"Bed And Breakfast Bologna Dreaming" is a residence with unique, original style.

We stayed four nights and it was a wonderful stay. It is located in a perfect neighborhood close to everything and if not, you have 2 bus stops at 3 minutes walk, so it was perfect for us. The room is so much better than it looks in the pictures and very comfy. Would stay again if I come back to Bologna.

Perfect in every way. The host is exceedingly welcoming and has clearly given thought to a great many details, which make the stay more pleasing. Very clean and tidy and a private bathroom was very nice. It was also warm inside and easy to regulate the temperature, which is not common in Italian houses (at least in my experience). Can't recommend this enough, thanks for a lovely stay.

Possibly the cleanest B&B I have ever stayed in. Gabriele and his mother take extra effort to have the rooms, bathroom, and breakfast area spotless. The room itself is good size, cabinet to store clothes and a TV. The location is easy walking to the centre (30 mins) and there is a bus stop within 2-3 minutes walk. There are many lovely restaurants in the neighborhood. I definitely recommend to stay here. You will not be disappointed by the hospitality of Gabriele. He is a great communicator before and during the stay. Also, there is excellent security to the B&B.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming and lovingly furnished accommodation. The hosts are very warm and conscientious. They gave us tips for restaurants and places to visit. We have noticed how much love and time they invest in ensuring that all the rooms are clean, breakfast is prepared and the guests are happy. The location is not in the middle of the city, but there is a direct bus connection and around the corner there is great nature and nice authentic bars and restaurants.

Absolutely incredible experience, caring hosts that offered to help us find a taxi to get to the airport and shared so much information about Bologna with us. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Apartment is in a very quiet residential area that is not far from the bus station that will take you to the historical downtown or train station. Will be returning to this property next time we visit Bologna! 5/5 stars.

It is an amazing place to stay, the managers were very kind since the beginning, even before arriving. Everything was tidy and clean. Maybe the only thing that we can mention would be to incorporate some vegan alternatives in the breakfast (such as oat/soy milk or hummus for the bread). Congratulations!

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time! Gabriele and his mother were lovely hosts and very sweet and kind to us. Breakfast (and especially Cappuccino) were outstanding, the room and bathroom exceptionally clean and tidy. The B&B has the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, to the city centre it's a 15-20 min walk. There are also bus stations close by if needed. Thank you so much and we hope to be back soon. The place is perfectly located after my arrival. It is in a very nice neighborhood, and we could walk to the city and pass by a lot of interesting places and shops, which we would not discover and enjoy if we stayed in the center of the old town. The apartment is very clean and decorated with love. It is the apartment where Gabriel's mother grew up, Gabriel and his mother were very very kind and friendly. They have everything prepared including toothbrushes. Gabriel baked a lot of lovely sweets, which we enjoyed as breakfast. The food is simple but home-made. This place is so far the best B&B I have stayed.

This B&B was perfect for our stay in Bologna, comfortable, clean, near the relatives we had come to visit, and within walking distance of practically everything. Due to the pandemic, breakfast was suspended for most of our stay, but some specialty and pre-packaged items became available. Our host was gracious and helpfully attentive. We most certainly hope to return.

Gabriele and his father went out of their way to make our stay VERY pleasant. They helped with laundry and dinner locations as well as directions to the Bologna sites. Breakfast was home made deliciousness! They even helped us find a tour guide at our next destination. Gabriele's English was perfect! Thank you for a great stay!

This B&B is very peaceful and lovely. Our room had a big balcony full of flowers, our own bathroom, which was clean and new and came with new toothbrushes, hairdryer, shampoo and slippers. The bed was big and comfortable.\n\nThe hosts were attentive and gave us useful recommendations about what to do and see in Bologna.\n\nThe location of the flat isn't in the smack center of the city but a short walk from it (or an even shorter) bus ride which we preferred, because the flat itself was very quiet, so we could relax.\n\nA very good experience!

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a balcony to sit outside. Bed very comfortable. Good, modern bathroom. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding, by far the best we had during our stay in Italy. Papa bakes fantastic cakes. It’s a bit of a walk into town, but on the way there are lots of bars and cafés to stop for refreshments. Highly recommended.

Gabriele and his mother are excellent hosts, very attentive and kind. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and there was no problem for us to check in much earlier than usual. The same for check-out: we were able to leave our suitcases there and pick them up later, allowing us to enjoy the whole day without having to carry the luggage. The breakfast was adequate and available at any time. The apartment lacked nothing; it was a very positive stay and experience in every respect.

The house is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The rooms are very nice and the bathroom is functional and modern. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, shower gel/shampoo and toothbrushes were provided. The kitchen is well equipped. There is also a kettle in the room with cups for making tea or an herbal infusion comfortably. The owners are very kind and extremely helpful. The only drawback (which does not depend on the hosts) is that parking near the property is pay-only.

You know when they say "feel at home"? That is exactly the feeling conveyed by B&B Bologna Dreaming. A warm welcome, kindness and hospitality are the watchwords of this property. Learning about the history of the place where I am staying is an added value not to be underestimated. The property is renovated, very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is self-service, with everything you may need. The location is in a residential area; in about forty minutes on foot you can reach the centre, otherwise there is a bus stop a few steps away. The only downside is that it is a bit cold, but there is a centralized heating system and enough blankets to sleep warmly during the night. Recommended.

