I gave a 7 to the property because the apartment is inside an old garage. Other than that, the room was very clean and good-looking.

Welcoming and clean environment in an excellent location relative to the fair (5 minutes on foot). It is on the edge of a public park, surrounded by greenery. Breakfast items are available: tea, coffee, plum cake, small jars of jam. Communication needs improvement. An email of mine asking for a review of the applied tourist tax went unanswered, and it is a pity that I was asked to leave one day earlier than planned (the cleaner entered, saw my things and I then received an email asking why I had not yet vacated; an apology email followed).

Buongiorno, rispondo al messaggio che non mi è piaciuto, purtroppo il portale di questo sito aveva segnato una notte in meno e quindi non è colpa mia, ho provato a gestire il problema scrivendo all'ospite e non mi ha dato risposta quindi non credo di meritare un 4, in più il discorso della tassa è stato ampliamente comunicato dai vari messaggi inviati all'ospite e un promemoria in struttura, il quale si è ben guardato da chiedere info se aveva dubbi anzi ha ben pensato di non pagarla e io ora sono a richiedere il pagamento di € 52 altrimenti vi segnalerò alla questura di Bologna, vi lascio il mio IBAN.

All the information was clear and precise. The lady is very kind and helpful. The accommodation is in a very quiet area and close to the park.
