Everything is great, clean place and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is delicious with fresh and typical products, for the price everything is perfect, excellent value for money! Just about twenty minutes by car from the slopes.

A 2 passi da Sestola, Fattoria Guedrara is an enchanted place immersed in greenery. Here reigns peace and silence. The bed and breakfast is stunning, with a huge hall, a beautiful room, and an exceptional view. The breakfast is delicious. Dogs, cats, calves, cows, and beehives: it feels like being in another era. The night sky is spectacular, it feels like touching the stars. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back.

Quiet location immersed in nature and among animals just a stone's throw from Sestola. Simple but functional. Very welcoming and helpful hosts.

For those who love mountains and the colors of nature, it is a small corner of tranquility.

It is a wonderful place for those who love nature and animals. The company of dogs and cats was very appreciated by all of us, especially by my 9-year-old son. Not recommended for those who do not enjoy peace, tranquility, simplicity, and nature. Experience to be repeated.

Beautiful farm in Sestola, just a bit hard to reach. Very friendly owners. Structure immersed in greenery. Absolute silence. Abundant breakfast with 0 KM products.

We spent the night between 18th February and 19th February at Fattoria Guedrara, which is immersed in nature. It is a rustic and simple place, excellent for those who want to spend a weekend in peace without great expectations. The location is great for reaching Sestola, Lake della Ninfa, Monte Cimone, and Fanano. The staff was very kind and helpful, providing a personalized breakfast for my boyfriend who is allergic to various foods. Thank you very much! Goodbye!

Great value for money. Just outside the village and well connected. Clean and essential.

I must say it wasn't a stay, but a Life Experience. We were lucky enough to stay for 5 nights in a renovated apartment inside Fattoria Guedrara; the location is strategic, as it's only 2 km from the town of Sestola and at the same time away from the daily noises and traffic. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Giuliano, one of the managers of the farm, truly of a rare kindness to find, who escorted us to the apartment, which was very clean and well equipped with pans, pots, cutlery, etc. They also provided us with both the Linen for sleeping and the Towels and everything else. Nearby there is a stable with 40 Cows that produce milk for Parmigiano Reggiano and other various cheeses; Giuliano was so kind to let us witness the milking process and allowed us daily to walk in the Stable caressing the newborn calves and making us feel like Family. As soon as we left the stable, the cat and the small dog welcomed us, the true Mascots of the farm, used to being with children and very docile in character. Furthermore, every morning they made us find a Tray with hot coffee, freshly milked milk and homemade artisanal Sweets, which we "dusted off" without leaving a crumb! Finally, I can say that I will gladly return as soon as possible to be able to relive this fantastic experience. Thank you All! Martini Family.

Nice weekend in Sestola, hosted in this apartment, equipped with every comfort and large size, and very quiet. Homely breakfast based on homemade cakes and muffins, availability and courtesy. We had a great time and will definitely return. Furthermore, the property is 3 minutes from the charming center of Sestola and a quarter of an hour (10 km) from the Cimoncino slopes. In the evening, you can quickly reach the center where you can dine very well at fair prices. Highly recommended.

I am back from 2 splendid days as a guest at the B&B Fattoria Guedrara. The place is absolutely convenient being just 8 km from the ski lifts. Tranquility and relaxation are protagonists for those who want to rest from the daily routine. The owner is a very friendly person, to think that for an inexperienced young man like me, he even took care of mounting the snow chains on my car. Kind and always available in case there was a need. Every morning, I found the breakfasts on the designated tray that I had pre-ordered and I never left for the day with a suffering stomach. So I would say that the breakfasts are abundant. As for the cleanliness, impeccable. The whole apartment had all kinds of things. Plates, glasses, sheets, blankets, throws in abundance in case it was cold. I will definitely return and hopefully for a whole week, if work allows. I could almost live there considering how comfortable it was in these 2 nights and 3 days.

Fattoria Guedrara is just a few kilometers from Sestola, in a quiet inner street. I really appreciated the silence of the evening and the night. In the back, there is a lawn with small armchairs. The breakfast is based on delicious milk, they have cows, and exquisite sweets made by the ladies. The managers are very friendly and helpful. We will come back. Grazia and Mario Righi (Bologna).

The B&B is very nice, it is a farm and the managers are very friendly and helpful. The room is beautiful, simple but cozy and well-kept and above all warm. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom is small but with a spectacular multifunction shower! There is a common space for breakfast, a sofa, television and for those who want a piano. The directions to reach the structure are visible (despite the fog).

Only the manager is welcoming, even though he has very little time available for the guests. Apart from that, I can say that it was an excellent choice.

We mainly used the bed and breakfast as a base for two to three days in the snow. The owners were very kind, and we also used the kitchen for an evening at home. A fair compromise between the slopes, Sestola at a reasonable price.
