The apartment itself is very stylish and clean. The location is great! The main problem we faced was that during the night someone was smoking in the next-door apartment and we could smell it very strongly. The smell came through the bathroom door as there is a shared door between our apartment and the adjacent one. We could not sleep. Luckily we stayed for only one night. Also, there was a misunderstanding between the host and us about when we could leave our luggage.

Per quanto riguarda il fumo non dico nulla anche se mi sembra molto strano…... addirittura da non dormire! Invece per quanto riguarda il malinteso è successo che mi avete chiesto di appoggiare le valigie alle 12 quindi 4 ore prima dell’orario di check in. Ho accettato per farvi una cortesia e voi invece avete cominciato a telefonarmi alle 8, 45 del mattino …. Vi sembra normale? Mai successo in 2 anni e mezzo di attività.

A great place, quite unique, especially if you are looking for something different. Elena was very kind and welcoming and very helpful when we needed a taxi for the airport.

My two friends and I visited Bologna for the first time, and we were left enchanted. We spent 3 nights in the B&B, and we cannot recommend it enough: you too need to stay at this gorgeous historical property in an unbeatable location just next to Piazza Maggiore, experience the fascinating art pieces all over the apartment, have the best sleep of your lives thanks to it being one of the coziest, most peaceful and quiet home bases in Bologna, and last but not least - enjoy the warmest hospitality of the lovely Elena! Truly a top experience, we would gladly be back!

It is a beautiful apartment. Spacious and nice. It is pleasant to have air conditioning. The beds are very hard, we think. Also the bed in the living room. In the bathroom, you can very lightly smell the smoke from the neighbor. But the entrance and the surroundings are fantastic. Also, it is really in the center, so nice!
