We were warmly greeted upon arrival and the premises were spotless and well furnished and well heated for winter. We were an extended family and took the 3 rooms available and were especially impressed to have our own self-contained apartment along with private entrance and parking facilities. The accommodation was stocked with complimentary water, biscuits, tea and Nespresso coffee and all the necessary kitchen facilities. Breakfast was set up for us in the morning and we were able to eat this at our leisure - the host was very attentive but discreet. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Not quite as close to town as possibly some other B&Bs but this was not a problem with a car. Excellent stay.

I stayed there when visiting the Fratta Terme thermal baths. The room was very clean and well-furnished. Only for that room the bathroom is separate but still private because adjacent but above all brand new and very clean. It was very useful to be able to use the kitchen, complete with fridge, microwave, to have dinner brought from outside. Breakfast served in the same kitchen by the very kind, discreet and helpful owner.

Comfortable home, just outside the city center. The owner is a very kind, welcoming and at the same time reserved person. I stayed during a renovation period of some areas of the house, so it is difficult to judge some features.

The owner is very kind and made us feel at home. Maximum availability and well-maintained structure. Recommended for stopping halfway along the route of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines.
