Description Breakfast

Breakfast served for guests staying at the main building. it is with fresh products, homemade cakes, rusks, fruit salad with seasonal fruit, jams, honey, cereals, yoghurt, cheese, cured meats as well as tea, coffee, fruit juices. To avoid waste, we ask guests to indicate their wishes at check-in. Any second thoughts will still be satisfied with a few minutes of waiting and compatibly with stocks in the pantry. For guests staying in the mini-suites, a Nespresso machine is available with some capsules together with a small gift (rusks, jams, fruit juices, biscuits).

Stay in a mini-suite with a kitchenette in a property close to the reception and main rooms; breakfast is not provided. The room and bathroom were spacious with a view over an internal courtyard, well soundproofed from the street, although being a conversion of an old building with wooden floors some noise from the upper floor could be heard. Pricing information on the B&B website for bookings needs to be revised, as the price does not change between 2 or 3 people per night; even after the confirmation email the third person is charged an additional fee compared to what was indicated.

Nice room in the center of Ferrara. Convenient for visiting the city. We were given room number 4 in a building just a few steps from the reception. Spacious room with a nice terrace. Everything well furnished. Recommended.

The Ferrara Rooms is a very beautiful and welcoming place. It represents an excellent gateway to the city of Ferrara, both for its location and for the cordial relationship with the managers who guided us well with many useful suggestions. In particular, I was positively impressed by the seriousness, professionalism, and passionate way of welcoming. The managers were very attentive to our every need. The breakfast was excellent with quality products. Kindness and cordiality accompanied us throughout our stay. Thank you again!

We stayed in the Meblé suite with an additional bed: spacious, welcoming, clean room equipped with every comfort. The building and the interior furnishings are beautiful with a touch of class. Ideal for a stay in full autonomy to discover the city as the location is excellent! One suggestion for breakfast: perhaps a little sparse compared to the buffet. We were sorry not to be able to use the small spa but we are sure we will return. We thank the very helpful and friendly staff. See you soon.

Strategic location to park the car, having the room close to the parking lot in the center. Quiet area but very close to the center and all the museums and attractions of the city. Super clean and spacious room, breakfast super top.

I recently had a short stay at the establishment. I stayed in the part with the rooms in the complex where the reception is located. The rooms are clean and welcoming, and mine also had a small private outdoor courtyard. The staff at the reception is extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast is also good.

Excellent from all points of view. A stay in both structures: one night in the suite located in the 1400s fortress was an immersion in history that was very engaging with the possibility of a kitchenette. The other in the "modern" double room was very well designed and equipped with every comfort, with breakfast included. A praise for the breakfast, which was truly rich and offered a wide variety of choices, a 10 and praise for the homemade cakes by the owner. We received a truly professional welcome at the property, characterized by education and availability that I would say is of a high level. Aware that the property is directly managed and supervised by the owners, there is a noticeable attention to ensuring that everything goes as well as possible. I can only recommend a stay at this property. The only downside was not being able to use the SPA because it was booked in advance; it will be for next time. The location of the property is strategic, situated in a quiet street but at the same time on a thoroughfare, close to the city center, allowing for easy walking to explore the city.

Great location: the property is located 5 minutes from the free parking at the marina and 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Clean, well-furnished, very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money. In summary, it is an excellent solution to rely on to visit Ferrara, I highly recommend it.

Niente da dire, lo consiglierei a parte lo sgradevole puzzo, veramente forte (non riconosciuto dal gestore, incredibile), che era presente nel bagno e si propagava poi fino in camera, questo nella camera n. 1. I check-in e check-out come orari sono un pò strettini ma si ovvia con la disponibilità del gestore che abita vicino e si rende disponibile.

Very well-maintained and well-managed property. Only downside: check-in times (only from 4 pm to 6 pm) and check-out (10:30). Another point: a spa area is shown in the photos, but it needs to be booked in advance and costs 20€ per person, truly too much for a sauna and a shower.

Il check out è entro le 10:30 per consentire le pulizie. Infine il centro benessere: deve essere prenotato poiché lo riserviamo in modo esclusivo, costa euro 20,00 a persona e comprende oltre all'ingresso alla sauna, doccia idromassaggio, pressoterapia gambe, cromoterapia e angolo tisaneria, anche il noleggio accappatoio e la fornitura di ciabatte monouso.

We stayed for only one night, but everything was perfect. I rated 8 for breakfast because, even though the manager asked us what we wanted for breakfast to avoid waste (commendable choice!), the breakfast was still mediocre, with defrosted croissants baked internally, average cappuccino, recycled fruit salad from the previous day (what a pity!). The rooms, on the other hand, are beautiful, spacious, and equipped with all comforts. The staff is very kind and professional.
