Our B&B is with lavish spa waters and facilities (Terme di Monticelli) at Parma art city, in the heart of the city. "Centro Storico" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, elegant design with attention to detail, a lovely, refined building.
Surroundings
Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets, explore tradition and culture along your own delicious fine food and wine trail, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas.
Close by our guests will find several monuments and famous places. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium 'Stadio Ennio Tardini di Parma'.

Our property is the ideal location, for conferences and business travel, for a romantic holiday in a quiet, reserved setting, for travellers who take a break to be pampered in a discreet, refined locations, if you want to relax and get into shape.

Host very welcoming; he is able to give you lots of suggestions about Parma and its neighborhood. The building, built way back in 1939, keeps its historic charm and beauty, thanks to the careful work of maintenance carried on by the owner. Car park available.

The location is an 8-minute walk to the city center. The host is welcoming and it felt as if we were staying in an old, well-preserved estate. The wifi is weak.

A very special place, with a truly unique character. Our room did not have air conditioning during the day, and at night it was comfortable with a fan and windows open. Delightful host. No English, but we managed! A little noisy in front on the road in the morning with the windows open. Just if you are sensitive to that. We also had a second room for our family in the attic, and it was air-conditioned and very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Even though with minimal English, we were able to communicate. For me, great location, walk to everywhere in Centro Storico. I would stay there again. THANK YOU! Breakfast was toast and instant coffee. I was spoiled; I love meat and cheese, fresh cake like other B&Bs.

An ideally located bed and breakfast, a 10-minute walk from Piazza Garibaldi, with parking available. Demetrio is a very welcoming host and gives good advice. I highly recommend!

A B&B to recommend very close to the center, a bit old-fashioned but that's what gives it its charm, very quiet and we were lucky to stay in the downstairs room well isolated and overlooking a small green area + possibility to park your car. A very friendly welcome.

More than satisfied. Excellent welcome from the owner who proved to be kind, caring, and very attentive to the customer's needs. The room, equipped with all comforts including a large balcony and a kitchenette, is well-kept and furnished with taste and attention to detail. The common areas are equally fascinating and rich in unique and carefully chosen furnishings. Highly recommended.

I stayed two days in this characteristic B&b very close to the center of Parma. The owner (Mr. Demetrio) is a wonderful person, very kind and very helpful towards his guests. The room I stayed in was very spacious, clean, with the option to choose different pillows. The bathroom was clean and equipped with everything necessary. The added value of the room I stayed in is that it also has a livable kitchen that can be used for meal preparation. The breakfast offered is varied and very rich. The city center is easily reachable on foot. I recommend staying at this B&b if you want a quiet place, away from the city chaos. Excellent value for money.

Nice and clean place. It's an old villa very close to the center, far from chaos you can breathe an ancient air, it felt like being in an old movie 💖. Many various details here and there. I liked it, the owner is very kind. A dining-breakfast room is available for guests. Nice way to distinguish the rooms with flower names. If you are looking for a 'cold' modern environment, it's not the right place. I would definitely go back.

A welcoming, quiet place, surrounded by greenery just a few steps from the Centro. The friendly owner and very easygoing, together with the staff, are really kind, attentive, and helpful. Two nights in this 40s house with very peculiar furniture, everything is not placed by chance. Demetrio, the manager, is very nice, attentive, and caring. If I had to come back to Parma, I wouldn't have any doubts about where to stay.

We stayed only one night. Excellent reception, very courteous and friendly the son of the owner. There is parking for the car, which is a fundamental aspect. Very clean room, very comfortable bed, large and spotless bathroom. Excellent breakfast. They accept dogs. What can I say? Everything very good, we will definitely come back, maybe with more calm and for a couple of nights. I will certainly recommend it.

The location is secluded but close to the city center and the citadel park. The entrance is a bit dark but one gets used to it quickly. The manager is very kind and discreet: it's his house but you live in total privacy. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The room is very cozy. You feel at home. Giac is very nice.
