Our B&B is at Reggio Emilia art city, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the old city centre. "Anna&Ricca Bed & Breakfast E Casaviadellavitetre" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, a lovely, refined building, a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.

OUR BREAKFAST IN AVAILABRE IN THE COMMON LIVING ROOM. Every morning you will find YOUR BENTO-BOX for your breakfast which you will consume in your room, with our baked goods. In the common area you will find the fridge with fresh products, the espresso coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle and everything you need to still enjoy a good Italian breakfast with traditional local products Bread, fresh cakes every morning, anderbazzone or gnocco according to availability; rusks and toasted bread, at least 2 or 3 different and excellent quality jams, nutella; butter and cheese; milk and yogurt, cereal flakes; fruit juices; espresso coffee, tea and herbal teas of various types, barley, seasonal fruit according to availability. All products are also suitable for those who must eat gluten free; Gluten-free bread, slices and desserts are always available for coeliacs and, subject to availability, alsoerbazzone gf. We regret to inform you that until the end of the emergency, breakfast, included in the price, will be consumed in the partner bars, unless otherwise agreed directly: we think that the service will still be satisfactory. If notified in advance we will organize it in the best possible way even for coeliacs.

Marcella goes out of her way to make sure that you have everything you need. The rooms reflect the history of the property as well as being clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The short walk to the center of town is fantastic. A beautiful visit. Thank you Marcella.

Historic palace in an excellent position in the center of Reggio Emilia. Marcella is an exceptional host, absolutely available and very collaborative. The quality price ratio is top and the environments are very clean. The added value is the availability of the B&B to provide a pass for the car that allows you to transit and park in the ZTL of Reggio Emilia. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything.

Great stay in the old, comfortable and well-kept structure. Charming and welcoming environment. Bathroom in the room perfectly renovated. Host willing to meet any needs. Excellent location and ease for ZTL permit. Easy to move around on foot and by car.

For my 'hit and run' in Reggio Emilia I couldn't have asked for better! Beyond the strategic point of the structure, practically in the center and easily reachable from the station, the welcome from Mrs. Marcella was top-notch: a very mannered, kind, and extremely helpful person! She asked me if it was my first time in Reggio Emilia and right after I told her yes, she immediately illustrated the highlights of the city on a map that she then handed me! Then she explained the new rules for entering and exiting the structure in line with the COVID containment measures still in place and then she accompanied me to the room! (Mine was the Green Room) Super clean and tidy room: the bathroom towels even smelled of fabric softener and did not have the typical 'hotel smell'! Even the breakfast was to my liking: in the scheduled time slot I found my closed box containing a mix of things in the place indicated the night before! What can I say, if you want to play it safe I highly recommend this B&B.

I have been to this bed and breakfast already 2 times, the first in June 2018. Returning made me feel welcomed as at a relative's house. Room and bathroom very clean, as well as the rest of the house. I found the table set even though I had to have breakfast at 6:40. I will definitely come back if I have to stay in Reggio Emilia.

Wonderful reception in a familiar yet elegant environment. Impeccable cleanliness. Total availability. Some issues with parking (I recommend the one near the cemetery, a 5-minute walk from the Anna&Ricca B&B).

I spent one night in November at the Anna&Ricca B&B in Reggio Emilia, in an excellent position to visit the city. Marcella proved to be very welcoming, caring, and attentive to all needs. The room and the entire B&B are equipped with everything necessary for a peaceful and warm stay. I thank Marcella again for making me feel at home and among friends. So, mine is a see you soon.

My wife and I had a great time. The apartment is located in an ancient house and is furnished with great taste. The bedroom was large, spacious, even equipped with a dressing room and all the amenities (among others, I really appreciated the provision of a kettle with a wide selection of teas and instant coffee, common in foreign hotels, especially in Great Britain, but rare for us). Even disposable toothbrushes in the bathroom. The landlady, Mrs. Marcella, was truly courteous and kind, and did everything possible to make our stay perfect. Excellent price paid in relation to what was received.

I had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent B&B for 10 days with my husband and another couple. What can I say, the top of Reggio Emilia. I highly recommend it. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms and very kind staff, not to mention Mrs. Marcella, the owner of the building. We will return shortly.

Very nice, elegant and welcoming place. Exceptional position, practically close to the ZTL. The assigned room was spacious and clean. Excellent wifi connection and satisfying breakfast. The parking, thanks to the pass provided by the B&B owner, was not a problem, in fact, we parked near the house and in the ztl area. The B&B is practically inserted in a beautiful historic building in an excellent position to visit Reggio Emilia. The owner is a kind and friendly person. Highly recommended.

The environment is very well maintained and elegant. Precious hospitality is taken care of in every detail. Excellent value for money. It is also very convenient for those arriving by car, while being extremely close to the heart of the city. An experience to repeat.
