Nice place, near the central station and not far from the center. Hosts were very helpful, quickly answered my questions sent by mail. The room was clean and quite comfortable. I was there only two nights, but can recommend also for a longer stay. Malgorzata from Poland.

Too expensive for what it offers. No breakfast, no reception. They open the door by phone. There are no lockers for valuables or to leave the suitcases after check-in. Basic Ikea furniture. There are no views.

Very convenient location (right behind the train station and ideal for those traveling by plane too, given the Marconi express service), very spacious, spotless, modern room. We thank the manager very much for his availability since we called at the last moment hoping that there was a room available, and so it was. Everything was perfect. Bologna Centrale is located a few steps away from the station and a few minutes from the center. Highly recommended.

Very close to the station, which is very convenient. Check-In and Check-Out without personal meeting works without problems. I find it hard to say the quality/price ratio because I am not often in hotels and I have no comparisons.

Kind and helpful hostess to our requests. Cleaning needs improvement. The chemical toilet flush emits a bad odor in the bathroom. The rooms are spacious but too expensive.

I stayed for two nights at this B&B to celebrate my birthday. We were looking for a cozy accommodation located in a convenient area to move around without transportation. Located in a strategic point (2 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the center), it offers everything we needed. Clean, tidy, and bright rooms, nothing out of place. Delightful and helpful staff! A strong point of this B&B is the tranquility that reigns in the structure. Despite the other rooms being occupied, we didn’t hear any noise at all! Recommendation!

We had a great time. The room was big with a double bed and a bunk bed. Very clean and the bathroom also satisfied us. It's very close to the train station and also to Via dell'Indipendenza. Very well soundproofed. Surely if we had to come back to Bologna we would return here. The owner Luca is very helpful and allowed us to leave the suitcase on the day of departure until the afternoon. To recommend.

The room is a good room, located on the fourth floor with an elevator. Check-in was remote, the manager is helpful and we agreed without problems to meet and make the payment. The room has air conditioning, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very small, without a bidet and very noisy. The area is quiet, near the station and Tanari parking (5 euros per day).

Great room. I didn't quite understand the 'breakfast not included'. However, this was not a problem. I would have liked to meet the owner-manager directly. Only phone contacts. Too bad. This the only 'concern'.

The undisputed convenience of the structure lies in the fact of being a few meters from the station and the modest price. The rooms are essential, discreetly clean, but the big problem is the excrement grinding device (yes, really!) in the bathroom, emitting a sewer stench, as well as being very noisy every time the flush had to be pulled. We didn't understand the point of such a thing! We were disgusted by it. Unfortunately, we didn't see the manager anymore to talk to him about it. Fortunately, the torture only lasted one night. P.S. We didn't receive any payment receipt.

Spacious, bright, new room, quiet area. The bathroom is a bit small, without a bidet, but functional. Finally, I found a comfortable mattress and pillows, essential for me to rest. On the bed, a light and warm duvet (in the last experience in another B&B there were still heavy and ineffective wool blankets). Wi-Fi works as well as the TV. Great location for the train station and also for the city center which I always reached on foot. My stay was extended until 22/12. I really enjoyed it. I hope to find availability for the next time.

The structure is right in front of the station so we who had the concert at unipol found it great as a location. The area is served by bars and restaurants including kebabs if one wants to save money. As soon as we arrived, the manager answered us very kindly, explained the whole route to get to the room. Once upstairs, the cleanliness was excellent, being asthmatic, the rooms are new and clean. The next day the very kind manager also kept our bags and we managed to see Bologna which is worth it!
