The room was nice, the host was very friendly, something went wrong with the self check-in system but the host was very welcoming and friendly so it was easily fixed for us. The guest house is near the station, a 10-minute walk to the city center. Easily reachable by car.

Our stay at Forum Guest House Parma exceeded our expectations. Despite arriving close to the check-in limit, Mrs. Giovanna quickly accommodated us. The rooms were decent, as well as the bathrooms, clean and with sufficient water. Comfortable beds. The breakfasts were also good, considering that we had a Celiac and two Vegans, the friendly Mrs. Franca met all our needs. We will return and recommend the hostel as a great budget-friendly alternative to regular hotels. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Forum Guest House is a structure near Parma station, with private internal parking; the center is reachable on foot in less than ten minutes. We found the room very nice and equipped with everything necessary, clean, and as an added value the bathroom with a whirlpool. Mr. Luciano proved to be very friendly and helpful both on the services offered and on advice about typical restaurants where to eat. I recommend staying at this property.

We stayed only one night, but we found the room adequate, tidy, modern, and clean. The manager was very helpful, giving us directions on what to see in the city and recommending where to go for dinner. The property is located in a strategic point, ten minutes walk from the center and with a large and very convenient free internal parking. Highly recommended.

Good structure for those staying in Parma for a few days: close to the train station and a stone's throw from the center of Parma. For those who like to stay in shape, it is located above a gym, which can be accessed directly. Wonderful! Rarely have I found myself in such a 'complete' Bed and Breakfast. The location is really convenient, close to the center, easily reachable and with parking. Inside, it is clean and tidy, the managers Luciano and Gianluca immediately welcomed us very kindly showing us the gym, sauna, and Turkish bath, all at our disposal! The room is undoubtedly cared for in every detail, clean and tidy. Whatever our needs were, we always found complete availability and courtesy. An experience to try!

The structure is very new and welcoming, the manager is very kind and available for everything. The room was warm and clean. I had a great time and what had never happened to me is to find a tray with tea, herbal teas, and chocolates in the room upon my return, a real treat. I recommend this structure to everyone also because the quality-price ratio is excellent.

In Parma alone for study reasons, I stayed in a single room for 2 nights at this B&B, or rather a wellness center with sauna and gym and a limited number of rooms. Equipped with all the comforts - at a slightly higher price than a small guesthouse, the owner Luciano and his collaborators are super friendly and do everything to make guests feel comfortable. Next to my room a personal sauna and given the gastronomic sins committed in Parma, the possibility to use the well-equipped gym for free is more than appreciable. Despite being adjacent to the station, the area is quiet and the main points of interest are reachable in just over 10 minutes on foot. I will definitely come back.
