We had already stayed at this property in February, occupying one of the two apartments, precisely the Garisenda, and we had a good experience. We returned to Bologna for our son's graduation and, being more people, we booked both apartments. Our judgment regarding the accommodation remains unchanged. Both cottages are lovely, comfortable, clean, and well located. Via Orfeo, ZTL from h7 to h20, is located in a side street off Viale Berti Pichat, close to the Margherita gardens and a stone's throw from the Church and the Baraccano parking lot. However, we must point out two negative aspects. The first concerns the cold we suffered, especially the occupants of the Garisenda, as we did not find a single radiator throughout the apartment, except in the bathroom. The second concerns the complicated ignition and adjustment of the induction hob. We recommend providing guests with a sheet with instructions for its operation. On the other hand, we have further confirmation of the courtesy and availability of the owners, always very kind. Therefore, our judgment can only be overall very positive.

Structure in the very center in a very convenient position to move around on foot. The apartments are new and clean. The owner has been extremely kind and helpful during the booking phase. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Dimora Orfeo in Bologna for one night, spending the weekend. The apartment is very cozy and clean, equipped with all the necessary comforts for our stay. The location was ideal, close to the historic center of Bologna (reachable on foot in a few minutes), but in a quiet and peaceful area. The owners were very kind and helpful.

Apartment near the new center, clean and well organized, equipped with comfortable mattresses and pleasant linen. I would have given a higher score to the structure if the shower had worked properly. To improve the toiletry set in the bathroom and the TV channels reception.

Ho soggiornato negli appartamenti Garisenda e Balanzone. Gestione degli host riservata e non invadente. Appartamenti nuovi e provvisti di tutto l'occorrente. Posizione strategica, qualche minuto a piedi da via Santo Stefano dove prendere i mezzi per arrivare in stazione centrale ovunque si voglia. A 15 minuti di passeggiata da Piazza Maggiore. Pulizia impeccabile e accessori di tecnologia moderna. Nel Garisenda balconcino che affaccia sul cortiletto interno dove poter fumare. A pochi minuti a piedi puoi trovare bar, minimarket e farmacie. Soggiorno piacevole.
