Fantastic little apartment and location, literally not much more than 5 min walk to the centre. The host was extremely helpful and he answered all my questions with speed and clarity. The apartment itself was really comfy, lovely bed, bathroom, and super clean. I was really lucky, I got it for a great price given the time of year. Top marks! I hope to stay here again in the future! Also, there's a fabulous little authentic pizza place nearby, very cheap prices.

Wonderful accommodation. The only drawback is that there was some noise at night since it is a very busy porch frequented by groups of young people.

Everything is fine except that being on the main street it is very noisy in summer...you can't sleep with the window open and you have to use the fan because of the heat.

The structure is lovely, but not without some flaws. We stayed in two people for four days, of which three nights, but we could not access the garden, which I only discovered upon arrival is condominium. There are no cutlery available in the house, in fact even though there are some pots, we could not cook anything because without cutlery we did not know how to eat. For four days and two people, they left available only one roll of toilet paper and one roll almost completely finished, three layers of paper towels. I could not use the washing machine because it would not turn on. Although the moka pot is present, the coffee was missing, which I had to buy, along with the cookies, as only the American soluble coffee was available. It is not a bed and breakfast because there is the minimum for breakfast. I travel often, but this is the first time I have encountered similar situations.

The street where the property is located is very busy and in front there are very beautiful and spacious arcades, those of the Basilica of Santa Maria dei Servi. The location is really good to reach the 2 towers and the center in a few minutes. The blue apartment is very large, consisting of a long living room-kitchen and a very large bedroom with a gigantic wardrobe, the ceilings are high and the bathroom is also spacious. The manager sent us the self check-in instructions via phone, which was very convenient. The cleanliness of the apartment, its comfort, and location deserve the highest score.

Excellent clean little house, in the center of the magnificent Bologna, excellent value for money. Friendly manager and willing to meet every request. I hope to find the house free on the next stay.
