Our B& B is with lavish spa waters and facilities (Terme di Monticelli), in a location with a spectacular view, in the historic heart of the city. "B&B Al Battistero D'Oro" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, design with meticulous attention to detail, a lovely, refined building.
Surroundings
Travellers staying with us will be able to stroll and shop in the shopping streets, explore tradition and culture along your own delicious fine food and wine trail, catch cultural events and exhibitions.
Nearby our guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions. Remember that just only 200 m away there is the 'Duomo'. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium 'Stadio Ennio Tardini di Parma'.

Beautiful, tastefully furnished, art-filled B&B close to the train station (but not too close!) Very comfortable with a delicious breakfast prepared by the friendly hostess Patrizia. We had rain at night and she was kind enough to lend us her umbrella. Overall a very pleasant stay. 100% recommend!

Patrizia has decorated this apartment with antique furnishings and gorgeous textiles. The building is central but in a quiet area. The rooms are comfortable and the hostess is charming. Exceptional.

This was wonderful, one of the very best we have ever encountered. We loved the large, airy, bright and comfortable living room where we could rest, read, relax and enjoy a drink. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but very close to the city center with many shops, restaurants, museums and amenities. Our hostess was delightful, kind and hospitable. And an elevator for our luggage!

It was an amazing stay. Patrizia is an awesome and wonderful host. From the time of booking to my arrival she was very proactive. She communicated with me directly on WhatsApp and asked my arrival time. She gave me all the guidance and direction on how to get to the apartment. I walked from the train station and it was pretty straightforward. The B&B is simply beautiful, classic, and just an amazing Italian mansion. I was in total awe of the house. Patrizia gave me a very warm welcome. We connected and chatted. She gave me great recommendations on where to eat. It felt like home away from home. The breakfast was simple with bread, yogurt, fruit, and coffee. It was perfect to start the day. My duchess room was cozy and very beautifully decorated. OMG, I just loved everything about the B&B. I was quite sad to go. I even tried to come back but my travel plans changed. This tells how much I enjoyed staying here. Thank you Patrizia for making my stay so memorable. I will be back soon. Thank you!

The host was very gracious and greeted us late at night when we arrived. We unfortunately only had a short stay due to travel plans but the host made us a quick breakfast that was delicious. Bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Wish we had more time but will stay again next time we are in Parma.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the B&B Al Battistero d'Oro, and wish we could have stayed much longer! We have traveled fairly much, and it is one of the most exceptional places we have ever stayed. Patrizia is an amazing host. She was attentive, responsive, and thoroughly delightful. Conversations with her were enjoyable and informative. The house is gorgeous, with beautiful furnishings and high ceilings. Our room was lovely, with a huge bedroom and bath. The breakfasts were plentiful and beautifully presented, with fresh breads and pastries, juice, yogurt, granola, fruit, and coffee. The location was perfect for walking all around Parma. I wish that all bed and breakfasts were as perfect as this one! If we are ever in Parma again, we will definitely stay here!

Such an amazing host! She was so nice and made sure to have a breakfast for me at any time I wanted it. Homemade yogurt, a croissant, fresh bread and granola, really amazing! The rooms are very clean and tidied daily, only issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged and I had to turn on and off the water while using so as not to flood the room. Wonderful location, so cute and easy access to everything.

This was a spectacular property. Elegant and charming. It was a delight to stay here. Our room was beautiful, roomy and very comfortable. The bed was a dream. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast room was perfect. Patrize was a wonderful hostess. We enjoyed our conversations with her and wish we could have stayed longer. We were just steps away from everything. The elevator was a blessing and the parking was close. Thank you for everything Patrize!

B&B Al Battistero d'Oro was an excellent place to stay. Our treatment by the host was exemplary. Breakfasts were freshly made, with a wide variety of foods. Multiple types of bread and croissants, yogurt with musli, fresh juice (not sure what type) and fruit were beautifully presented. One minor quirk was that there were no tissues in the room.

We spent four nights in Parma and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Patrizia was a lovely host, very warm and hospitable. We were looking for a special place to celebrate my birthday. Patrizia not only recommended the restaurant, but she made the reservations for us, as well. Her suggestion was excellent. The B&B rooms are large and very atmospheric, with lovely wood beams in the ceiling. Breakfast was plentiful and changed a bit each day. It was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Parma, including the train station. My husband and I highly recommend this property.

Patrizia was a very friendly host and made me feel right at home with her B&B. She was always quick to respond to any questions that I had. I would definitely return there the next time that I'm in Parma. It's quite easily located to many great restaurants and the space is quiet.

Lovely property, well located in close proximity to cathedral, other historical sites, and excellent restaurants. We could walk everywhere. Patrizia was a charming and gracious hostess. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Last day included baked apples warm from the oven.

My stay was only one night, but I enjoyed it very much. I was in perfect location right in the center of Parma and was able to see all important attractions within walking distance. L'accueil était parfait, notre hôtesse nous a indiqué ses bonnes adresses pour que nous passions un excellent séjour. Par contre j'ai trouvé la chambre un peu sombre et la salle de bains très spartiate. Mais dans l'ensemble, l'accueil était charmant et le lieu est très calme.

A special and charming place. My stay, although very short, was one of the best. Optimal location for where I had to go for work. Beautiful, spacious, and bright rooms. Qualified and kind staff. It has certainly become 'my' place, every time I have to go in that direction. Recommended!

Consigliatissimo. Posizione centrale e comoda all'interno del centro storico di Parma. La proprietaria signora Patrizia, gentilissima, attenta ad ogni esigenza, disponibile a dare informazioni. La camera elegante, ma soprattutto ordinata e molto, molto pulita. Dotata, inoltre, di tutti i comfort necessari. La colazione, abbondante e varia (briosche, pane fresco, marmellate, frutta, yogurt, cereali ecc... .) viene servita in camera e completa l'esperienza in modo assolutamente positivo.

Buongiorno, scrivo a nome della Vega International Tools e dei colleghi che hanno soggiornato presso il B&B al Battistero d'Oro, per lasciare un caloroso ringraziamento alla proprietaria. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dimostrate si sono distinte rispetto ad altre strutture. Si è persino prodigata per preparare la colazione ad altri due colleghi che pernottavano in un B&B nelle vicinanze (a cui invece la colazione non è stata proprio offerta). Ambiente piacevole ed accogliente. Lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia trascorrere del tempo a Parma ed essere comodo al centro. Saluti.
