Amazing B&B. The owner, Roberto, is very friendly and open-hearted. He really treated us as friends. The B&B is very clean and the breakfast delicious. Also the village, Castel Bolognese, is interesting to visit as it is an open-air museum, full of bronze statues. We will totally go back there! Great location to visit Faenza and Imola!

Very convenient location in the center of Castel Bolognese; spacious kitchen well stocked with utensils and also with fruit, biscuits, and other good things for breakfast. It has everything: music, TV, travel books, and cookbooks. From the windows, a view of a park, very private. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing.

Courtesy and complete availability, the best welcome a guest can receive. From the first phone contact, Roberto showed an uncommon courtesy. Despite the special period due to the pandemic, he agreed to host me for just one night. He welcomed me offering a bottle of homemade wine, water, and fresh seasonal fruit. We 'chatted' like two friends reuniting after a long time. The cleanliness, the comfort of the room, the silence, the tranquility, but above all Roberto... thank you from the bottom of my heart, I felt at home. I will be back soon!

I stayed at the B&B Km 70 on the occasion of the Guns n' Roses concert in Imola and I can say with certainty that cleanliness, courtesy, friendliness, and education are a priority. About Roberto, the owner, I can only say that I arrived as a customer and left as a friend. Therefore, for anyone going in that direction, I highly recommend the Km 70 B&B. Even though I didn't stay long (only 3 nights), they were enough to earn my full appreciation.

Due to the work I have been doing in the last year, I have had to change many accommodations but I have never stayed so well away from home. When I arrived at the bed and breakfast, which is centrally located, I was welcomed by the owner Roberto as if we were lifelong friends. The structure is new and affordable, the rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable. The bathroom and rooms are always spotlessly clean and tidy. As for breakfast, it is plentiful and delicious. What struck me most is the serene and family atmosphere that you breathe at the bed and breakfast. Roberto is a very polite, serious, and friendly gentleman. I am a picky person but this time I can't find a single fault, this bed and breakfast is absolutely recommended.

My husband, my son, and I stayed in Castel Bolognese for a baptism. The structure is very central. The room is spacious and bright. Perfectly clean and tidy. The owner Roberto is an exquisite and welcoming person. Super breakfast with croissants from the best pastry shop in the area. Cappuccino even better than at the bar. Like being at home, with the addition of being pampered and spoiled. We will come back!

I stayed at B&B Km 70 by Roberto for just one night on the occasion of a friend's baby baptism who moved to Castel Bolognese for love :)! With me were also my sister and in another room some dear childhood friends. Roberto was truly super kind and hospitable, and we shared a special moment in the morning at breakfast! The B&B is in a very convenient location, the rooms are nice and very clean, the bathroom is shared with the other two rooms. Excellent communication, we were in touch throughout the stay, making both check-in and check-out very easy! The night in Castel is incredibly quiet! A real cure for those coming from the city! Positive experience in every aspect!

Courtesy, availability, familiarity. Three important things, sought and found during my stay. Courtesy from the beginning to the end of the stay. Availability shown in dinner options, bike transportation, and active listening that allowed to better discover the place and the opportunities offered.
