Exceptional stay at all levels, warm welcome from the family, we greatly appreciated Chiara's professionalism, very attentive to her clients. From the moment we arrived, we were dazzled by the floral environment and the various plants that adorn the place. A true delight for the eyes. The calm of the countryside is very beneficial for us. We will keep an unforgettable memory of it.

A must-try for those looking for friendliness, relaxation and a welcoming place run by unique people.

Wonderful welcome and kindness from Chiara and Alberto, ready to accommodate any request. You really feel at home; every corner is lovingly cared for and the garden allows a coffee break and breakfast in absolute relaxation. It's a pity we didn't get to try the swimming pool because we were busy at a fair in Rimini. Thank you again for your dedication, we will be back!

We stayed only one night, unfortunately! This means we'll be back. All ratings are high and well deserved. The management(Chiara) and the breakfast are an added value. The area and the house convey relaxation, you can start enjoying the holiday right here. In just a few minutes you can be anywhere in Romagna(parks, beaches, hills, etc). You can safely reach Cesenatico via the cycle path.

It's a shame not to be able to give more than ten. Extraordinary welcome and even better guest management. Fantastic experience that we will definitely repeat as promised to Chiara. We were left speechless when we saw that the entire apartment was actually made available to the guests and astonished by the abundance of breakfast, whose offer was phenomenal in quality and quantity. Warm congratulations.

We stayed just one night, but it was enough to understand the great hospitality we were given. Abundant breakfast, manic cleanliness, and comfort. We highly recommend it and hope to return soon!

It's a pity I stayed only one night! The owners are friendly, nice, kind, helpful, and full of great advice. The property is about 7 km from Cesenatico and near San Marino, Mirabilandia, and the Miniature World. Bicycles are available to ride on the nearby bike path or get to the beach in Cesenatico. The breakfast is super abundant and of high quality with delicious homemade cakes. I stayed for the Garrett contest, a metal detector competition in Cesenatico. Mrs. Chiara and her husband brought me luck since I finished tenth out of 300 participants in my first competition! Highly recommended.

The structure is kept impeccably. The owner is very helpful and kind.

It was a wonderful surprise. The owner is a delightful person! The room is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The breakfast is excellent, all products are genuine and of high quality. All the spaces are well maintained. The owner is always ready to give advice on what to do in the area. We felt at home and will definitely return.

This B&B Domus Julia was truly a wonderful discovery. The garden with the pool, sun loungers, and hammock is an oasis of relaxation! The breakfast was super abundant, both sweet and savory, with cakes prepared by Chiara. The room was equipped with everything necessary, all new and shining. Truly compliments to the owners, keep it up!

I have no words to describe how well we felt at the Domus Julia. Chiara and Alberto do not make you feel like a customer, but treat you as a guest. The structure is new and very clean. We had the room with the huge adjacent bathroom. The breakfast was abundant with pastries prepared by Chiara and fruit from their production. From the B&B, it is possible to reach Cesenatico, Gatteo a Mare, etc. 10 out of 10!

Everything perfect! The bubbly owner Chiara has created a top-notch B&B, cared for in every detail: plants everywhere, stunning garden with pool, impeccable cleanliness and excellent breakfast. It was a shame to stay only one night. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 4 days at this splendid B&B in the countryside of Cesenatico. Everything was perfect: from the welcome received upon arrival, to the cleanliness of the provided spaces, to the abundant sweet and savory breakfasts masterfully prepared by Chiara (homemade cakes, cookies, sandwiches, and snacks, seasonal fruit from their own plantation). Definitely the best B&B among all those found during our tours around Italy. Highly recommended to anyone passing by or staying in the Cesenatico area. It was a pleasure for us to meet and be hosted by Chiara, Alberto, and Giulia. We will definitely come back to visit other places in your Romagna. Thank you again from Mauro and Elisabetta.

We stayed for a day and a night at the B&B Domus Julia, the owner Chiara welcomed us and pampered us with great kindness, attentive to our needs. As soon as we arrived, she offered us a coffee and delicious homemade cookies. The structure is surrounded by greenery, surrounded by plants and flowers of every color. What I can say is that it seemed like a paradise to me, a place to relax away from the hectic everyday life, not to mention that if you want to go to the beach, you can also reach it by bike since it is located a few kilometers from Cesenatico. Definitely an experience to repeat.
