It was perfect. The B&B is ideally located, the place is quiet, and the historical quarter is 10 minutes by walk. The room is (very) spacious, the bed is large and comfortable. Parking places are available.

I enjoyed my stay because the property has a charming helpful host, excellent abundant breakfast, very clean traditional decor and a useful city centre location. I would definitely return. The property is upstairs so not suitable for travelers with mobility issues.

Every 10 should be higher. All of the hosts were great, breakfast room is unreal, choices are fantastic, and most are homemade. If I ever make it back to Ferrara, I wouldn't even look for another place to stay. Thanks to Patricia, Euro, Chiara and Ilaria for a great four days.

B&B very well located, close to the center of Ferrara. The check-in is very easy digitally, with parking included, great!! The room is spacious, tastefully decorated. There is an area with coffee, tea, cookies, fruit,... free, 24 hours. Definitely, I would repeat, and I recommend it!!!!

I found a nice spacious, clean, new room. Everything modernized. Check-in and check-out independently. However, there is always someone present in case of need. Close to what I was interested in, but also less than 10 minutes from the center. Excellent!

Great structure, our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Structure in the historic center, parking (to be reserved) perfect. We stayed one night for a concert, ideal location. We have already stayed at this property and confirm the impression we had the first time. Everything is perfect! The property is very convenient to the center and having internal parking allows you to use the car for moving around without worries. The economy room has everything necessary and is in line with the standard of the property. The coffee corner available to guests is wonderful. Congratulations on the management of the property. We returned to Udine bringing with us a beautiful memory of Ferrara, which we had never visited. Specifically, a lovely room and structure, clean and aesthetically pleasing; very kind, attentive, and super helpful host; perfect location to visit the main points of the city on foot, although next time, because I believe we will return, we will bring two bicycles because the city can be easily explored by bike and everyone makes wide use of it (we didn't know that) and it is very useful if you have little time to visit the beauties of the place, saving time. There are many great little places to eat, snack, have an aperitif, and enjoy a good cocktail and good music in the evening. The people of Ferrara are very nice and friendly!

I had a great time, the place is beautiful, the room is big and clean. There was space for the car, which is important for us. Buffet breakfast that you could take to the room. Just 2 steps from the center. I will recommend it and if I ever come back to Ferrara, I would book there again. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful structure, clean and very convenient to reach the center in 10 minutes on foot. Located in a quiet one-way street and very close to the Palazzo dei Diamanti. Spacious and warm room and after the cold walks in Ferrara (in January it is expected), it provides a lot of comfort! Highly recommended.

Quality structure, clean and well equipped with services such as tea and coffee in the hall. Excellent communication with the manager. The only problem was the soundproofing, we heard the neighbors in the room above both nights. I recommend reminding of the rules of conduct in community living for large dormitories. Beautiful renovated building equipped with every comfort. The room is pleasantly furnished and quite spacious. A downside is the soundproofing because at 6 o'clock on Sunday morning one cannot hear a man talking who is above your room as if he were in front of you, not to mention his wife's heels that went up and down incessantly for half an hour. The location of the building is very close to the center.

Nice, new, comfortable structure in a great location. Communication was always quick and good, and the person I exchanged messages with was very kind. It would be convenient to have a mini-fridge, especially in summer. The only downside: breakfast (which is served in bars that are not part of the structure) is to be avoided. Rude staff, they treated us with a lot of condescension when we said we had a voucher; they brought me the savory item (which was pure lard, unpleasant as well as the coffee) and didn't want to change it because “it wouldn’t have been serious”; all the tables had a normal glass of water with the coffee, while we had a small coffee cup. When I went back to the counter to ask if it was possible to get something else, the guy told me that we were already at € 9.80 and we couldn't have anything else. Now, I live in the center of Florence and I have never paid € 10 for 1 coffee, 1 cappuccino, 1 croissant, and 1 savory item. Even more strange if it is a affiliated place. But it was the attitude of the two gentlemen at the bar that really made us start the day badly.

Two-night stay. We had a really good time! Reserved parking, spacious, clean and tidy room. The hotel overlooks a quiet and lightly trafficked street. No external noise (our room faced, among other things, the inner garden). Very modern bathroom, perfect sanitary ware and sink, superb shower. 400 meters from the Estensi Castle and therefore right in the city center. Perfect and immediate online welcome and hospitality; the comfort room was a nice surprise. If you go to Ferrara and stay here, you make an excellent choice.

Perfect location to visit the city, with a real on-site parking. Very spacious room, beautifully furnished with a very pleasant windowed bathroom. Air conditioning already on upon arrival in the room, laptop-sized safe, well-organized space for luggage and clothes. Extremely quiet structure. All formalities are quickly dealt with at the self-service kiosk, even though the owner is always available for any needs. The only room for improvement is the presence of a minibar.

The structure is excellently positioned, impeccable organization! The possibility of an internal parking for cars is really a gem, given the central location. One small note: all noises coming from the street were heard, including the voices of passers-by. Some measures should be taken to better isolate the windows. Anyway, I would definitely come back.

Everything went really well. The use of the self-service kiosk totem is very easy and convenient for those arriving outside of normal hours. The host Euro is always available via WhatsApp. Alkimia Smart Rooms offers a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment (and is located right in the center). We will definitely come back.

