The property is very clean and is located in a quiet area. We stayed only one day for Vasco's concert and Mr. Roberto was really kind in giving us extra time to rest. A truly pleasant person.

Roberto is a delightful person; he makes you feel at home from the first moment. He prepares breakfast for you every morning and asks what you like, a small thing but it makes all the difference. The lounge is very spacious and nicely furnished; it is pleasant to have a relaxed breakfast there. The room was clean, quiet and very bright. The bathroom is large and has a window, all to myself, a detail I always appreciate. Convenient parking. Simple but attentive to details. I was alone and still felt great, never uncomfortable. Castenaso is very peaceful and Bologna is just a short distance away when you feel like going. I will definitely come back.

Simply impeccable, extreme cleanliness, helpfulness and precise information. Just a few minutes from the fair, perfect logistical location. Extremely varied breakfast, thanks Roberto for the hospitality and thanks also to Nettuno.

We had a very good stay. Mr. Roberto was very attentive and helpful. The bathroom and room were very clean. Breakfast was very good and abundant. Even though he was informed shortly beforehand, Roberto was very attentive to our dietary intolerances. Quiet location with parking.

Roberto is an excellent host. The BnB is great for those who need to go to the fair, provided they have a way to get around. I recommend it.
