B&B Le Grazie is a nice and cosy little B&B in an old apartment house in a quiet side street in the middle of the picturesque Old Town of Parma. The rooms are well-renovated and bring out the age of the house while at the same time providing a high standard of comfort. The entire city centre can be reached by foot. Extra Plus for the very friendly and very helpful host who is eager to solve any problem that may arise.

My family really enjoyed our stay at B&B Le Grazie. Perfect location near Ducale, nice and clean family room, yet the best part is from the owner Vittorio who helped with everything possible to ensure us a delightful trip in Parma. He called the taxi, recommended the restaurant, and arranged the check-in and check-out with meticulous care. Thank you Vittorio.

The B&B was beautiful, big and clean. It was really quiet and 5 mins by foot from the city centre and park. The owner was also really nice and helpful and made a delicious coffee for breakfast. I would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in the B&B la Grazie, also thanks to our sympatic host Vitorio. He gave us al the necessary information and was always present to make our stay comfortable. The room was bright and clean and spacious and silent. The beds were also very comfortable. The apartment construction is new and very modern with a lot of wood. The center is close. The location is very well. You can park the car nearby and use a vignette given by Vitorio for very small price. Breakfast is taken by a neighboring little bar with also a very friendly barkeeper. Only positive things about this B&B. We loved to stay here and we loved Parma in general. Certainly will come back if possible. Thanks a lot Vitorio!

Very disappointed, a bit rushed welcome, decent accommodation but sewage smell in the bathroom. And 'fake kitchen' no water from the tap, no dishes, not even a glass to drink!

Che dire è difficile rispondere a questa recensione; quando lei è arrivato io stavo uscendo e mi sono solo presentato per educazione poi l’ho lasciato ad un mio collaboratore. L’odore di fogna penso che sia accidentale e accade normalmente quando un sifone di uno scarico si vuota e di solito basta un sorso d’acqua nel sifone per ripristinare il livello. Se lei avesse letto quello che c’è scritto sia sul mio sito che sul portale web, si sarebbe accorto che l’uso della cucina è su richiesta e comporta un aumento giornaliero di 10 € più 25 € di pulizie finali; dato che lei non mi ha fatto tale richiesta il monolocale con cucina diventa una camera, senza uso della cucina. Senza chiedermi il permesso, avete modificato la disposizione delle camere che avevo preparato secondo la vostra prenotazione: avete trasformato una camera matrimoniale con un letto singolo in una camera tripla con tre letti singoli, usando di lenzuola di sopra come lenzuola di sotto e coperte come lenzuola. Questo mi dispiace, bastava chiedere tre letti singoli e l’avremmo fatto, ma nella sua prenotazione ha scritto: Monolocale 1 adulto, 2 bambini (età: 13, 10) Colazione non prevista B&B 1 adulto, 1 bambino (età: 6) il viaggiatore non ha scelto la colazione

Chambre pour 4 très agréable et calme dans un quartier sympa. Il y a bien une cuisine mais on ne peut pas s’en servir: robinet et gazinière bloquée. Pas de vaisselle, pas même de quoi boire un verre d’eau ou se faire un thé! Cela énerve quand vous rentrez après avoir fait vos courses. L’utiLisation d’une cuisine commune était mentionnée. Nous avons appelé le propriétaire qui nous a dit que cela coûtait 10€, mais comme il n’était pas là, cela n’était pas possible. Il nous a royalement livré 4 verres et deux bouteilles d’ eau et n’ a rien voulu savoir. Nous avons dû aller au restaurant. Nous ne recommandons pas ce propriétaire cupide.