Excellent facility with spacious, beautiful, clean rooms and private courtyard parking just steps from the center. Both check-in and check-out are completely self-service (website and kiosk inside the facility). There is no staff at the reception and in general we have never met anyone inside the facility except for other guests.

Really beautiful and very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, perfect location to reach the points to visit even on foot. Free parking bookable inside the courtyard closed by a gate and given the area, it's a great thing. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

Stanza molto bella e ottima posizione. Personale gentile ma invadente (irrompe in stanza senza bussare alle 9h22 con check out alle 11h00, poi si scusa). In effetti la chiave non era inserita nella porta perché la mia ragazza era uscita, mentre io ero rimasto in stanza. Ad ogni modo, NON SI CAPISCE PERCHÉ IL PERSONALE DEBBA IRROMPERE IN STANZA SENZA BUSSARE 1H E 40 MINUTI PRIMA DEL CHECK OUT. Per la colazione purtroppo abbiamo pagato senza consumarla al bar conenvenzionato, perché pare che tale modalità per la colazione fosse scritta da qualche parte nella conferma di prenotazione, e ci è sfuggita.

Fabio, grazie per la sua recensione, però lei è in errore su entrambi punti che ha descritto, In tutta la struttura abbiamo gli accessi domotici, con la chiave magnetica, se la chiave è inserita nell'alloggiamento il personale NON può entrare in camera, lei non aveva inserito la chiave e sul display esterno la camera risultava libera. Il secondo punto, la colazione, prenotando la colazione doveva recarsi alla pasticceria convenzionata per consumarla (come riportato sul suo voucher), lei invece si è recato nella Relax Zone che è un ambiente totalmente gratuito, dove NON si fa la colazione.

I made a good choice in booking at Alkimia. The structure is really beautiful, like the apartment I chose, especially sleeping under a 500 fresco. The cleanliness is impeccable and courtesy is a priority. We had breakfast vouchers and the bar we went to always treated us very well. If I return to Ferrara, I will know where to go. Congratulations to the entire staff.

Wonderful place, finely renovated historic building, free private parking in a beautiful area of Ferrara just behind Piazza Ariostea. The managers are exquisite, kind, and helpful. It's the second time we come back and we will return to the next Busker Festival.

I liked this accommodation for various reasons: the location that allowed us to reach the historical attractions of the city on foot (and there are many); the convenient parking inside the property; the very well-decorated room, with a large and comfortable bed, a table and a large wardrobe, and a new bathroom with a shower and quality accessories. Additionally, the room had perfect soundproofing and a magnificent ceiling with original wooden beams. There was the possibility to completely darken the room and the air conditioning was efficient and silent. All rooms were on the ground floor. The manager was helpful in changing the pillows upon our request to have thinner ones. The access and payment system was completely digital and efficient. Breakfast, consisting of coffee and croissant, could be enjoyed with vouchers valid at three different bars nearby. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Simply everything perfect! The 10 assigned are all deserved. Courtesy, attention to detail, functional structure, practically in the center, 24/24 parking. With Mr. Euro, the owner, we couldn't meet, but due to the level of automation in the structure, it is not necessary at all. However, from our conversation with him on the phone, it's as if his invisible presence had gently accompanied us throughout the very pleasant stay.

Nice property in the center of Ferrara with parking, excellent cleanliness and reception, the only flaw is that the ground floor room could be noisy due to its proximity to the street. Breakfast is not served on site but at a bar.

Buonasera Fabio, grazie per la sua recensione, vorrei specificare che le camere sono al piano terra, al primo piano e appartamenti al secondo piano, che affacciano sulla strada o nel cortile interno alla struttura. Tra le proposte che le sono state date ha scelto la camera Standard più economica al piano terra! La colazione dopo il covid, è opzionale, e gestita, tramite un buono colazione di 5€ in una pasticceria a due minuti a piedi dalla struttura, quando ha prenotato le è stato presentato tutto in maniera chiara. Grazie e buona serata.

The structure is very beautiful and welcoming, also very clean and comfortable. Its central location is ideal if you want to move around on foot. We came to Ferrara with an 18-month-old baby and the room was perfect for our needs; spacious, bright, well-kept. The smart management of check-in and check-out also works very well because it is supported by the owner of the b&b, very kind and friendly. I recommend it to everyone, even to those with small children.

We really liked the Alkimia Smart Rooms property, it is located in a central position within walking distance from the Estense Castle in less than 10 minutes. It has a remote reception, very well managed by the manager via WhatsApp. The relaxation area on the first floor is a great idea that allows the customer to have a small breakfast. The room was spacious and very beautiful, tastefully decorated and equipped with primary accessories.

Immaculately clean structure, welcoming, very kind staff. Abundant and varied breakfast, from sweet to savory. Also recommended for the excellent location that allows you to reach the castle in 2 minutes. What surprised us the most and moved us was finding a bottle of sparkling wine in the room to celebrate the end of the year.

We had a great time. Alkimia Smart Rooms is very cute and clean. The owner is helpful and very kind. The B&B is in a good location, close to the center and is great for visiting both the medieval and Renaissance part of the city. If I have to stay in Ferrara again, I will come back.
