The charming property is located beautifully in the countryside. The host was professional, warm, and greeted everyone with smiles. The rooms were well equipped with amenities, spotlessly clean, and tidy. Housekeeping was offered daily. Bottled water was provided in the rooms. An amazing breakfast was provided daily, with a generous selection of homemade jams, cakes, bread, and pies. Fresh eggs and espresso were made to your request. Large selections of other breakfast items. Parking is included. The property does have AC. No concerns about bugs or mosquitoes. Our family of 9 would stay again without a question.

Great B&B. We were 12 guests last week. Super friendly hosts. Top rooms as each room has air conditioning. Top cleanliness. We could use the lawn area for grilling. We ate on the terrace outdoors. Hosts were always helpful. I can only recommend. Top top top.

We stayed one night, my husband, and daughter. Friendly staff, very nice and well-kept structure with a beautiful garden. Internal parking in the courtyard and clean rooms. I recommend this B&B!

Structure overall decent, lacks a bench or low cabinet to place the luggage. Otherwise, everything is normal. The room was equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, glasses, and cups for breakfast, not bad.

Comfortable accommodation, close to Gualtieri which is my point of interest, availability of sweet or savory breakfast, the landlady was very nice and accommodating, serving me breakfast in the room the night before because I had to leave at dawn. I will gladly return. Thank you.

The structure is definitely nice, tidy, and clean. The room was quite comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, I had some communication problems with the management: not having received any confirmation email of the booking, I called the B&B directly. Several emails followed for further confirmations which had instilled a bit of uncertainty in me! Unfortunately, we could not have breakfast at the property, even though it was scheduled on the website, due to organizational problems of the management. The welcome was not the best: we arrived as announced by phone, at 6:00 pm, we buzzed several times without an answer. We called three times before getting a response, so we had to wait about half an hour outside the B&B and once checked in, we were handled quite quickly and coldly, without even a suggestion on where to dine in the area. Unexpected events can happen and obviously we would have been more understanding and happy if we had been informed of the possible delay in welcoming us. Having called an hour and a half before our arrival and having provided two phone numbers, a quick call would have been enough to warn us of the delay. In short, it was not pleasant to have to wait outside after a 7-hour journey. The B&B manager had informed us by email that she could not prepare breakfast for us and gave us a discount on the room price: we had been informed in advance by email on this aspect. A tip: it wouldn't have been bad to find an alternative breakfast in the mini fridge, with yogurt or fresh or dried fruit, maybe some cereals and/or packaged croissants or rusks. In any case, we had breakfast in the center with a good erbazzone :) it was an excuse to try something different.

Pleasant structure outside the center, at least 3 km away, adjacent to the main road, private parking, spacious and clean room as well as the bathroom, minimal breakfast.

Great Bed & Breakfast just outside Guastalla. Even though we only stayed one night, we had a great time. The room has everything you need, very clean and welcoming. To nitpick, I would recommend placing a couple of towel racks near the sink. We were unlucky to stay during a heated argument among our neighboring guests that went on for a few hours, diverting our attention from our work on the PC, but in any case, once the quarrel was settled, the atmosphere returned peaceful and relaxing.

Very beautiful and clean structure. Wonderful quadruple room, located in the attic, spacious and very functional. Amazing and abundant breakfast, served in the room, with cakes of their production. The owner is of a magnificent kindness and cordiality.