Buongiorno sig. Chirstophe, La ringrazio per la sua recensione, dalla quale si capisce che il problema sono io e non la struttura. Mi dispiace di questo malinteso: nello scambio di 16 e-mail, di cui la prima risale al 26 aprile, ho avuto sempre e solamente contatto con la signora Véronique e non mi è mai stato richiesto l’uso della cucina, ma solamente la camera con quattro posti letto. Il monolocale che le ho assegnato è stato preparato in funzione di questa richiesta. Se desidera approfondire le condizioni di affitto delle camere nella nostra struttura troverà tutto sul sito. Come le avevo anticipato, non ero presente il giorno del vostro arrivo; per questo motivo Lei mi ha telefonato e invece di chiedere spiegazioni, mi ha aggredito verbalmente sostenendo che essendo presente la cucina voleva usarla. Mi sono speso per trovare una persona che le permettesse di farlo, anche se era fuori dai nostri accordi, e gliel’avrei concessa a titolo gratuito, solo per evitare il suo disappunto. Quando è arrivato il signore da me incaricato a provvedere all’apertura della cucina, gli ho chiesto di poter conferire con lei attraverso il suo telefono, per spiegarle le mie intenzioni; Lei mi ha aggredito nuovamente, non mi ha lasciato spiegare e mi ha chiuso la telefonata in faccia. Per queste ragioni ho richiamato il mio incaricato e gli ho detto di portarle solo due bottiglie di acqua, una liscia e una con gas e i bicchieri. Sono spiacente dell’accaduto, forse dovuto anche al fatto che Lei è francese e io italiano e parlavamo in inglese al telefono e che io ho sempre comunicato via email solo con la signora Véronique e mai con Lei. Good location to explore Parma on foot. Parking at Kennedy parking garage about 10 minutes away. Everything clean, nice host, Italian breakfast with a cup of coffee and croissant.

Located in the heart of Parma Oltretorrente. Two steps from the park and walking distance to Piazza del Duomo. Super trattorias nearby. We could visit everything on foot from the house. The landlord is very sympathetic.

It is a 15-minute walk from the station. Very good area, the apartment is beautiful, very well equipped, with towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer... It also has a fridge in the bathroom. It is right in the center, people are super nice and it is very comfortable. We recommend 100%, thank you!

B&B Le Grazie is located in the heart of the restricted traffic zone, with a number of serious inconveniences. The lack of an elevator made it very difficult to climb two floors with heavy luggage.

Egregia Annalisa, La ringrazio di aver espresso la sua opinione; sul nostro sito troverà scritto che siamo al secondo piano, basta leggere, voi, però, eravate al 1° piano, 16 gradini. Lei mi ha detto che le valige non le occorrevano e che le lasciava da sua cugina, infatti Lei non le ha portate in camera, ma le ha trasportate in altro loco, non capisco dov’era lo sforzo molto duro, forse dalla cugina? Quando mi ha prenotato la camera le ho scritto che siamo in ZTL, indicandole anche la strada che doveva percorre per evitare l'attraversamento dei varchi, per non incorrere in sanzioni amministrative, ciò non ostante quando è arrivata siete passati dai varchi, senza nemmeno accorgervi di averlo fatto, solo dopo una mia richiesta mi avete detto che forse ci eravate passati, suo padre era un po’ confuso e non si ricordava la strada che aveva fatto. Però avevate le idee molto chiare quando mi avete chiesto se potevo prolungarvi l’accesso per ulteriori due giorni, anche se non eravate più mie ospiti perché volevate transitare dai varchi per raggiungere la cugina che abita in ZTL nei giorni successivi. Il giorno della partenza Lei mi ha telefonato dicendomi, “Se non mi da subito la copia stampata del permesso di transito della ztl, noi non ce ne andiamo da qui”, ho chiuso la telefonata e ho trovato Lei e sua sorella sedute sulle panche che si trovano in cortile, vi ho fatto notare che come vi avevo già detto, quando ho scritto ad Infomobility per concedervi il transito sia normale che prolungato, ne ho mandato, come richiesto da Vostro padre, copia conoscenza a lui, a due indirizzi di posta, Yahoo, casella dalla quale ci siamo sempre scritti con vostro padre, (che non sapevo fosse vostro padre perché si firmava Annalisa), e anche in quella dei carabinieri, dalla quale poteva stampare il documento. Vi ho chiesto di chiamare il sig. Claudio, vostro padre, che dopo un’attenta ricerca di un paio di secondi ha realizzato che in tutte e due le caselle di posta, entrambe le mie mail, erano finite nello spam, guarda caso che coincidenza. Una volta chiarito che eravate già in possesso del documento che mi avevate inutilmente richiesto, ve ne siete andate. Vi ringrazio, è sempre bello il confronto con persone che danno degli spunti riflessivi, intelligenti e di spessore che ti permettono di capire dove migliorare il servizio erogato. Scusate, se mi permetto di consigliarvi gentilmente di leggere, e talvolta anche di ascoltare, con educazione un saluto a Lei e al sig. Claudio. Distinti saluti, Vittorio Folli

Beautiful three days in Parma, taking advantage of the exceptional location of B&B Le Grazie. The only drawback, if you want to park your car for free, you have to search for the classic needle in the haystack but with the help of Vittorio, the obstacle was brilliantly overcome. Excellent value for money, I would definitely recommend it.

