We stayed in this apartment and felt very comfortable. The house is very beautiful, well cared for in the details and cozy. The location is very convenient for visiting the historic center on foot: you are already in the ZTL, so the car must be left outside, but there is a paid parking very close and convenient. The apartment was spotless; the only small drawback I found was the presence of a strand of hair in the shower, but apart from that nothing to complain about. Overall a very positive experience, I would definitely recommend it.

The structure is very comfortable. The host is very kind and helpful. The only downside is that we couldn't use the hot water to wash ourselves. Fortunately, it is summer; in winter, the misunderstanding would have been more difficult to manage.

We came to Bologna for the marathon and we couldn't have asked for a better house! Very clean, spacious, and ideal for four people. The host was extremely helpful and the check-in process was excellent. If we have the chance to return, this house will be our first choice!

Comfortable, clean apartment. There is a guarded covered parking lot a few steps away, accessible to the center in 10 minutes by walking. If I have to find a flaw regarding my personal use, a slightly higher pillow and a heavier duvet.

I stayed with my husband and my son at the Garisenda apartment from October 21 to 22 for a medical visit at the Rizzoli orthopedic hospital. The spaces are delightful, well-equipped, and clean. Although it is a studio apartment, it really lacks nothing. You can fully perceive the care for the guest in every little detail. Marta's kindness is priceless. I absolutely recommend it to you! One of the many positive notes is that there is a supermarket and a bar just a few steps away.

A beautiful apartment in the historic center of Bologna, a stone's throw from the Giardini Margherita. There is a lack of a proper elevator: there is a freight elevator, but its use is really inconvenient. It is not the best for people with mobility issues, but for everyone else, there are no problems climbing the three flights of stairs leading to the floor. Many beds available and the courtesy and promptness of the manager are a great added value. It would really be the best to have at least a washing machine available, if not also a dryer. Unfortunately, breakfast is not available.

We had already stayed at this property in February, occupying one of the two apartments, precisely the Garisenda, and we had a good experience. We returned to Bologna for our son's graduation and, being more people, we booked both apartments. Our judgment regarding the accommodation remains unchanged. Both cottages are lovely, comfortable, clean, and well located. Via Orfeo, ZTL from h7 to h20, is located in a side street off Viale Berti Pichat, close to the Margherita gardens and a stone's throw from the Church and the Baraccano parking lot. However, we must point out two negative aspects. The first concerns the cold we suffered, especially the occupants of the Garisenda, as we did not find a single radiator throughout the apartment, except in the bathroom. The second concerns the complicated ignition and adjustment of the induction hob. We recommend providing guests with a sheet with instructions for its operation. On the other hand, we have further confirmation of the courtesy and availability of the owners, always very kind. Therefore, our judgment can only be overall very positive.

We stayed at Dimora Orfeo in Bologna for one night, spending the weekend. The apartment is very cozy and clean, equipped with all the necessary comforts for our stay. The location was ideal, close to the historic center of Bologna (reachable on foot in a few minutes), but in a quiet and peaceful area. The owners were very kind and helpful.

I stayed in the Garisenda and Balanzone apartments. Host management is reserved and non-intrusive. New apartments equipped with everything necessary. Strategic position, a few minutes walk from via Santo Stefano where you can take public transportation to reach the central station wherever you want. A 15-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. Impeccable cleanliness and modern technology accessories. In Garisenda, a small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard where you can smoke. A few minutes walk away you can find bars, minimarkets, and pharmacies. Pleasant stay.
