We stayed at this property for 2 nights and can only leave a more than positive review. From our arrival we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism. The property is spotless and cared for down to the smallest details, with all the comforts necessary for an excellent stay. The location is ideal: quiet but convenient for reaching the city's main attractions. The owner is always available, smiling and ready to meet every need. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay and authentic hospitality.

I was in Parma for health reasons, and during these days finding such a welcoming, clean place with every comfort was a great help! Close to the hospital and in any case just a stone's throw from the center. I cannot fail to mention the special hospitality of the landlady, Marilena, who was available for everything, with a thousand useful tips for getting around and various needs! Highly recommended place, if I were to return to Parma, I hope perhaps more as a tourist, it would be my first choice.

Excellent structure, very clean and furnished as indicated in the offer. Although it is street-facing, it is well soundproofed. The location is also excellent for mobility with public transport. The owner is very punctual and attentive to every need. What can I say, to the question of whether I would come back? Absolutely yes!

The ratings go up to 10... but for the real and fair evaluation of the Venus suite and the hosts Marilena and Alessandro, they should also include the LAUDE!!! (and it still wouldn't be enough!). A truly comfortable, relaxing, spotless accommodation where nothing is really missing. Marilena is attentive and available to every need of her guests. Coming home every evening after spending days in the hospital, opening the door and feeling like a warm hug means feeling pampered. BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI... you have perfectly achieved your goal!!!! Sincere congratulations from the heart ❤ ❤ ❤

When traveling for health reasons, finding a structure that welcomes you impeccably, through cleanliness, order, and total comfort, becomes almost an indispensable requirement. Our experience at Casa Chiara Suite Venere was like being at home. The welcome from Mrs. Marilena was lovely, a person of exquisite grace and sensitivity, who immediately conveyed a comfortable sense of serenity. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos, every detail is taken care of with the utmost meticulousness, cleanliness and order are impeccable, and it is equipped with every comfort. The proximity to strategic points, such as the hospital and the multiple shops, easily reachable on foot, makes everything very accessible and convenient. It is rare to find structures so well managed and people of such warmth and availability. We can only say that we had a great time and for any other need we will always be happy to be welcomed by Casa Chiara, true and serious professionals in the field. I highly recommend anyone staying in Parma for work, leisure, or other reasons to experience this pleasant stay at this property. We thank you for the wonderful welcome received.

My home in Parma: I stayed alone at this property and I was very satisfied. The apartment is brand new, very clean, very well cared for in detail, equipped with mosquito nets, fully equipped in the kitchen and more. The photos are perfectly consistent with the real situation. It is located on the ground floor in a quiet area. The city center is a 10-minute walk away. Paid parking is available at any time in front of the property. Excellent value for money. Attentive and warm welcome from Mrs. Marilena who contacted me several times to see if I needed anything without ever being intrusive. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant stay in Parma while maintaining their independence.