B&B Le Grazie is the ideal place for a stay in Parma. Central and slightly distinct in a quiet and non-noisy area. The rooms are very clean and well-kept, and Mr. Vittorio is a nice and very kind person. Definitely recommended! The only downside is the parking spaces that need to be sought in the surrounding streets but on the other hand, you can leave the car even for a few days by purchasing the ticket. I give the advice to the manager to think about arranging the lobby to make it more welcoming.

I stayed 2 nights in this property and I really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable and clean, well lit, heated and equipped with Wi-Fi. Ceiling with exposed beams, new bathroom with masonry wall and spacious shower with rain shower head, very pleasant! The towels were plentiful. Furthermore, the property is very convenient, close to the center and the train station. Mr. Vittorio is nice and kind. If I were to return to Parma, I would definitely stay again at this B&B.

Signora Paola, la ringrazio della recensione, sono rammaricato che non abbia espresso direttamente la sua opinione sulla pulizia al momento della partenza, dato che Le ho chiesto espressamente se andava tutto bene e lei ha detto di sì. Non mi occupo personalmente delle pulizie dei locali, ho dei collaboratori, ma ne sono responsabile. Per poter dare un servizio adeguato è molto importante capire che tipo di pulizie intendeva, il termine “migliorei la pulizia” e il voto 6 che rappresenta la sufficienza è scarso a mio giudizio e meritava un approfondimento immediato, che mi avrebbe aiutato a capire che tipo di problematica Lei avesse riscontrato, per poter migliorare il sevizio.

B&B Le Grazie is very close to the center, the room is delightful. The owner is friendly and courteous. The structure responded well to the needs of my short stay. I will consider it for other stays in Parma. I did not rate the breakfast because, due to the owner's force majeure, I could not use it; however, Vittorio himself took care of having me consume it in the cafeteria near the structure.

Recently renovated, clean, spacious room. Great location for attending events at Parco Ducale, also very good for visiting the city center, a short walk away. However, the price is a bit high considering there is no breakfast, no air conditioning in the room, and no possibility to pay with a debit card.

Signora Francesca, l'avevo informata telefonicamente che le camere con il condizionatore, non erano più disponibili. C'è la colazione, è prevista, come in tutti i B&B, ma noi la mettiamo a parte, per dare la possibilità ai nostri ospiti di scegliere se farla o meno, è tutto scritto sia sul nostro sito web, che sul portale di B&B.it; infatti nella sua prenotazione, mi è arrivata questa dicitura, copio e incollo: "1 adulto, il viaggiatore non ha scelto la colazione" L'avevo informata che poteva fare il pagamento con bonifico anticipato e che noi non abbiamo la possibilità di ricevere pagamenti con carta di credito o bancomat; mi ha scritto (copio e incollo dalla sua mail): "Preciso che verrò a Parma per il concerto di Sting al parco ducale, pertanto, se per caso la data dovesse cambiare o il concerto essere annullato, la mia prenotazione seguirà la stessa strada del concerto." Mi sono fidato di lei le ho tenuto la camera sulla parola, una camera doppia ad uso singola, che avrei affittato tranquillamente ad un prezzo più alto. Il mattino della sua partenza ha lasciato le chiavi in camera e non si è presa nemmeno un minuto per un saluto di cortesia, che poteva essere un’occasione per dire a voce queste sue motivazioni; avremmo così chiarito tutto subito. Nonostante gli sforzi profusi per la chiarezza e rispetto degli impegni presi da parte nostra, lei non si è presa l’onere di leggere quanto le avevo scritto, però si è spesa per scrivere questa recensione. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia famiglia per 3 notti. Il proprietario è stato fin da subito disponibile, cortese e premuroso. Mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per raggiungere la struttura e per usufruire dell'accesso alla ZTL ove è ubicato il B&B (oltre ad altre indicazioni logistiche). Ha atteso il nostro arrivo malgrado il (contenuto) ritardo sull'orario previsto e si è prodigato in consigli e suggerimenti. La stanza, raggiungibile attraverso 2 rampe di scale (comunque fattibilissimi) è posta in una mansarda discretamente ampia, luminosa grazie ad un generoso lucernaio e dotata di un bagno essenziale ma comodo. Riscaldamento a pavimento efficente; letti e materassi comodi. Non manca una piccola tv e condizionatore. La posizione del B&B poi è ottima. Attraversato il ponte di mezzo sei a pochi minuti dal teatro regio, palazzo della pilotta e piazza duomo. Consigliato.

