I stayed at this property because I needed to be close to the Piccole Figlie Hospital for a relative. The owner is very kind and friendly, and the parking space they provide is certainly convenient. I did not find the room very clean: I am allergic to dust and had to sleep with the window open, especially because there were several animal hairs on the floor (probably from a small dog, as they were short and brown). The kitchen is shared with the other room, but it is equipped with everything, and the owner left us a 500 ml bottle of milk, a pack of snacks, two packs of toasted bread, and 4 single servings of jam, along with sugar, coffee, and some tea bags. Overall, what I would aim to improve is the cleanliness, and I would move the check-out time from 9 am to 10 am, which would definitely align better with most accommodations.

We stayed from Friday to Monday in a room with a private bathroom and shared kitchen. Although breakfast is not included, the property provides some snacks and drinks. Clean environments and excellent hospitality from the owner, Ms. Areth. Although not directly in the center, it can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

I stayed for four nights. I found the owners to be super welcoming and helpful. The house is well cleaned and tidy, as is the kitchenette and the dishes. It is new and very comfortable in terms of furniture. Although breakfast was not included, they had left a small pantry for breakfast with milk, toast, jam, coffee, sugar, a bottle of water, and a pack of snacks. There are also detergents for the bathroom and kitchen, sponges, and towels. The structure consists of a kitchen in front of the bedroom and a private bathroom with a door that locks. The kitchen area is shared but has two identical cooking corners facing each other and two tables so that guests can use their own space and their own things. Using public transport, it is five minutes from the station (if they are on time), about twenty to thirty minutes on foot.

Very helpful and friendly managers. New and very nice apartment, equipped with dishes for cooking and bath towels.\n\nUnfortunately, we could not use the parking space as it was already occupied by other guests, but there was a paid parking lot in front.

Close to restaurants and pizzerias and located in a residential area which is very quiet, not far from the center of Parma (you can reach it on foot in 20 minutes), the room is small but equipped with everything (comfortable double bed, TV, large wardrobe, small bathroom with shower); moreover, the owners are extremely available and definitely polite and friendly. For me and my girlfriend it was a great experience!

Conveniently located in the center, clean. Despite the proximity to the street (ground floor with a window practically on the sidewalk that worried us a bit as soon as we arrived), the night is not very busy and therefore quite quiet. The TV is a bit small. Good Wi-Fi.

Great bed and breakfast, located a few minutes away from the historic center and the airport. The owner is very kind and discreet, the bathroom in the room is very clean. The general cleanliness is excellent, I highly recommend it to all those who want a quality B&B without spending a fortune. The price is more than fair.

We arrived at the address written on the website and called to find out that we had to go elsewhere. The other place was clean, but they didn't give us the wifi password, there was no parking at this property even though it was listed on the website and everything around is paid, and above all there was no breakfast in the morning!

Practically a mini apartment in a quiet area with all the comforts, suitable for families or small groups. The manager is friendly and helpful, good services and useful indoor parking. If I come back to Parma, I hope to find it available again.
