Arena Loft B&B

The room was very clean and nice but there was a problem with the hot water. When we returned from dinner on Saturday night, my husband took a shower first but the hot water was already cold! And I couldn't take a shower because there was no hot water! It might have been okay in summer but with this weather, it wasn't nice.

This was a perfect flat for attending a concert at Unipol, a few minutes walk away. It was a comfortable and spacious area with a nice yard and amenities. The hosts were great at responding to communications and getting me settled in. There were a selection of packaged items and fresh fruit for breakfast. I was able to arrange to have late check out available until noon. I'll be staying here next time I go to a show at Unipol or do anything else in the Zola Predosa area.

It was a real pleasure to stay at this B&B. From the very warm and caring welcome to the cleanliness and comfort of the house, not to mention the gem of a delightful garden available to guests. Absolutely recommended, we will gladly return!

Great welcome, the room has everything you need, 5 minutes on foot from the arena and a huge shopping center with everything. Reserved parking, the station is just a few steps away and the services are convenient. Pleasant and enjoyable exterior. Really top.

A truly beautiful and welcoming place! Furnished with care and friendliness! Just a few steps from the Unipol Arena. Mrs. Miriam was very kind and prepared a great breakfast for us! We will return for the next concert.

Apartment located on the ground floor of a very well-finished building. It is in a very convenient location for those who need to attend events held at the Unipol Arena, but it is also only 15 minutes from the center of Bologna. Good breakfast. The host is really very kind, friendly, and helpful. Recommended!

Very quiet, clean place and in a great location (very close to the station to reach Bologna Centrale, the Unipol Arena and a shopping center equipped with everything). Clean and well-kept place, very spacious and welcoming. The hosts of the structure were very helpful and friendly, they welcomed us immediately and gave us logistical information that we greatly appreciated. I would gladly return.

Great experience, the B&B is in a strategic position. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Unipol Arena and the train station to go to Bologna, which passes about every half an hour. Everything very clean, spacious rooms and parking available even though it's a restricted traffic area. We will come back for the next concert!

All very well: abundant and varied breakfast, very welcoming and detailed environment, the lady who welcomed us - the host's mother - very kind. The structure is in a very quiet and silent area, even at night, despite being only a 3-minute walk from the Arena Unipol (just take the underpass and you've arrived, but do not follow the Maps directions - wrong - but ask at check-in) and very close to various very large shopping centers. The center of Bologna can be reached by car in about twenty minutes.

We slept one night at this property, remaining amazed by the accurate cleanliness of the place, the welcome, and the availability of the owners who made us feel at home. We will definitely come back.

The structure is amazing. Seen from the outside, you wouldn't expect the apartment to be so beautiful and clean. The lady was very kind and helpful, as she immediately provided us with all the necessary information. Very convenient is the availability of a private parking, and also the possibility to park the car in front of the structure. In this case, it must be said that the lady was very kind, as she gave us the opportunity to use the parking even during the entire day of departure. In conclusion, if we were to return to Bologna, we would have no doubts about which structure to choose! Highly recommended!

Everything perfect, the structure is brand new, modern, clean and cared for down to the smallest details. Very comfortable sofa beds, availability of various types of blankets. Bathroom with shower, bath products, towels, hairdryer. Fridge stocked with milk, fresh fruit, yogurt. Breakfast basket with single portions of Nutella and jam. Choice between tea, coffee and fruit juice, cookies, rusks. Very kind and helpful welcome. Clean and quiet structure. Price adequate for the area and service provided.

I stayed for one night at the Arena Loft B&B on the occasion of a concert at the Unipol Arena, reachable in a few minutes on foot. I highly recommend the property, not only for its excellent location, but also for the impeccable cleanliness and order, and for the availability of the owners, who always responded promptly to every request and welcomed us with great kindness (and also with a very welcome small gift). Another positive aspect that I appreciate highlighting is the attention to detail: two chocolates next to the bed to wish guests a good night, 10/10!

Cozy, well-furnished and clean structure. Helpful and kind hosts. Great location for Arena Loft B&B and train station to Bologna. Great experience that we will consider for other occasions.

Cozy and very clean loft. Very close to the Unipol Arena and the regional railway. Essential loft, but with great attention to detail and, I repeat, very clean. The only flaw, if it can be called that, is the bed a bit hard and a slightly meager breakfast, to 'update': the packaged croissants were very hard, perhaps there for a while. For the rest, I will return immediately and would recommend it to anyone!

Very cute and very clean B&B, in urban style. The host is very kind, my mother welcomed me as the guy in charge was busy. He sent me all the information to reach it by email. The location near Arena Loft B&B is perfect for those who want to attend concerts (as in my case) but not only. Very fair price. Good breakfast with packaged products, lots of fresh fruit and drinks. I highly recommend it.

Cleanliness, kindness of the managers, tranquility, the structure is located in a very convenient area for shopping and also breakfast with an excellent quality homemade apple cake. Not to be missed!

I was truly happy with my stay at the Arena Loft B&B. The manager, Gabriel, was very kind from the very first moment, he waited for me at the station exit and took me to the Loft. Perfect welcome. The structure is brand new and tastefully furnished. There is a very large hob available, also equipped with induction hobs. Cutlery, plates, glasses, and cups are included. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, from the microwave oven, to the dishwasher, to the refrigerator. The breakfast is very abundant, with a variety of jams, Nutella, biscuits, fruits, milk, fruit juices, tea, and coffee. The night's sleep is excellent, very comfortable the lamp next to the bed. The exterior of the structure is taken care of in every detail by Gabriel's parents, in front there is a beautiful garden full of trees. The area is very quiet and there are no noises. The location is perfect, as it is just a few minutes from Casalecchio and a short walk from the Unipol Arena. An experience definitely worth repeating and recommending, given the passion of the owners of Arena Loft. Goodbye soon.

SPORTY WEEKEND 10 AND PRAISE. I stayed on the occasion of the Final Four of the Italian Men's Volleyball Cup. Clean, quiet B&B, excellent location to reach the Unipol Arena on foot, well-furnished. I would just like to give a suggestion.. A wardrobe is missing, even a small one, to store clothes. For the rest, I would say it is furnished with everything you need. If I come back to the area in the future, I will definitely return.