Ci siamo stati molto bene grazie anche al simpatico e gentile Vittorio. La stanza è bellissima e ben realizzata. La finestra lucernaria era splendida. Il bagno è spazioso e bello. B&B si trova comodamente vicino al centro.

Io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati bene. L'edificio è stato ristrutturato da poco e con gusto, è situato in una zona silenziosa della città, ma si raggiunge il centro in cinque minuti a piedi. La stanza era nuova e moderna, completa di lenzuola, asciugamani e saponi e a pulizia era impeccabile. Il signor Vittorio è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

Il Signor Vittorio è gentilissimo e disponibile al 100%, se passate da Parma andate da lui! Prezzi bassi e vicinanza al centro. Tra Parco Ducale e Basilica.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per 3 notti. Siamo rimasti molto contenti molto carino accogliente e anche pulito. Inoltre si trova in una posizione centrale vicina alle fermate degli autobus e alla stazione. Qualità-prezzo 10.

In centro a Parma, questa camera si trova all’interno di una struttura a due passi dal centro. Vicino ad essa si trovano locali, negozi e ristoranti. Per raggiungere la camera bisogna fare due rampe di scale. Una volta al suo interno camera spaziosa, un’ottima luminosità, bagno con doccia molto confortevole e cosa molto importante, silenziosa! Trovati asciugamani, phon e lenzuola profumate. Gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari che oltretutto danno varie possibilità anche per la scelta del parcheggio.

Siamo stati ospiti tre giorni io e le mie "ragazze" dell'appartamento più grande. Appartamento comodo e spazioso, in un punto strategico per raggiungere il centro e il parco ducale comodamente a piedi. anche la stazione è molto vicina, con una passeggiata di 15 minuti si arriva comodamente. L'ospitalità eccellente, compresa Michela bambina peperina e simpaticissima. Lo consiglio vivamente, esempio di bed and brekfast dove si ha il piacere di parlare ed essere accolti in una famiglia, pur godendo di ottima autonomia. Anche le mie figlie sono state molto bene, e si sa che i bambini dicono sempre la verità. Grazie Vittorio di questa ospitalità in una cittadina molto simpatica ed accogliente.

Sono stato ospite del Bed & Breakfast gestito dal signor Vittorio Folli nell'agosto del 2015 e mi sono trovato benissimo. Camera molto ampia, con possibilità di cucina, un bagno funzionale con una grande ed efficiente doccia, in pieno centro a Parma. Vittorio è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Un posto dove il rapporto qualità/convenienza è molto conveniente. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che desiderano visitare questa stupenda città.

Abbiamo soggiornato al B&B le grazie per capodanno e ci siamo trovati più che bene, il monolocale è nuovo, dotato di ogni comfort e vicino al centro, in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Ringraziamo il titolare per la gentilezza e l'accoglienza.

Percorrendo la riva sinistra del torrente Parma, si presenta ai nostri occhi una cortina di antiche case dai toni pastello. È uno scorcio bellissimo del suggestivo Borgo delle Grazie. Qui, a due passi dalla casa natale del grande maestro Arturo Toscanini, e dal seicentesco oratorio di Santa Maria delle Grazie, sono stata ospite di questo B&B. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che desiderano soggiornare a Parma in in ambiente accogliente e familiare. Molto bella la tipologia della casa Settecento con i travi a vista ed un silenzioso cortile interno. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, con un tocco personale del proprietario, appassionato restauratore di mobili antichi.
