Very helpful hosts. Cozy accommodation and a peaceful location. Looking out from the balcony and seeing the surrounding nature relaxes the day. There is also a whirlpool bath for those who want to unwind.

The structure is close to the center of Parma. Beautiful view from the balcony of the house. The owner was very helpful and even let us use the garden of another apartment. Abundant breakfast.

The room is small but complete with a kitchenette, coffee machine, and microwave oven. There is a small refrigerator and an induction cooktop. If you wish, you can cook your own meals. It also includes a private bathroom with a shower and a garden. Too bad for the entrance of B&B Alex, located behind the recycling bins.

Very helpful and efficient manager. Clean property (an entire accommodation) with all the amenities. For breakfast only the sweet part, but I didn't ask for more anyway. Very quiet location and convenient to where I had my activities during the week, yet easily accessible from the center of Parma. Positive experience to be repeated.

We chose the structure because it is located in a quiet position but close to the center of Parma to visit the city. We were satisfied with the welcome, cleanliness, and correspondence with expectations.
