Very quality property especially for the price. Wish I was in Bologna for longer because this property was amazing for its price. The buses outside take you to Piazza Maggiore in around 20 minutes. The hotel manager is very sweet and nice. There was definitely a slight language barrier on our end but she was very nice and understanding despite that. The rooms were very big and it was quite cosy. I'd be happy to live in a property like that. Definitely would recommend.

If I had to return to Bologna in that area, I would definitely return to this B&B, of course if available, I will recommend it as I was recommended!

Beautiful spacious apartment, with all the amenities and great connections to the city center. Antonietta is a nice, kind person who pays attention to her clients' needs. Excellent cleanliness, we also found personal hygiene products. If you come to Bologna, I recommend staying here.

Nice apartment, in a great location, clean sheets and towels, it just needs to be dusted better. For an allergic person like me, it was not the best comfort. With more attention in this regard, it could be improved. Overall quite positive.

The owner is friendly and very kind, everything is in order and well taken care of in every detail, excellent cleanliness and very white linen, for my needs the location is perfect. I could not find better. I will definitely return.

Position suitable for my 2-day stay at Casa Colavita. Manager very helpful and precise. A bit noisy during the night, but one cannot expect otherwise given the location on Via Emilia.

We had a really good time! Excellent location just outside the city center and perfect for reaching the exhibition area. Mrs. Antonietta is super nice and helpful. If we were to come back to the area, we would definitely go back to Casa Colavita.

We were greeted very well, Antonietta kindly allowed us to check-in late because we were in difficulty. Casa Colavita is perfect for the city center and the fair, all the amenities are available. The accommodation is very clean. We will come back next year with real pleasure.

Convenient location to reach the center of Bologna. Excellent level of cleanliness. Casa Colavita had all the amenities and Mrs. Antonietta was very kind. The only less satisfying point was the air conditioning: out of three rooms, one only had a ceiling fan and in another the air conditioner was quite noisy.

Warm and affectionate welcome from the hostess. Great location, the center of Bologna is easily reachable by bus in 10 minutes. The property has great livability with 2 rooms (one double and one with 2 beds), wifi is available, there are air conditioners (which we did not turn on due to the season). Near the property, it is possible to park on the blue lines (for a fee from 9 am to 6 pm). We tried an excellent restaurant nearby (Pintarè).

Apartment not brand new but with many small adjustments and attentions that make the structure well organized. Comfortable beds, bathroom in good condition, spacious footage. There is everything you need for a short stay. Well served by buses that take you to the center. Excellent value for money. Perfect for families. Courtesy and availability of the manager impeccable. I would definitely come back.

Casa Colavita is clean, very welcoming, and tidy. It is in a very convenient location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, as well as being between two bus stops that lead to both the central station and downtown, but it is still nice and not too far to reach on foot. Mrs. Antonietta was very helpful and kind with advice on how to move around with public transport and is always ready to respond to any eventuality. We will definitely come back.
