Irene was extremely kind to us and helped us a lot in extreme heat. She drove us in her car to find the San Colombano trail. Many, many thanks to Irene. She is a special woman.

We stayed for a weekend for a cycling tour in the Pietra Perduca area. I must say we had a great time. Mrs. Irene welcomed us with great availability, immediately putting us at ease. If any cyclist like us intends to go to the Val Trebbia area, this is an absolutely exceptional location. Thank you, Mrs. Irene.

We stayed at B&B In Villa for one night. The house is very beautiful and clean, carefully maintained. Mrs. Irene is a courteous and helpful person. If you are passing through the area, this is definitely a structure to consider. Recommended!

I don't have much to say except that I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Basic breakfast with a coffee and some biscuits (some of which were really good and prepared by the owner). Really a nice place to sleep.

Very pleasant stay, the property is beautiful and clean, the manager is helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered is truly abundant and tasty. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend staying at the B&B In Villa.
