Everything's great.

The apartment completely renovated, beautiful and with attention to every detail, the cleanliness is magnificent, the owners are lovely. I felt at home, at night you sleep very well, all quiet and without noise, abundant breakfast. What else can I say? My stay there has been perfect and I would like to come back again, I absolutely recommend it.

Very convenient location especially for those like us who need to go to the Villa Laura clinic. The room and the bathroom were very clean and cozy. Highly recommended.

I liked it because it is very quiet, very clean, and very well equipped. Then, staying only one night while waiting for orthopedic surgery in a nearby facility, I was also satisfied with the economic convenience.

Very nice, clean, and the host is very helpful.

Claudio and his wife are very helpful people. The place is in perfect conditions, very well lit and always clean. The location was perfect for me because I wanted to find something for my mom that was close to where I live. Additionally, the bus stop is just a few steps away. The variety of products included in the breakfast is abundant and of excellent quality. And the kitchen has everything you need to cook. I would definitely book again!

Really all new, clean, and the staff is friendly. The only downside was the extra bed for the boy, it was impossible to sleep because the mattress was too thin to feel the iron slats. But all in all, it's a welcoming, new, and very clean structure.

We stayed in the completely renovated Red room, equipped with air conditioning and a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom, also recently renovated, is spacious and comfortable with a shower. Claudio, the owner, is a serious, friendly, and helpful person, with many tips to offer about Bologna's nightlife. Thank you very much for everything, Walter.

Mr. Claudio welcomed us, a truly courteous person. The B&B C'era una volta is very well connected to the city center and the station. The room was spotless and very well stocked for breakfast, and the shared kitchen was functional. Very appreciated as a gift, the sparkling wine and the panettone, the latter we couldn't eat on the evening of December 31st and Mrs. Tiziana was really kind, making sure we had it anyway, even though we had to leave the room on the morning of January 1st. Furthermore, since we were leaving to go back home by train in the afternoon, she transported our luggage to another B&B closer to the station, where we could also rest and eat something before the return. Highly recommended!

Great experience! Available and very kind managers. Impeccable cleanliness and rich breakfast. We booked here mainly for the proximity to Villa Laura, which we needed. To get there less than 10 minutes on foot or bus stop right in front of the house (very convenient). Recommended.

I stayed at this B&B C'era una volta for one night and I had a great time. Cozy, very clean, very kind owners. The rooms are cute, quiet, fragrant, and clean. Recommended even for those who need to stay for several days. The mini bar in the room with a welcome drink and breakfast is very convenient. The bathroom in the room has everything, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, etc., so you don't need to bring anything. The location is also very convenient because a few meters from the B&B there is the bus stop (which in Bologna is super efficient and passes very often) and in a few minutes you are in the center. I will definitely come back!

Magnificent experience. I stayed at B&B C'era una volta with my mother because I had to undergo a procedure at Villa Laura and Tiziana welcomed us wonderfully. The house, as well as the room, are extremely clean and well-equipped... nothing is missing! The kindness of Tiziana and her husband is priceless. I absolutely recommend.

Great hotel, well-kept, excellent breakfast, large rooms and great services.

Excellent welcome from the managers, new structure with beautiful finishes, close to the bus stop to go to the center of Bologna. This B&B is a 10-minute walk from Villa Laura, I felt pampered and managed to relax. Thank you very much, I highly recommend it both for visiting Villa Laura like we did and for tourism.

Excellent structure 700 meters from Villa Laura clinic, on request for a fee parking available in the condominium. Cozy room, very clean and warm, large private bathroom. Small kitchenette shared with the other room, but for short stays it does not pose any problem. Host available and very courteous.

We stayed at the B&B C'era una volta in September twice. Very welcoming, very comfortable, clean, attention to detail and with a few bus stops you can reach the city center. Newly built or newly renovated structure, welcoming about three km from the center of Bologna, room with private bathroom and spacious living room with kitchenette equipped with everything needed for a possible breakfast, kitchen service available. I must give a special praise to Claudio, the owner, for his courtesy and kindness in welcoming us and providing us with all the information needed, such as renowned restaurants and pizzerias in the area and how to easily get to the center of Bologna. Practically perfect, not to mention Mr. Claudio, a perfect gentleman. My wife, my daughter, and I were fully satisfied with everything. The structure is very modern, in an excellent location, very clean, and lastly, the owner is extremely kind.

The B&B C'era una volta didn't give any idea, when we entered the rooms and the entrance we were surprised by the rooms and the decor, and how everything was ordered. We were amazed to find a comfortable place, it felt like being in hotel rooms. It was a nice stay and if we have the chance to return to Bologna, we will come back here again. We recommend it to all those who want to not spend a lot of money and stay in tranquility and have a high level of comfort. Congratulations to the staff and the owner.

We stayed for three nights, brand new structure and attention to the smallest details. The owner, for availability and friendliness, is as if we had known him forever and made us feel at home. For breakfasts we found everything: coffee machine with pods galore, snacks, rusks, tea, milk, etc. In the room there is a small kitchenette with the necessary: microwave oven and induction hobs. We stayed for two nights taking both rooms. We felt as if we were at home: the apartment is well-structured and equipped with every comfort that made our holiday in Bologna pleasant. There is also the possibility of having a parking space inside the condominium, even though there are plenty of parking spaces in the area, you forget about the car given the proximity of public transport stops. A CONAD supermarket is conveniently located nearby and well-stocked. Friendly and helpful manager, exterior structure not new but the B&B (room and bathroom) beautiful and clean. Very convenient to Villa Laura.

I found myself very well. Cleaning, efficiency, and perfect organization. I highly recommend it and I would definitely go back there if I had to go to Bologna again.