The B&B Bologna Dreaming is the ideal choice for a stay in Bologna because it is in a strategic location, both for visits to the city center and for the natural areas and gardens abundant in the Saragozza district, and above all for the compulsory visit to the Sanctuary of San Luca, which should be reached on foot. We stayed in the "Magic" room, cozy and well cared for, very bright and with a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast when the weather allows. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is impeccable. The welcome is discreet and professional; however, the care and attention of the owners make guests feel welcome and at home. A special mention for the owners' willingness to provide an excellent breakfast despite our allergies and intolerances. In short, the B&B Bologna Dreaming is an excellent option for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Bologna.

The apartment where the room is located is in an extremely quiet area, close to supermarkets and other services. Personally, I found it pleasant that there was always a free parking space under the building. The room and bathroom were not only spacious, beautiful to see and well-equipped, everything turned out to be very comfortable starting from the bed. The air conditioning was also super easy to adjust and especially moderate, thus avoiding freezing even in summer. In the bathroom, there was a very spacious shower and the temperature change of the water happened quickly, it was very pleasant to have courtesy toothbrushes (packaged) in addition to the usual shampoos and soaps. The highlight, however, was the "breakfast"; the owner made many good things to drink and eat available to us right away (without us having to wait until the next morning). Many desserts are prepared by him and it was a pleasure to eat them for breakfast or during breaks when we returned to rest. Considering that for other BnBs where I have been a guest, where I paid more and there were none of these comforts, this is definitely the best one I have stayed at.

A B&B to discover, very clean, in a part of Bologna where you feel great, close to the center but very quiet. Perfect room, big with a nice terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning, awakened by the wonderful singing of the birds. In this small B&B, we felt a bit like at home! Very intimate and well-kept, the rooms are all different, furnished with original 1960s furniture that belonged to Mrs. Giuliana's family, who with taste and harmony has been able to enhance them by creating pleasant and unique environments! Situated in a quiet area, yet still close to the city center and well connected by public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, with every little detail taken care of to make the stay as pleasant as possible. From the soft and fragrant sheets to the tasteful decor, every aspect of the room was perfect. \n\nBut what truly made my stay special was the incredible hospitality of the owners. They were extremely friendly and attentive to our every need, making us feel at home. They provided valuable advice on what to see and do in the area, also offering a delicious homemade breakfast every morning (the muffins were excellent). \n\nIn summary, I highly recommend this bed & breakfast to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and welcoming experience. The structure is very well organized, with slippers as soon as you enter, a very beautiful and renovated room, quiet, with two small tables, TV and very good wifi, very comfortable bed and pillows, and a kettle in the room to make tea. I had a private bathroom, super comfortable. The cleanliness of the whole house is excellent. The breakfast is good and abundant. The location is very convenient, in a residential area, about a 25-minute walk from the center.

Structure outside Porta Saragozza, chosen specifically to start the Path of the Gods. Very nice facility, equipped with all comforts and definitely very clean. The managers (mother and son) very kind and affable. Breakfast ok, could be improved by perhaps offering the option of a savory choice as well. Overall we were very satisfied.

The best welcome we could desire, it felt like being at home. Abundant breakfast prepared daily, spacious room and perfect cleanliness. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Bologna, the connections are practically at the doorstep. A 30-minute walk from the city center. We will gladly return!

It is in the trendiest district of Bologna, where the famous porticos of San Luca are located; and a few meters from the historic center. Therefore, in a quiet location, yet very convenient to everything. The first time I find a family-run management so attentive to the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. An excellent service overall (bathroom set, breakfast, reception, speed in responses, availability). It is not a B&B with shabby furnishings and services, but rather of a certain importance. Considering the service provided, the style and the location; it still has reasonable prices. Suitable for the most demanding customers. I recommend it and will return when I'm in Bologna again.

We had a great experience, excellent welcome upon our arrival starting from a parking spot "reserved" for us due to a football match, perfect family management for courtesy, accommodation cleanliness, breakfast with local and homemade products and all the "necessary" to live comfortably in the accommodation. Great location to visit the city and the Sanctuary of San Luca (highly recommended) both reachable through paths always under the famous arcades therefore feasible even in the rain. We had a great time, welcomed by all the comforts, lots of cordiality and sympathy. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone going to Bologna. Close to the center but away from the chaos. In case of new visits to Bologna, we would have no doubts about where to stay.

Welcoming environment, very clean and carefully curated in every detail. The owner and his family are truly very kind and helpful in providing you with all the information you need. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get to know Bologna because the B&B Bologna Dreaming is in a strategic location, very close to the center and well connected by public transport. I stayed 3 nights at this B&B Bologna Dreaming where I had already stayed in the past. I always feel great: very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with exceptional mattresses. The breakfast deserves much more than 10, I will definitely come back every time I come to Bologna. A special thanks goes to the young manager Gabriele and his family.

B&B Bologna Dreaming very well taken care of, new, clean. The owners are very kind and always prepare excellent sweets for breakfast. The location is convenient for engineering, and thanks to the proximity to bus stop 20, you are about 15 minutes from the center.

Excellent welcome from Gabriele, the young manager of the property, and his parents who made me feel "at home". The premises are spotless, kettle in the room with herbal teas, fridge in the corridor with water and drinks available, breakfast with homemade cakes and biscuits. The city center can be easily reached by bus or, as I preferred, on foot in thirty minutes. It is also close to the swimming and football stadium. What else to say: "all positive".

I stayed at this B&B for 2 days in December 2017 with my family and I couldn't find anything better. Exceptional cleanliness, the first B&B in Italy where I could put clothes in the drawers. The room is spacious, with new and comfortable mattresses. The breakfast surprised us, Gabriele and his family pampered us with fresh cookies and a typical Bolognese cake with small noodles on top that they call 'ricciolina', and then they also made crepes, a dream. I recommend it to everyone.
