Very nice place and kind persons. The room was wide and clean. Excellent breakfast. The B&B has a large garden, where children can play. It is just 10 minutes driving from Ravenna; good place to stay to visit this beautiful city.

Well-kept establishment in a quiet location but close to the main points of interest in the area. Abundant and quality breakfast with homemade products. Thanks to the friendly and kind owners Marzia, Franco, and their daughter Martina, we had a great time. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will gladly return.

A beautiful house immersed in the tranquility of the countryside, but centrally located to visit the surrounding tourist cities. We appreciated the attentive hospitality of Marza and her husband. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was very good, with homemade products.

I stayed in this enchanting little place in the countryside of Ravenna, not far from the center of Ravenna. Very well-kept rustic structure where you can feel all the love of the excellent hosts, Marzia and Franco. The garden and the external porch are fairy-tale-like, the silence is broken only by the sound of the nearby courtyard. The interior of the structure fully recalls the farmhouses of the past, where you can breathe the centenary history of beautiful Romagna. The room is welcoming and comfortable. The highlight is the breakfast, rich and abundant, prepared by the skilled hands of the hostess. Heartfelt compliments to the managers, if I find myself in the area again, I will not hesitate to contact them again. I recommend everyone to visit Ca' Minarda.

Beautiful place, surrounded by greenery, what can I say, a must-visit place TOP TOP.

Very beautiful structure and very well managed. The owners are very kind. Excellent cleanliness, comfortable rooms. The place is in the countryside and there is a lot of peace. A car is essential.

We had a great time, the room was spacious, clean bathroom, warm and welcoming environment. Surrounded by nature, cherry tree in bloom. We visited Ravenna, Mirabilandia, Comacchio. Until next time.

Very beautiful and well-connected structure. The owner is very kind and helpful. Super breakfast... if there was a higher rating than 10, I would have gladly given it. Room very well finished with everything needed available for both the bed and the bathroom. Everything very clean and well thought out. It's the second time we go and we hope for more visits.

My husband and I were guests with our 2 children in this beautifully renovated farmhouse. So much relaxation and especially close to the most important places of interest in the area. It's rare to find a place in the countryside so clean and well organized! Thanks to the owners who made us feel at home. Mrs. Marzia prepares many specialties with her genuine products and is very helpful in everything. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back!

Stay of 6 nights. As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the beauty of the house. We were welcomed by Marzia who immediately made us feel comfortable; once in the room, we found a clean, spacious, and welcoming space. Breakfast is abundant, homemade jams and cakes, hazelnut cream, croissants, figs, apricots, and cherries picked from their garden, and with all this goodness, Marzia asked us if we wanted anything else... fantastic! The place is truly an oasis of peace and tranquility, not far from the sea and from places like Ferrara, Ravenna, and others. Comfortable beds, we slept well every night, never forgetting to say good night to Lucky, the kindest dog in the world. Marzia and her husband Franco have done an excellent job, and when we return to Romagna, this will be the place where we will stay. We felt at home and pampered by the hosts. Highly recommended! P. s.: we almost forgot about the afternoon nap on the hammocks in the garden with the birds singing is a must try.

Quiet place, which allows you to reach the main tourist destinations in the area by car; breakfast more than excellent as well as abundant; kindness and cordiality, make it a frame that makes me say "to come back for sure!".

We spent only 2 nights in this delightful place, located in the outskirts of Ravenna, in the countryside. Mrs. Marzia (with whom I had the opportunity to 'chat' a few days before, via email and phone) and her husband, not only reserved for us a room, but an independent apartment, an annex of their magnificent farmhouse. The apartment includes a large kitchen living room, a living area, a large bedroom and a bathroom. All recently renovated, with admirable order and cleanliness prevailing. The quality of sleep is fantastic, absolute silence. For breakfast, the lady had stocked the pantry and the fridge with everything one could desire: fresh milk, coffee, jams, yogurt, biscuits, croissants, biscuits, nutella, etc etc. We also enjoyed the delightful company of their lovely animals: firstly Lucky, the big and good dog, friend of the little witches who tease him. We had a great time! Thank you. We hope to come back soon!

The B&B is located in a very quiet area and as soon as you cross the gate you immediately get the impression of having arrived in an oasis of peace, away from the city noises, with the welcoming garden and numerous animals enhancing the setting. The kindness and friendliness of the owners do the rest, with cozy rooms and a plentiful and varied breakfast able to satisfy the tastes of adults and children alike. Our children have already asked to return to Ca' Minarda next year.

