I had a really great experience. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a garden and has an independent entrance, with parking available. The location is very convenient due to its proximity to the hospital, which is particularly useful for those, like me, who walk there. The managers are really kind and available for every guest's need. I felt really peaceful and comfortable, as if I were at home. I have already rebooked for the next occasion.

Really nice structure located in a very quiet area and relatively close to the historic center of Reggio Emilia, which can be easily reached on foot in about 20 minutes; polite and helpful staff, breakfast free and abundant with packaged products, impeccable order and cleanliness. Overall, excellent experience!

I immediately fell in love with Gli Oleandri from the published photos and my expectations were fully met. The little apartment is perfect and equipped with all the comforts, as well as a wonderful garden. I needed a quiet place not too far from the center, also reachable on foot. Excellent value for money. The owners were very kind and discreet, yet welcoming. In case of returning to Reggio Emilia, it will be my pleasure to confirm my trust in Gli Oleandri, where I had a great time. I highly recommend it.

I was looking for a Bed and Breakfast near the hospital of Reggio Emilia and the choice fell on Gli Oleandri because it was the closest. Indeed, it is an apartment complete with everything, very spacious kitchen living room with TV, small couch, Wi-Fi, oven, and large refrigerator, large bathroom with shower, bedroom. To all this, the availability and friendliness of the managers are added. If I had to come back, it would be the first place I would contact.

I stayed at this property with my mother, the owners are very kind and helpful, a very nice and well-kept house, equipped with all the necessary services. Beautiful garden, quiet and very convenient location for those who need to stay near the hospital. Not far from the center. I highly recommend it.
