A wonderful place to stay and enjoy the charms of Piacenza. A beautiful 500-year-old palazzo, very unusual and authentic, with interesting antique furniture. Our host Alessandra was not only beautiful but charming and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, etc..

Very nice room, surely very pleasant in autumn and spring. In the middle of summer without air conditioning, the room was overheated, hence the need to open the window, which was very noisy. Breakfast consisted of dry biscuits and industrial pastries: so so! In short, generally disappointed despite the setting. No comment on the owner as I did not see him, but he had personal constraints.

Room decorated and equipped with taste, small kitchen with fridge, quiet place 5 minutes walk from the center and 15 minutes from the train station. Very good value for money. Very nice host.

Many stairs must be climbed to reach the room. If it's okay, you will be happy in large spaces. Unfortunately, during the day the street is a bit too noisy.

Beautiful historic building, nice room with a spacious anteroom, good bathroom with a huge shower. The only downside: the street is quite busy and something to improve also on breakfast. Friendly and kind host.

The structure is a stately home, well-maintained, with friendly and courteous owners. The location is excellent, as it is in the center, very close to Piazza Cavalli. However, in my opinion, the room was quite cold despite the presence of two radiators. The room was very large, with very high ceilings, and I realize it can be difficult to heat.

We stayed in a delightful mini-apartment in a beautiful historic building, just a short walk from the center and great restaurants. The lady I contacted and who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. Everything very clean and well-kept in a bygone atmosphere. Highly recommended.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Piacenza. The owner is extremely courteous. The apartment consists of a large living room with a concealed kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a very spacious bathroom.

Very helpful manager, the property is very convenient for visiting the city. We were assigned a studio with a large bathroom. Unfortunately, the boiler makes noise during the night, maybe some maintenance is needed. The breakfast could also be improved.

I found some hairs stuck to the wall and the shower tray, too many to have escaped the cleaning staff's attention; all this despite being assured that the room had undergone a disinfection process as an anticovid measure. Apart from this, the location is quite strategic for reaching more important points even on foot.

Staying in a XVI century palace with antique furniture in the city center is a privilege. The rooms are very cozy and tastefully furnished, as well as the common areas: living room and dining room. We enjoyed sharing the table with other guests for a rich breakfast. The owner is very kind and attentive to guests' needs. We arrived an hour earlier than expected and she welcomed us without any problems, also helped us find a restaurant nearby. In short, we had a great time, highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

Cozy structure and optimal location in the city center. The breakfast may need improvement not so much for the quantity but for the quality of the service: we had spoiled milk and burnt croissants. Definitely an exception though. Otherwise everything is ok.
