Area where the property is, especially at night, didn’t feel safe and was a bit unnerving. However, once inside, the reception and room were fantastic. Very clean and good quality living conditions. Host was very quick to respond to any issues we had. Overall for the price very hard to complain.

A lovely B&B, very convenient for the Fair. If you are traveling for business and need to be close to the Fiera then it is perfect, but it is also within a 30-minute walk of all that Bologna center has to offer. Breakfast (coffee and pastries) is served downstairs in a nearby bar. Hosts are not always there but are very attentive and will respond to texts or drop in if you need them. Can't fault this place for the convenience and the price!

Family holiday – disappointing experience. We stayed at this property for a family holiday,but unfortunately the experience did not live up to expectations. On the last day before departure we were informed of a change of accommodation: we were moved to Via Piana 4 due to roadworks at the property we had originally booked. The host was kind and helpful,but unfortunately the positives end there. On arrival we were told that cleaning would be carried out every two days. However,due to the illness of the cleaner,this schedule was not respected. Moreover,the cleaning itself was very superficial: making the bed was the only task performed. The shower enclosure showed obvious signs of mold,as did the bathroom window,with damaged seals and visible mold. When opening the window,cobwebs were also visible. The balcony tracks were full of dust,demonstrating a lack of attention to general hygiene. It's a pity,because with a little more care in cleaning and communication a disappointing experience could have been avoided.

Despite an initial problem due to the booking system, the owner was able to resolve it and always showed professionalism and availability. Any request was fulfilled in the best possible way. The property is managed impeccably, I highly recommend it.

I stayed at this B&B in the Fiera area of Bologna and the experience was positive. The rooms are nice, and they also have a private bathroom, which makes the stay more comfortable and private. A great advantage is the presence of balconies, small but well-kept, ideal for relaxing for a moment outdoors. Another point in favor is the possibility to use the stove and have a refrigerator available, conveniences that are not taken for granted in a B&B, especially if you stay for more days or prefer to prepare something independently. The location is strategic for those who need to go to the Fiera di Bologna: it is easily reachable on foot. The area is quiet, well-served, and silent, perfect for resting well at night. Overall, an excellent solution for those looking for functionality, cleanliness, and small comforts at a fair price.

The real added value, however, is Andrea, extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to meet any requirement. For the price of ninety euros per room, I expected a slightly more modern structure and not a dated condominium. Apart from this, the room was clean. The environment was ugly but very close to the fair, so there is nothing to complain about in this regard. Inside, there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke, we also noticed it where we checked in. This is already a point against it for me. I am sorry, but apart from Mr. Andrea who was very kind, I do not think we will return to this B&B Fiera Dream.

The external structure is not the best, but the room was really nice and clean, just like the pictures show. \n The owner was very kind and helpful! \n The location is also very convenient, a few steps from the bus stop, but also a fifteen-minute walk to the center! We will definitely come back.

Located very well from the bus stops with which you can reach the center. You can forget the car in those days. The room is essential, comfortable, and well-heated. The owner is very kind and helpful. Recommended.

Pleasant stay at this excellent B&B Fiera Dream, not far from the Historic Center and very close to the Bologna fair district. Very clean and spacious room, ideal for short or medium stays. Very kind and helpful manager, also very useful in recommending places to visit and where to eat well in the city. The only downside was the breakfast at the Bar, but since it was written on the website and communicated before booking, there is certainly no reason to complain. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 2 days during Cosmoprof 2015. The structure is in front of the fair entrance, just cross the street. Excellent cleanliness, excellent value for money. We were impressed by the kindness, cordiality, and availability of Mrs. Erminia. For the next year, we will definitely return.

I booked the room for a friend passing through Bologna, and I thank the manager for his availability and kindness. My friend was very satisfied both with the location of the B&B Fiera Dream and with the room, small but very clean and comfortable (and newly renovated). The breakfast at the excellent nearby pastry shop seemed to him a great convenience.

The building does not look great from the outside, but the apartment is brand new, decently furnished (Ikea) and very clean. The location is excellent for those, like me, who need to go to the fair. The only downside is the breakfast: pastries and coffee at the bar, nothing special.
