We stayed for 4 days at 'B&B La Porta di Levante'. The accommodation is very well located, close to the historic center, very clean and quiet with a nice bathroom. Good breakfast, kitchen equipment, and well-stocked fridge in the room. And above all, very warm owners, attentive and always reachable to provide all the necessary information for a good trip. One of the best bed and breakfasts we have booked in Italy. Thank you for everything.

We were very satisfied with the large room and the equally large bathroom. Everything was renovated and furnished in a modern style. The location is quiet. It is only a 10-minute walk to the old town. On request, a parking space in the courtyard can be arranged at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Claudio and Tiziana are great hosts. Claudia gave us phone instructions so that we could find the entrance to the courtyard well on the day of arrival. We had reserved a parking space there. He showed us the room and the B&B and explained everything. On a map, he marked the main sights of Bologna and explained them. The fridge in the room was filled with a welcome drink and drinks that we could consume for free. In addition, there was a breakfast basket in the room filled with various cakes, muesli, jam, etc., and in the fridge, there were yogurts, juices, and milk kept cool. For coffee in the morning, there were enough pods along with the coffee machine. The breakfast is very abundant, we couldn't even eat that much. We had booked the suite, which is very spacious and nicely furnished. The bathroom has a large shower. Luggage can be easily transported upstairs to the accommodation by elevator. If we are in Bologna next time, we will gladly return. The location of the B&B is very good and the additional parking space is worth its weight in gold. Thank you Claudio and Tiziana.

Accommodation located near Porta Maggiore that allows you to reach the city center within a 10-minute walk. The building is well maintained, rooms are clean and new, with everything needed for a stay. Breakfast is self-service. There is a common area with tables, a coffee machine and a small kitchen that allow you to prepare breakfast with the products found in the room basket: various packaged products, milk, coffee, water, juices and tea. The owners are very helpful in making your stay in Bologna as pleasant as possible. There are also two paid parking spaces in the internal courtyard. We parked at Quick Park Policlinico, which is a 15-minute walk away and has a good price.

Central location: within a few minutes on foot you are in the heart of the city. The host is very friendly and helpful. Small drawback: the description does not specify that parking in the condominium courtyard is paid. For us it was an excellent solution for an overnight stay away from home.

Welcoming property, renovated and tastefully furnished, located in an early 20th-century building opposite Porta Maggiore. Great location, just outside Bologna's walls, for reaching the city center. The room is equipped with all accessories and courtesy kits. Breakfast is provided with packaged products, although a kitchenette is available for preparing food and/or hot drinks. The host, Claudio, was extremely kind and helpful. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Optimal location in a quiet area, but close to the city center (in a maximum of 10 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Maggiore). The property is very nice, the room and bathroom are very comfortable, clean, well renovated and equipped with many accessories. Guests have access to a complete kitchen where, if desired, a quick meal can also be cooked. Claudio and Tiziana are very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Simply perfect! Our stay at this B&B was impeccable, a true corner of paradise. There were four of us, and we stayed in a double room and in the suite: both were stunning, meticulously cared for and equipped with everything one could desire. From an abundance of personal care products to a selection of snacks and drinks both in the rooms and in the common room, every need was anticipated with extreme attention. Breakfast was another highlight: although the products were not homemade, they were served divinely and the variety was incredible. Every morning we found a wide choice, everything fresh and of quality, presented with great care. A special thanks goes to Claudio, the owner of the B&B, for his kindness and the passion he puts into every detail. You can feel how much he loves this job and how much he cares about the well-being of his guests, making the stay truly unique. The location is ideal: convenient for exploring the surroundings, but also perfectly quiet for those seeking a bit of relaxation. I can only give the highest marks to this B&B. We will definitely return and I recommend it to anyone wanting a worry-free vacation.

I stayed for two nights to undergo a small procedure at Rizzoli. The property is brand new. The room is spacious, comfortable, fragrant, and very clean, equipped with new fixtures that isolate the room from any outside noise. It has a minibar filled with water, fruit juices, tea, and yogurt. There is a large wardrobe. We found a basket full of goodies for breakfast (snacks, cookies, pastries, etc.). The en-suite bathroom is clean with a very spacious shower, equipped with everything necessary (even shaving foam and hair spray). The shared kitchen area is modern and equipped with an induction cooker, with dishes divided by rooms. The managers were very kind and even recommended a great trattoria to taste typical Bolognese dishes. Excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we had to postpone our stay due to a serious unforeseen event on the day of departure, which I won't explain. We contacted the owners of the property explaining what happened, and they immediately granted us a voucher to be used later. The two owners were courteous, professional, and empathetic; you can tell there is passion, friendliness, and competence behind their work. We stayed one night in the suite, two adults and a newborn. We had a great time. The room, comfortably sized given the presence of a newborn, is very clean and well furnished, comfortable and practical. The bathroom is clean, fully functional, and complete with all necessary gadgets. The common areas are well organized and well maintained. The building where the B&B La Porta di Levante is located is very quiet so we slept well at night. Also convenient is the possibility to park in the inner courtyard at a fair price. Finally, a thank you to the owners, very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Recommended!

Excellent structure in an excellent location (almost in the city center), excellent organization of spaces (spacious rooms, beautifully furnished, complete with every comfort, including food and drinks for breakfast and more, all included in the price, new furnishings, air conditioning for the summer period, new bathrooms equipped with every product for cleaning and personal care, super-equipped kitchen), impeccable cleanliness, extreme professionalism, availability and courtesy of the owners and great price. Paid garage (€ 15.00) but absolutely convenient for the area, where it is practically impossible to find free parking nearby without paying much more. Fantastic B&B! I highly recommend it.

Great B&B, in a good location to visit Bologna. The manager was very kind and helpful. The structure, despite being in an old building, is new and very welcoming. It is located on the top floor, but there is an elevator. The rooms are quite large, as well as the bathroom. For breakfast, a variety of products are left (milk, coffee, croissants, cereals, etc.), with a shared kitchen where you can prepare everything (cups, cutlery, pots, plates are provided). The breakfast room overlooks the city gate, as well as another adjacent room: beautiful view. It takes about 15/20 minutes on foot to reach the towers (depending on one's own abilities). Definitely recommended.

We stayed at this B&B La Porta di Levante for a weekend in Bologna. At the time of booking, the managers were very kind and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Mr. Claudio who explained everything in great detail, also providing us with directions for visiting the city center. Having communicated a lactose intolerance, they were very nice in providing us with the right foods and drinks in the room. We were supposed to leave the room at 10, but since we had not slept during the night due to health problems, they allowed us to stay and rest well beyond the time limit without asking for any extra money. With a brand new and beautiful structure and such caring owners, I can only recommend this place with closed eyes. Fabulous!
