Good morning! This is the foundation of our breakfast. We offer croissants from an award-winning pastry shop mentioned in numerous guides, fresh bread from our trusted bakery, cakes or small pastries, freshly baked muffins every morning, seasonal fruits, and even produce from our own garden. We use Lola's milk for our cappuccinos, or soy milk, and the jams we serve are produced by a local company mentioned at the Parma taste fair. They are made with cane sugar, without preservatives or pectin. We also offer industrial juices, yogurts, coffee, barley coffee, American coffee, and for those who prefer savory options, we always have cured meats from our region, such as Prosciutto or Culatello DOP. We will be happy to accommodate your specific needs.

We stayed at this B&B for two nights during the Immaculate Conception holiday. Despite being a simple structure, it is very welcoming and well-maintained, making you feel at home. Mr. Edio is a kind and helpful person who loves talking about his land and suggested further places to visit in addition to those on the itinerary. The breakfast is plentiful with non-packaged products. Cleanliness, which is the first thing I look for in reviews, met my expectations. We recommend it.

The location is great if you need to go to the nearby horse center or racetrack, but it is just a few minutes by car from Cattolica. The structure is well preserved, our double room on the breakfast floor is beautiful in chabi chic style with a large bathroom and a shower (a bit old-fashioned) but in great condition. The underfloor heating is fantastic. Having a fridge available to put something in (too bad you can't cook) is an added value. Perfect breakfast with fresh pastry products and the owner who prepares instantly what you need. The kindness of the owner completes everything. Recommended. To come back also for the good value for money.

What can I say, beyond all expectations! I spent a very pleasant weekend with my husband at this delightful B&B Ghetto Conca. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by the green countryside, a stone's throw from the golf course, the racetrack, and the racecourse, which can also be reached on foot if desired, and just a few minutes from the area's points of interest. The property is meticulously cared for in every detail, from the tastefully decorated and very cozy room equipped with every comfort, from the minibar to the shoe cleaning essentials, but above all impeccably clean, with quality bed and bath linens, to the excellent and very rich breakfast based on local products, served promptly at the agreed time in a warm and relaxing setting. The table is set with care in every tiny detail, with background music from the record player, what a wonderful awakening! The strength of B&B Ghetto Conca is undoubtedly Edio, a very attentive, helpful, and kind host. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Edio, we truly felt pampered, if there is an opportunity, we will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Quiet place, in the countryside, but on the edge of the village. Clean room, tastefully furnished, attention to detail. Abundant and quality breakfast, in a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, just like the owner. We absolutely recommend it.

Sometimes fate gives you a nice surprise. Beautiful room, impeccable cleanliness, excellent breakfast (a different dessert every day). The best part, however, was Edio who dedicated his time to advising us on places to visit and adding a precious memory to our vacation. We recommend it without a shadow of a doubt.

We stayed at this B&B for 2 nights, right from the start we had a great time, the owner, Mr. Edio, was really welcoming. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable walk-in closet. Perfect cleanliness, the room was tidied up on the second day (not always done in B&Bs). In the morning, Edio waits for you in the kitchen to prepare what you want, croissants, donuts, muffins, fresh bread with butter and jam, yogurt and fresh fruit, a typical sweet Italian breakfast with quality products. I can also say that Edio was very careful to touch everything with tongs and always wore a mask given the difficult period. I definitely recommend this beautiful place to everyone, the kindness and hospitality of the owner made our stay pleasant and relaxing. To return for sure.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dal soggiorno in questo b&b, pulizia e cura di ogni dettaglio, la location è immersa nella natura e nella tranquillità, si trova a mezz'ora a piedi dal circuito di Misano e a circa 10 minuti in auto dalla riviera romagnola e dal circuito stesso, dispone di un garage per riporre eventuale carrello con moto o rimorchio in genere. Colazione da 5 stelle servita e preparata dal gentilissimo proprietario Edio. Una persona disponibile ed attenta a qualsiasi esigenza dei clienti. Vi troverete veramente bene. Consiglio questa struttura e conto di tornarci presto

Abbiamo pernottato due notti in questo magnifico B&B immerso nella pace campagnola. Camera ordinata, molto pulita, doccia molto apprezzata e colazione da urlo. Consigliamo caldamente il pernottamento: essendo San Giovanni a pochi chilometri dal mare, dalle colline e dal circuito di Misano, si presta bene a tutti gli interessi. Inoltre, il gestore si é rivelato una gentilissima persona con cui chiacchierare.

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte ma avremmo voluto stare di più! Ghetto Conca è un B&B delizioso, con camere moderne e romantiche. Pulizia impeccabile, aria condizionata, frigobar, doccia con getti idromassaggio, insomma tutti i servizi indispensabili e anche di più. avevamo buone aspettative ma sono state sicuramente superate, colazione super, con tante cose buone e cappuccino extra-large! Se dovessimo tornare in zona prenoteremo qui sicuramente. Grazie al gestore Edio, simpatico e cordiale. A presto.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per partecipare alle gare di MotoGP nel circuito di Misano. È posizionato in un punto strategico quindi si può arrivare al circuito da una strada secondaria molto meno intasata di quella principale, volendo c’è anche un percorso pedonale che però io non ho potuto fare perché sono incinta. La struttura è pulitissima, accogliente e le camere sono arredare con molto gusto. Il proprietario e gentilissimo è molto disponibile e la colazione è SUPER! Consiglio vivamente a chiunque ne abbia bisogno di soggiornarVi, sarete piacevolmente sorpresi!

Il posto è bello, pulitissimo. Il proprietario è una persona deliziosa molto disponibile e prepara delle colazioni fantastiche. Comodo per chi deve partecipare ad un concorso al vicino centro ippico.

Accoglienza superlativa. il gestore è una persona veramente a modo, cordiale simpatico ed estremamente disponibile. Anche i genitori, soprattutto il papà con il quale ho avuto modo di scambiare quattro chiacchiere, sono persone veramente gentili. Il pregio maggiore è quello di sentirsi veramente a casa. La struttura è perfetta, la pulizia è maniacale, la stanza bella e comoda, la colazione ottima ma soprattutto curatissima. Consiglio di provarla. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità.
