furnishings. Excellent breakfast, directly managed by the owner. If I have to find a flaw, the air conditioning not very efficient, but perhaps it was a problem limited to our room. We will definitely return.

Veronica is a kind and friendly host, she was available for every request satisfying all my needs. The structure is a small building with mini apartments complete with everything necessary, impeccable cleanliness and compliance with Covid rules, breakfast served by Veronica can be enjoyed both inside the dedicated room and in the small courtyard where bicycles are also available, an excellent means of transportation to move around the city with autonomy and freedom, walls and bike paths in the surroundings. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants and the Schifanoia Palace, in front of the house a beautiful church, there is also the possibility of parking not far away on free white lines. Definitely recommended.

The owner is very kind and helpful, she provided us with many useful tips! The numerous bicycles available allowed us to fully enjoy exploring Ferrara. The breakfast was just sufficient due to the Covid measures, however the pastries were delicious. The room-apartment is livable even though the sleeping area is not very comfortable, the bathroom and the bed were clean and comfortable. The mini-fridge needs to be kept with the door open as there is no upper air vent for circulation.

Delizia Estense is really in a delightful location, very close to the center! The managers are very kind and helpful, even their little daughter who welcomed us and gave us many useful directions! There are also many bikes available, unfortunately 3 were punctured. The breakfast is good, with homemade bread and waking up to the smell of brioche. The room-apartment is pleasant and well structured, the bathroom large and the bed clean and comfortable. Too bad the minibar was empty. Definitely recommendable.
