Spent 1 week at Camera & Caffè Cenni. We were three families with children (8, 11, 12, 14) from Austria & Poland. Accommodations are new, modern, and spacious. Refrigerator with freezer & air conditioning included in the booking. Kitchen available for an additional fee (90 euros) at the apartments. Elevator available, as well as Wi-Fi and Sky (Italian). Cozy terraces with seating areas invite in the upper floors (apartments) for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. A small playground is also available within a 5-minute walk. Great location for visiting Mirabilandia (4 km away) or for excursions in the area. Various amusement or water parks are easily accessible (4-30 km). Free parking available. Good pizzeria right next to the accommodation and a great on-site café. Shopping possibility about 5 km away (Concad City; affordable, good selection). Unfortunately, mosquito nets are missing, but you can't have everything ;-) Manager speaks only Italian. Communication using translation app worked great, even during booking. Matti is very friendly & helpful! We can only recommend the accommodation! We will definitely come back in the coming years.

The room was very spacious, clean, warm, and comfortable. Very convenient location on Via Romea, and the possibility to have a very good breakfast at the adjacent bar. Surely I have found a place to consider when I am again in the area.

We had a great fun weekend, thanks to the proximity to Mirabilandia, the sea, and good food. All this was suggested by Mattia, whose restaurant recommendation was fantastic! There were 13 of us and we had two top apartments, one next to the other. The cleanliness and courtesy were unparalleled. Thank you for everything.

We stayed at Camera & Caffè to go to Mirabilandia. The location is perfect because it's very close, the rooms are very nice especially mine with a garden. The manager was helpful and kind, there is a bar connected to the property where you can have breakfast with a lot of choices. They also welcomed our dogs. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. All in all, it wasn't too far from the center, I would say it's an excellent structure for those who need to go to the Park. I recommend it. P.S. I would only recommend mosquito nets!

Our first experience was very satisfying. The structure is beautiful, well-kept, clean, and modern, equipped with soundproof windows due to the proximity to the main road. Our accommodation was on the ground floor with a really nice little garden. Very convenient the adjacent bar, great for breakfast. Good connections to Mirabilandia, the stop is right nearby. For dinner, we went to both La Campaza and Desire, both a short walk away and really excellent. If we were to return to Mirabilandia, we will definitely come back to this structure.

Excellent clean new comfortable structure. Very close to Mirabilandia park. Ideal for those who use it as a base. Journeys must be made by car or bus (bus stop in front of the structure) but within 5 to 10 minutes by car you can reach beaches, supermarkets, Ravenna. Good breakfast at the bar but they could create some kind of agreement. Recommended.

The structure is very beautiful, new, and well furnished. However, unfortunately, the location is a downside, as the traffic noise from the Romea road is very noticeable. Moreover, the sofa bed is uncomfortable, with all the springs being felt. Considering the bar located under the structure, it would have been nice to have a breakfast deal.

To go on vacation and visit Mirabilandia, this is the perfect place. The staff is very kind, the place is excellent and very clean. A piece of advice: if you go to Mirabilandia, even though it's close by, take the bus (the bus stop is very close to the property) as the road is too busy to walk.

We stayed only one night to visit Mirabilandia which is very close to the property. Spacious and very clean triple room, with everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Very comfortable beds. The manager is kind and helpful. Highly recommended, to be taken into consideration for a next occasion.

Spacious and clean room. Great location to reach both Mirabilandia and the sea. The only suggestion would be to equip the apartment with a broom and dustpan as being in a seaside area it's easy to bring sand around the house. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property.

Excellent rooms! Excellent B&B manager. The only flaw, the girls at the bar of the facility early Monday morning were rude and annoyed by requests like the filling of the brioches. They made the bill twice before we finished saying what we wanted. The youngest girl confirmed the price of a sandwich in the window that was already priced; the one who seemed to be the cashier raised the price by 1€ inexplicably saying that the girl didn't know the price, even though it was on the tag.

Spectacular stay, the structure is new and modern, very close to Mirabilandia amusement park. We always had breakfast at the adjacent bar because it is also excellent in freshness and quality of products. The B&B manager, Mattia, was very kind and welcoming. Friendly staff, excellent location for Mirabilandia just 2km away, very close to Cervia and Milano Marittima for a pleasant evening by the sea. Excellent quality for the price, very affordable... The property seems new, no defects, clean, very spacious room. It is logical that the location on the Statale Romea is not a great setting, but for those who need to move around, like me, it is very practical. Breakfast not included, however, there is a bar and a pizzeria practically in the same building.

