Great host.

We had a good stay for one night. A very friendly host and clean accommodation.

We had a great few nights. The owner was incredibly friendly and let us in a few hours early so we could leave our luggage. The room was cosy. Even though there was no breakfast included, we got a voucher for a breakfast (very Italian: a brioche and a cappuccino) at a nearby bar. It took us 20 minutes on foot to get to the city centre, which is absolutely doable. Supermarkets are nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you, Linda.

The owner is very welcoming and helpful. Near the accommodation there is bus 21 station which will take you to Bologna Centrale (train station) in 10 minutes, by walk is 20 minutes. Near to the accommodation there is Lidl market. The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable and always have clean towels. You have a fridge and microwave at your disposal. Great option for staying at prices lower than the city's average. In our case the bathroom was not in the room but it was private, so it made no difference. A special mention for the cleanliness. The very kind lady welcomed us in the best possible way. She is a delightful person. We will definitely return.

Beautiful historic building, a little part of the city where you feel like you're in an ancient Bologna and, as a backdrop, all the new construction that has grown up around it over the decades and the Bologna Trade Fair (Expo). I went to the Expo and it is at most a 10-minute walk from the B&B. The host is a really very nice person. Inexpensive, what can I say, highly recommended.

The lady is cordial and kind.

Very cold room despite the radiators being on; the system is certainly old: they were lukewarm and we slept dressed. Wobbly bed and windows that rattled. The bathroom water took a long time to get hot and was yellowish. Needs modernizing.

Overall the property is outdated, in a neighborhood well served by public transport and supermarkets, fairly close to the center and the station. The owner is helpful and kind.

The host was very kind, and even when she was contacted late in the evening about a problem, she was able to help immediately.

Very large and clean room, located close to the city center. The host was very kind and helpful and, since we had a car, she allowed us to park for free right under the house. She also gave us two vouchers for coffee at the bar across from the house. Recommended!

Comfortable, inexpensive, and the owner is helpful. Great for one night with no expectations.

Great option for going to concerts at local venues and still just a short walk from the city center; the host was super friendly.

The host was extremely helpful and assisted us. Everything was spotless and very close to the bus stops, making it easy to get around on foot.

Very quiet, 15/20 minutes walk from the center of Bologna.

Great structure in terms of location and value for money, the bus stop to the city center (station area) is 20 meters away, from where you can reach it in 5 minutes or in 20 minutes on foot. The lady who manages it is very helpful and polite. The room is unadorned but equipped with all the comforts with a bathroom in the room, do not expect a 5-star hotel but a simple place where you can do everything you need. Recommended.

The room with the en-suite bathroom is simple, but has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Well-equipped bathroom. Presence of TV and Wi-Fi. Quiet area, quite close to the center. Kind and helpful owner.

The room used was welcoming and comfortable. It has an en-suite bathroom, television, and hydromassage shower. The common entrance is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and a coffee machine with pods. The owner, Mrs. Linda, is very welcoming and available. Excellent value for money. Located about 2 km from the center, the structure is highly recommended.

The structure is not in the central location, but it is easily reachable from the station. The places are welcoming, quiet, simple. The host is very kind and hospitable. I recommend it.

Clean structure, kindness of the manager, convenience of parking. Bus to the city center with a very close stop. The bed linen is clean but really old, as well as the furniture and the bathroom. There is not even a toilet seat.

The short stay was pleasant in an unexpectedly "retro" atmosphere. Great welcome from Linda who immediately made us feel at ease, also offering us a welcome coffee. There was a problem with the hot water that could not be resolved within the duration of our stay, but Linda promptly informed us with a message while we were in the city center, and to make up for it she offered us breakfast at the bar nearby the B&B. Spacious room with private bathroom in a residential area of Bologna, 2 km from the center, so quite convenient. The room had a bit of a musty smell, evidently it had been closed for a long time. The sockets were a bit inconvenient (at least for my side of the bed), they were high up, so I had to leave my phone hanging to charge it. The air conditioning was fine, necessary for Bologna in the summer. The area is full of mosquitoes, so bring some mosquito coils if you want to open the windows (the bathroom one has a mosquito net but the bedroom one does not). The room is large enough for four beds, but in front of the wardrobe, there is a desk, so it can only be used partially. The second bedside lamp was burnt out and the TV picked up about 10 channels. The bathroom has a hydromassage shower and a toilet with an electric pump like on an airplane (never seen that in an apartment, to be honest). However, there were shower products and shampoo and soap for hands. The room is on the second floor without an elevator. The lady prepared coffee for us and left cold water and we were able to use the fridge. Additionally, we had WiFi available. Overall, it was fine for one night, definitely for Bologna it is an economical room without too many pretensions.

I had already stayed here in 2018, I rebooked a bit randomly realizing later that I had already been at Mrs. Linda's. The B&B has proved once again a confirmation. Very spacious room, with all the comforts, air conditioning, TV sofa, chairs, table, wardrobe, absolutely nothing is missing. Excellent bathroom, large, nice big shower. The structure is reachable by bus 21 outside the station and the stops to and from the station are right in front of the building. A few steps away there is a pizzeria and also the Lidl supermarket if you need to buy something. Excellent cleanliness, possibility to use the common fridge located outside the rooms. Super quiet environment. Mrs. very kind as always.

Just over 10 minutes from the central station and the city center, nice bed and breakfast with all the comforts. Bed and, above all, very comfortable pillows. The lady is very kind. Recommended to everyone.
