Adele is an exceptionally gracious hostess, greeting us like lifelong friends. Her home is elegant and comfortable and beautiful. It's from the 1700s and has been impeccably restored, much like staying in a special museum, but it's actually a home! There are some steep stairs, but they are well worth the effort. We keep using the word 'magical' to describe our time here. We look forward to visiting Adele again and exploring Reggio Emilia.

Vittorio and Adele treated us like family. We were welcomed into their beautiful home. We were sad to leave them. The B&B Villa Anita is spectacular with so much history. We enjoyed walking the property and playing golf. I would give them more than 10 stars.

Being welcomed and hosted by Vittorio and his mother Adele is a pleasant opportunity, which I recommend. Their courtesy and generosity in listening to and supporting the guest's needs demonstrate a sincere passion for this activity and service, beyond the pride in preserving and continuing to keep alive the charm of the family's eighteenth-century villa. Attention to many elegant details completes the experience. We will definitely return. Thank you.

Excellent welcome from the owner. The property is immersed in a large park, a few minutes' drive from Reggio Emilia. We stayed in the annex, an independent structure consisting of a living room and kitchen.

Villa Anita is truly a magical place! An eighteenth-century villa immersed in a wonderful park, decorated with charming frescoes and tastefully furnished. Excellent value for money!

Ho soggiornato per 2 notti in questo splendido Bed and Breakfast, la signora ci ha accolto calorosamente facendoci visitare tutta la struttura. Struttura molto bella, una villa del 700, l'atmosfera è quella del periodo veramente d'altri tempi. Le camere sono molto spaziose, e ben pulite dotate di tutti i comfort, con arredi che richiamano proprio quell'epoca. La colazione è servita in una sala spettacolare, ed è ottima. La padrona di casa e il figlio sono due persone uniche ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! Sicuramente tornerò in questa struttura.

Sono tornata in questo adorabile B&B per la seconda volta e non ne mancheranno altre! Struttura splendida immersa nella natura, tranquillità e silenzio. Stanza immensa, super pulita, calda e accogliente. La colazione è il fiore all’occhiello e la signora Adele la prepara sempre con cura e attenzione facendoti sentire come a casa, coccolandoti con consigli e bellissime chiacchierate. Già non vedo l’ora di tornarci !

Per il B&B day abbiamo prenotato in questa fantastica villa, gestori cordiali, la Signora Adele è sempre attenta alle nostre esigenze, il figlio Vittorio disponibile e cordiale, gestori da punteggio 10 e lode. La struttura è posta in un contesto fantastico a 5 km da Reggio Emilia, meraviglioso parco con vari animali, fagiani, anitre, aironi, lepri ecc. , le camere accoglienti pulite, calde, nel locale bagno non mancava niente, dagli asciugami ai saponi al necessario per la toilette per donna, pulizie giornaliere con rimpiazzo di acqua minerale e comunque villa da sogno dove il tempo si è fermato, ma tanto confortevole, peccato che il punteggio sia solo 5 stelle, meriterebbe 10. Consigliatissimo per relax e vicinanze a città come Modena, Parma, Bologna e altri borghi vicini, pensiamo di ritornarci. Un grandissimo grazie da parte della mia famiglia, dei miei cognati e del mio piccolo 4 zampe. Marco Mastrorosa.

Ci sono stata con la mia compagna lo scorso anno. Bellissima struttura che sicuramente da il meglio di sé in primavera ed estate, visto il bellissimo parco di cui dispone. I gestori molto attenti ed assolutamente non impersonali. Migliorerei un pochino la colazione che, forse a causa di chi ci aveva precedute, non era molto ricca. Sicuramente, quando tornerò a Reggio Emilia, riprenoterò a Villa Anita.