La posizione della struttura è vicina a Mirabilandia, servita da bus urbani ed extra urbani, unica pecca è che in bassa stagione, da e per Fosso Ghiaia, i bus circolano solo fino alle 19: 30 circa. Di sera, se ci si vuol spostare per passare la serata in una località più movimentata, forse raggiungerle non sarebbe un problema, il ritorno in struttura si. È consigliato arrivare in macchina. La struttura offre la possibilità di utilizzo della cucina ma sul posto non c'è un supermercato. A pochi passi dal B&B si trova un bellissimo ristorante, una farmacia, una pizzeria/piadineria/primi piatti, una panetteria e una tabaccheria.

Bellissima struttura, nuova e ben pulita. attaccato alla struttura troverete un bar, una pizzeria, un ristorante ed una Farmacia. A circa 2 km (anche meno) c'è Mirabilandia.

Un bed & breakfast in posizione strategica a tutto, per chi è amante della riviera romagnola soprattutto. Camera al top e dotata di tutti i confort come dichiarato sul sito. Consigliatissimo. Ottima la colazione.

Ottimo B&B, siamo stati benissimo, consigliato a tutti. Se voglio esprimere un giudizio è il primo B&B dove non è compresa la colazione, anche se il bar è vicino, non è positivo. Comunque tutto bene.

Ho passato una settimana meravigliosa. Il posto è strategico e si trova a soli 2 Km da Mirabilandia, a una trentina di Km da Rimini (Italia in miniatura) e da una ottantina di Km da San Marino. L'unica pecca è che non ci sono negozi nei dintorni per passare un po di tempo e la camera e caffè è sprovvista di colazione, devi andare per forza al bar che si trova a pochi passi. Del resto qualità cortesia e serietà, tutto ok.

"Una Garanzia" Ho conosciuto questa struttura con delle ricerche su internet e leggendo le recensioni. Sono davvero contento perché tutto sì è rivelato veritiero. Il gestore "Mattia" molto simpatico e disponibile. Un tipo a cui stá a cuore il benessere del cliente. La struttura è nuovissima e ben arredata. Ambiente ben curato e pulito. Io ho usufruito di un monolocale a pian terreno con giardino e parcheggio davanti. Sopra c'è un bar (ottimo cappuccino e ottimi e variegati coroissant) per le colazioni che con un vassoio portavo e consumavo nell'appartamento insieme alla mia famiglia come a casa. Sempre sopra, ce una piadineria e pizzeria squisita. La struttura è vicinissima al parco di Mirabilandia e Safari di Ravenna. Ma anche per andare in centro per visitare Ravenna dista pochi minuti. Concludo.. sono molto soddisfatto e credo proprio che per l'anno prossimo saprò dove prenotare.

Tutto Ok, Camere belle e pulite, bagni ottimi, personale cortese e disponibile. qualità prezzo molto favorevole. L'unico Neo il prezzo della colazione: 7 euro a persona sono elevati se uno non si abbuffa. Con lo stesso prezzo abbiamo fatto colazione in 2 (2 cappuccini, un succo di frutta e 2 croissant) in un bar poco distante.

Siamo stati qui come due coppie di amici e abbiamo preso la suite con 2 camere. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato buonissimo. L'appartamento stupendo, pulitissimo e nuovo. Complimenti ai gestori e alla qualità degli arredamenti. La colazione non era compresa ma il B&B ha un bar all'interno dove è possibile fare una colazione con ottimi prodotti diversi e abbondati. Il ragazzo alla reception ci ha consigliato posti dove mangiare ed è stato diponibile e gentile. Sicuramente torneremo.

B&B veramente bello e ben curato, appartamento con uso cucina nuovissimo e pulito, ampia terrazza vivibile con poltroncine e tavolino, comodo parcheggio riservato davanti alla struttura. Ottima posizione per la vicinanza a Mirabilandia. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Ottimo in tutto, struttura nuova, pulita, accogliente, funzionale. La colazione non abbiamo avuto tempo di provarla ma il bar era fornito di tutto. Parcheggio macchina interno, praticamente attaccato alla camera. Posizione ottimale per chi vuole andare a Mirabilandia, scopo del nostro soggiorno ma se avessimo avuto più tempo anche per l'Italia in miniatura, zoo e altro. Lo consiglio caldamente.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Per chi deve andare al parco di Mirabilandia è l'ideale perché molto vicino. Camere ben arredate e pulite. Lo consiglio soprattutto alle famiglie!

Molto bello con tutti i comfort e vicinissimo al parco di Mirabilandia, unico appuntìno pochi tavoli per la colazione ma è proprio per trovare il pelo nell'uso o ma tutto perfetto consigli altissimo.