If there were higher ratings than 10, this property, but above all the owners, deserve them all! Impeccable cleanliness, wonderful place, genuine and super abundant breakfast, but the kindness and cordiality of Mrs. Marzia and her husband is truly great! My children were happy to have been there and so were we, we will definitely return! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Beautiful location, stunning structure and friendly and cordial managers. We stayed only one night but I would have gladly stayed longer. The room was very clean, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. The breakfast, abundant and varied, is almost entirely homemade. I thank again the very kind Mrs. Marzia. Highly recommended. We have just returned from a mini (unfortunately) stay at this splendid farmhouse and we do not want too many days to pass before giving our evaluation because now all the sensations experienced are vivid in our minds. We spent one night with another family of friends in this beautiful place but we have promised ourselves to return soon. What struck us most is the family atmosphere and the courtesy of the two guests and owners who welcome and treat everyone with kindness and availability. We felt comfortable, like family. The farmhouse has two rooms for 4 and 3 people respectively and an apartment for 4 people. Breakfast is very abundant and varied: piadine with smoked scamorza and ham, homemade cake, blackberries, peaches, coffee, milk (with cocoa, if needed, for children), yogurt with cereals, bread, butter, jams or Nutella. The garden is well-kept with fruit and ornamental plants. There are aviaries with bengal cats, hens with chicks, and pigeons. It is located in the open countryside but Mirabilandia is easily reachable in 20 minutes by road and the highway is also not far. Thanks to Marzia and Franco for their kindness shown. In short, for our experience, it is highly recommended.

Abundant breakfast, only perhaps a bit lacking in savory, although on the second day we ate piadina with squaquerone and caramelized figs. Delicious. Excellent cleanliness in the rooms and in the bathroom, with plenty of soap, shampoo, shower gel and many towels. Quite close to Ravenna and Mirabilandia.

Place immersed in nature, awakening accompanied by the singing of roosters and birds, ideal for spending days of tranquility. It turned out to be the right place to go to Mirabilandia Park, not far away. The impeccable courtesy of the managers, it feels like being hosted by family people. I recommend it.

A very large, comfortable and very well-kept house. The owners are very kind and helpful. The landlady offers homemade jams, preserves and sweets for breakfast.

We spent four wonderful days in Ravenna and its surroundings, basing ourselves in this B&B. The description they gave corresponds exactly to what you find: a family environment that makes you feel at home. You stay right in their home, in a well-kept, tidy, and clean environment. Marzia and Franco are two exquisite people, you can immediately perceive their kindness and the great availability they put at the service of their guests, well beyond what one might expect. Consequently, what you find is not just a base for a vacation, but the vacation itself. We were there as a couple with friends and our daughters, on one of our many short leisure stays, and we have never felt so good as to enjoy staying in the farmhouse chatting with them while the children played with their animals. On the last evening, we had a barbecue under the large porch even with the other guests and we entertained ourselves late into the night with them laughing and enjoying pleasant company. Franco prepared the fire and Marzia cooked for us, in addition to setting up a long banquet table. As a good host, Franco was seated at the head of the table and remained standing until the last of us retired to their room. Needless to say, breakfast was fabulous, with products prepared by them. Just ask and we were satisfied. Thank you Marzia, thank you Franco, we will miss you. Omar, Flavia, Elisa, and Camilla.

The owners are friendly and helpful people. The breakfast is excellent. It is a private house also used as a bed and breakfast, so you really feel in a warm and homey environment. It is a strategic point to visit Ravenna, Mirabilandia, and the Romagna Riviera. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast also for families with children.

Franco is very kind, friendly, and always available to fulfill every request of ours (even the fire in the fireplace). The context is ideal for those looking for a quiet place to spend hours of absolute relaxation, immersed in nature, experiencing, for a few days, the life and flavors of the past, away from the rhythms of the city. All this is at most half an hour from every type of typical attraction of the Romagna Riviera. Congratulations again and thank you for everything.

A wonderful place. A corner of Italy immersed in nature, quite romantic where you can relax away from the stress of everyday life. Clean and tidy rooms. Excellent breakfast with natural and homemade products. The owners are also delightful people with whom you can talk quietly but who also know how to give you the right privacy. The house is magnificent, spacious, rustic and modern at the same time, too bad we went in winter because in a few months with the trees in bloom, sun, heat and the scent of spring it must be even more special.
