Great option for those who need to go to the Nigrisoli clinic. The apartment is dated but clean and a bit noisy due to the neighbors. Very well located for reaching Bologna city centre. Accessible by car because it is outside the ZTL.

The room we were staying in had serious shortcomings. We had to coordinate with the other rooms to get hot water, the shower was leaking and flooded the entire bathroom. On the night of January 1st, the heating and hot water were turned off and we had to wash ourselves with cold water. The only positive note is the proximity to the city center. I strongly advise against staying in this facility given the very negative experience we had.

Né tu né la tua ragazza, che ci ha recensito con lo stesso zelo, ci avete comunicato alcun disagio durante il soggiorno. Se non ci informate di eventuali problematiche, come possiamo intervenire per risolverle? A volte sembra che alcune persone cerchino intenzionalmente difetti per sfogare le proprie frustrazioni sugli altri. Detto ciò, desidero informarti che gli ospiti dell’altra camera non hanno segnalato alcuna anomalia. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, ti confermo che le camere vengono consegnate in ordine. Considerando però come è stata lasciata la vostra stanza, direi che la sporcizia è stata generata da voi. Ti auguro una buona vita: sembra che ne tu abbia bisogno, dato l’astio che dimostri verso il prossimo. Cordiali saluti.

Absolutely to avoid! We stayed in this structure in the double room a few days ago. To have hot water, you need to coordinate with the adjacent rooms (probably the boiler is unique), otherwise you do not have hot water even for a shower. The shower leaks water from underneath and we flooded the entire bathroom. The sheets were torn and as a final touch, on the last evening the radiator was cold and there was no hot water, they probably turned off the boiler even though we had paid. What a shame! The only positive note is the convenient location in the center. I strongly advise against it, if you can find a better place.

Guarda Andrea, anche se con il telefono di Marta, la firma é la tua, ti rispondo solo per la caldaia. In ogni appartamento c'è una sola caldaia, é assurdo pensare che ci sia una caldaia per ogni camera. Poi ti spiego come funzionano i termosifoni: devi comprendere che quando all'interno dell'ambiente riscaldato la temperatura ha raggiunto il livello impostato interviene il termostato e ferma la caldaia. Quindi i termo possono trovarsi a temperatura ambiente e non freddi perché non circola acqua calda visto che la temperatura ambiente (nota bene) ha raggiunto il suo apice all'interno della camera. I termo torneranno a scaldarsi quando all'interno della camera la temperatura scende sotto i 20 gradi e si stacca quando arriva sopra i 22 gradi. Sono peraltro imposizioni di legge per il risparmio energetico. Siete decisamente in malafede Andrea e Marta. P. S. il giorno prima di partire mi avete pure incontrato giú al portone e non mi avete nulla accennato. Come mai????? Sarebbe stato leale oltre che nel vostro diritto avere spiegazioni ed avreste dato a noi la possibilità di rimediare, le caldaie avvolte malfunzionano e noi non possiamo saperlo se i nostri clienti non c'è lo dicono. Non date per scontato che non vogliamo dare un buon servizio. La malafede non porta una vita felice ragazzi. Potete ancora riflettere e cambiare la vostra impostazione mentale. Buona vita, ne avete bisogno.

Great location at the end of one of the main streets of the city. The room, from the photos, seemed larger. It is, for example, equipped with only one bedside table instead of two, given the small size. Clearly, it is a structure mainly intended for those who need accommodation to easily reach the nearby hospital. A great bed and breakfast for those who do not have particular demands. Nonetheless, I feel like recommending it.

We stayed at Casa di Giulietta for three nights. We had a great time. The room is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 3 people, the ensuite bathroom and the central location, or very close to the center, make it ideal. Recommended. Breakfast not available, but there is an excellent pastry bar nearby.

Angela and her husband are perfection! Very kind, very helpful and very nice, you couldn't ask for more! The studio is modern and very clean! It's just a step away from the center and even closer to Sant'Orsola (perfect for a leisure stay or for those who need to visit and reach the hospital quickly and easily). The parking is very convenient! What to say?! I repeat, you couldn't ask for more, see you soon!

Structure just steps away from the center, comfortable and cozy with all the amenities in the room: fridge, air conditioning, very comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness. The owner is friendly and very helpful. Convenient for visiting all the universities. Also convenient in terms of services like bars, supermarkets, laundry, and restaurants. I stayed for 6 nights and I truly felt at home. Thank you Antonio and Angela, I hope to come back soon.

Comfortable, spacious, warm and clean room! Great location due to its proximity to Sant'Orsola Hospital (for those like me who had to assist a sick relative), with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and with the center of Colonna for a moment of leisure! The friendliness and attention to our needs have distinguished the owners from the moment of booking! Moreover, living through a difficult moment with a hospitalized family member, they never failed to provide a smile and words of comfort! Hoping to return to Bologna for leisure, we hope to find a place in this facility and that the offer to have a drink together is still valid! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Keep it up!

We had a foreign collaborator visiting our offices in Bologna for a long period and we chose Casa di Giulietta so he could enjoy the city. He was very happy because it's an independent solution and we never had any problems communicating with the owners. I recommend it and keep the references for future stays.

The quality/price ratio is really good. We stayed at the property, my husband and I, for a week, then I alone for another week. I found it very good. The property has an optimal position, it is close to everything you may need, as well as to the center. The managers are really kind people, they come to meet you in every way. It was not an easy period for me, they know it, but I never felt alone. If we were to come back to Bo for any reason and for a relatively short period, we will definitely contact the managers. Clean and welcoming. Friendly and helpful owners. In an area close to the center and very close to the hospital. I know because I went to the emergency room for a contact lens stuck in my eye. Really exciting. The house is so quiet that maybe we were the noisy ones:) (small suggestion: Provide some shampoo and shower gel) Otherwise, we will gladly return because we had a great time.

The apartment is very clean and functional, close to the center and with buses no. 32/33 5 minutes from the train station. The managers are very kind and helpful. Nearby there are many typical Bolognese restaurants/trattorias where you eat well at good prices.

First of all, excellent location of the property just a few meters from Villa Torri. The four of us had a great time. My daughter Linda and I really appreciated Mr. Antonio's availability, as well as his kindness and care in picking us up at the central station, taking us to a delicious trattoria nearby, which I recommend to everyone (Mordi e Fuggi). A structure definitely to be considered for any type of need.

Simple apartment, but clean and functional in a period villa. Equipped with everything necessary (pots, plates, moka, etc.). Very comfortable double bed. Sheets smelling of laundry. Excellent location, quiet area 10 minutes on foot from the center. The owner is very kind and helpful.
