Very nice guest room in Alice's house, located near the center of Ravenna, ideal for visiting UNESCO sites or taking a bike ride. The room is spacious, with a terrace, and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. Alice, our hostess, is very welcoming and very attentive to our well-being: in short, a great address!

Excellent welcome from Monica. Quiet place, well located in the city (near the train station). Luxurious room with a small terrace. Impeccable bedding, very useful small fridge. Nice and well-maintained bathroom.

Beautiful property with a comfortable room and a spacious private bathroom. I only stayed one night, but I would have liked to stay longer. Mrs. Monica was very kind and her bitter orange marmalade was excellent!

Perfect accommodation. In particular: excellent and abundant breakfast; the owner is hospitable, friendly, and very kind; the room is tastefully furnished and spacious. The little garden outside where breakfast is served is a little gem that is very well-kept and relaxing.

Nice house. Cozy, clean. The nice lady Monica is available for all questions. Disadvantage, the noise from the street, as the windows are not insulated and in the morning at 5 they come to clean the street. Point to clarify: the receipt. I was not given one unless we revised the price. But at the time of booking, I was not told that.

Vintage charm in this delightful establishment where many family memories are breathed. The location is almost perfect between the historic center and the train station. Mrs. Monica is friendly and very kind.

I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast for many reasons. Mrs. Monica is a very hospitable person who takes care of her guests with passion. The location of the property is very convenient. Excellent and abundant breakfast.

Beautiful room, cozy and clean. The only negative point: very strong smoke smell throughout the house, a sign that the owner smokes indoors regularly. Personally, it bothers me a lot. When I returned home, all my clothes were impregnated with the smell. Otherwise, the house is very clean and welcoming, as well as the host.

The owner is kind and helpful. The spaces of the B&B, however, are not well defined, they are shared with the owner, in the 'house' she is present, except for the bathroom and bedroom. The interiors are dated and at least the areas used for the B&B should be renovated, we don't like the carpet in the room. The owner's cat should be reported because some people are allergic. The breakfast is just sufficient and prepared in the 'house' kitchen. In our room at Easter 2023, there were 21 degrees with the radiators at full blast, a waste and too hot for our habits.

Ms. Monica is welcoming and kind and makes herself completely available to guests. The property, however, does not have an elevator and has a shared bathroom among some rooms.

The facility is very close to the station and the historical center, which allowed us to comfortably visit Ravenna. Ms. Monica, who runs the bed and breakfast, is very kind and helpful. A welcoming person who immediately makes guests feel at ease. We stayed for two nights in a room with air conditioning and a private bathroom, and we also had a fridge at our disposal. In the morning, Ms. Monica prepared a super breakfast with many products. I thank the lady for the excellent reception. We will definitely return to her if we come back to Ravenna.

Very beautiful and elegant structure just a stone's throw away (5 minutes on foot) from the station. Excellent typical Romagna-style welcome. We had a great time.
