My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Bologna at Affittacamera Cortesia 2. The apartment was ideal with a roomy kitchenette for preparing meals, a terrace that opened both from the bathroom and the main dining/sleeping area. The apartment was within walking distance to the train station, city center, and grocery store. Perfect for a short or long stay. Antonio was very accommodating, and we hope to return.

Very comfortable room, perfect for us next to the Villa Torri clinic, where we had to go. Owners were really kind and available for any request. We had a shared kitchen, equipped with everything necessary. A few steps from the center with bars, trattorias, supermarkets, pharmacies, perfect also for those who move on foot.

Very comfortable room, clean, friendly owners, kind and very helpful, very close to Porta San Donato and therefore just a few minutes walk from the center, close to a bar for breakfast and quick lunches, Carrefour express and coin laundry. Despite the structure being on the very busy Viale Quirico Filopanti, the room is very quiet and private. Highly recommended!

Strategically located to reach the city center as a tourist and very close (practically door to door) to the Due Torri hospital. Clean and decent structure that could have concrete areas for improvement regarding the finishes and especially the kitchen which openly reveals its past life. Very helpful managers, just need to agree on the schedules. Important thing: noise levels below the average for a city, therefore you sleep well. If I were to return to Bologna, I would consider it as my first choice.

Optimal position to reach central areas and places of interest on foot. Good value for money. Very helpful manager. It's a pity that the shared kitchen has outdated, inefficient, and incomplete equipment.

We stayed in 5 at Affittacamere Cortesia 2 (we booked both rooms for ourselves). The place was clean, but unfortunately only after paying we were informed that the kitchen would be used by a former tenant of the property, who was allowed to keep his food there. Caught off guard, we accepted, but it was not correct not to inform us earlier, considering we had booked 20 days ago. Score 8 for the kindness of Antonio's wife.

Il ragazzo era in quel appartamento da diverse settimane perché non riusciva a trovare casa, lo abbiamo dovuto trasferire per non dover annullare la vostra prenotazione. Buona vita.

Found great, very kind the owner, 2 minutes from Villa Tori and 10 minutes from the center, everything close by foot and next to it there is a supermarket and a bar for breakfast and lunch and dinner, all great!

I stayed at this B&B due to an intervention supported by my mother at the Villa Torri clinic. I found the location excellent because the accommodation is located right next to the clinic. Staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and condition of the property very positive. Only downside: I would include breakfast in the price as well! Overall, a great stay.

The name 'Affittacamere Cortesia 2', is improper, as it is a simple guest house, where the TV signal often disappears and the heating does not work at night. It is impossible to use the bidet as the space between it and the shower box is so narrow that it is impossible to fit your legs in.

Great location, central, in 15 minutes on foot you can reach the center of Bologna. Mr. Antonio and Mrs. Angela are very kind and helpful, they also recommended where to eat. 5 minutes from Torre Valli Hospital, the house is well organized and clean. We had a good time, a place to recommend to those who want to spend a weekend experiencing Bologna on foot. Thanks again Monica and Cinzia Erba.

I stayed for just one night in the studio apartment at Piazza di Porta San Vitale with two friends and we had a really good time. Very central location, clean room and equipped with everything. I thank the owner, very courteous and, above all, patient with us, despite the unexpected delay with which we reached the city.

Good morning Antonio and Angela, as promised here I am with a few lines of review for your property. What to say? Courtesy, cleanliness, and hospitality are the first three adjectives that come to mind. Being in Bologna for health problems was not pleasant, but knowing that I could count on two cordial and helpful people like you made everything easier. The apartment at Porta San Donato was in a great location, quiet and equipped with every comfort, close to the bus stop and with all possible services nearby (supermarket, bar, pizza by the slice, restaurant, etc.). What pleasantly surprised me was the value for money, but what really won me over is the fact that staying at your property made me feel at home and allowed me and my son to live as serenely as possible during the particular period we were going through. Thank you again for everything, I hope to return to Bologna on vacation, I will definitely take advantage of your hospitality again. A heartfelt hug from Orietta and Lorenzo - Chions Pordenone.

Hello everyone, I stayed at the Affittacamere Cortesia 2 for 5 days, due to my husband's surgery. I had a great time, located right next to the Villa Torri clinic. Excellent location, I could be with my husband in a minute. Extremely kind owners and always available, they made you feel at home and above all someone to rely on in a difficult situation, always close to people's problems, almost taking them on themselves. I stayed at Affittacamere Cortesia 2 for only three days but, certainly, they were enough to make me, like all the guests I had the opportunity to talk to, feel really at home. The structure indeed offers very spacious and comfortable private room and bathroom and large and bright common areas. However, what struck me the most were definitely the diligent cleanliness of the premises and the availability and kindness of the managers. Furthermore, the location is very favorable as, despite being located in a very quiet and intimate area, Affittacamere Cortesia 2 is very close to the University Campus and the city center. Finally, I can only say: Angela and Antonio, congratulations.
