Centrally located in Piacenza within walking distance of its main attractions. Check-in was problem free and the host was very kind and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and represented very good value for money. There is a shared terrace to sit out on that was lovely to have in the evening.

The warm and comfortable accommodation at B&B San Francesco and Laura's warm and helpful reception were much appreciated on a cold, foggy week in December. The view from the bedroom and breakfast room over the main square was atmospheric in the fog and must be beautiful in the summer. The B&B is perfectly situated for exploring the old streets, museums and churches of this fascinating town.

Excellent two-bedroom, two-bathroom top-floor flat with secure access overlooking the main square of Piacenza. Antique furniture and flower pots on the narrow balcony create an attractive environment. The owner could not be more helpful, everything is of high quality, and this is an ideal choice for a visit to this lovely old town.

I really like the accommodation and I had the apartment to myself on the first night. My room was large with a view of a large square and an old church. The contact with the operator. Inside it was excellent. I was warmly welcomed and I was helped directly with any questions. I will come back. See you soon :)

Very nice and helpful hostess, cozy, clean room in a central location - the only downside is the late night rest in the center - incredible panoramic view of the roofs of beautiful Piacenza. Would gladly return.

The rooms are simple and somewhat old-fashioned, but the service is impeccable, everything necessary like shower and wifi is available, the rooms are heated in winter and air-conditioned for summer. The only issue was with the sockets in one room. The breakfast is completely fine and the location couldn't be better: right in the heart of the old town of Piacenza. Additionally, the terrace would be a real asset in summer. A very good offer at this price.

The B&B San Francesco is a large attic apartment in the center of Piacenza (Piazza Cavalli). We had a double room with a bathroom and also a living room, where breakfast is served in the morning, available. Furthermore, the apartment has a huge balcony where you can spend the evening comfortably. The apartment is not overloaded at all: it is very simple but tastefully furnished and very clean. Laura Bonafanti and her mother make a great effort, they have restaurant suggestions, know the area well, are very flexible with timings, etc. We lacked nothing. The breakfast is rather sporadic (only sweet: rusks, cookies, cakes, and croissants), but at this price, it does not bother us. We missed nothing. We would stay here again immediately.

The apartment is absolutely central (view of the square), which is a good thing but can also be a limitation. On the night I stayed, there was an event with a lot of music, and if I had wanted to go to bed early, it could have been a problem. However, on the contrary, I was able to enjoy the center of Parma, which I found particularly pleasant and welcoming. Impeccable cleanliness, more than pleasant and comfortable furnishings. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast in a nice café right under the apartment, positive. The host is very kind and friendly, she is definitely the strong point. If I were to return to Parma, I would stay again in this structure.

The apartment is very central, with a wonderful view of Piazza Cavalli and the cathedral. A marvelous view from the top floor, very bright. The accommodation is a bit dated, but everything was tidy and very clean.\n\nFor me, arriving on a freezing day, it was pleasant to find the whole environment heated, the bed very comfortable, two soft pillows, a nice duvet, and the possibility to have a herbal tea or something warm using a small oven.\n\nMrs. Laura is the icing on the cake, very kind and helpful. She pampered me with a wonderful breakfast, even though I told her it wasn't necessary for her to come.

The B&B San Francesco is located in a stunning setting. The rooms' furnishings are pleasant, and the environments are all clean and tidy. The only small downside is that the bathroom is not provided with shower gel, only hand soap. Otherwise, the place is very comfortable, and the manager is a delightful person.

I stayed 3 nights at the B&B San Francesco. The structure is not luxurious but extremely clean, very central (you couldn't ask for better from this point of view). The owner is very courteous and helpful, I would really have a hard time finding any negative aspect. In my opinion, there are none. So if I were to return to Piacenza, I would go to B&B San Francesco without a doubt and I feel like recommending it highly, especially for short stays, like mine was.

I stayed for one night during a short trip to Piacenza and the impression was absolutely positive. The location of B&B San Francesco is very central and from the terrace you have a charming view of the central square of Piacenza. The reservation was simple, the welcome very friendly. Both the room and the bathroom were beautiful and clean, the breakfast was of good quality. Despite all these positive aspects, the price remains quite reasonable. It was necessary to park 10 minutes away due to the central location, but the walk was more a pleasure than a inconvenience.

The B&B San Francesco is located on the sixth floor of a building in the city center overlooking Piazza Cavalli, the main square of Piacenza. I stayed in the single room with private bathroom, very clean and cozy. The lady is friendly and super helpful. Also great value for money. Highly recommended.

The very kind Mrs. Bonfanti welcomed my sister and me with great cordiality, professionalism, availability, and discretion. The property, located in a central area on the 6th floor, is bright and equipped with a nice terrace overlooking the church of San Francesco, where we can have breakfast, read, or simply admire the historical beauties of Piacenza from above. The rooms are very clean and welcoming. We sincerely thank Mrs. Bonfanti for offering us a pleasant stay.
