We stayed one night in a double room. The location is good to reach both Bologna and Ferrara. A good value for money, surrounded by well-kept countryside and hosted in a clean, quiet farmhouse with welcoming staff.

The structure is located in a very quiet place surrounded by greenery. The room was decent. The cleanliness level was not very satisfactory, I found an insect in the bed and also in the bathroom, the towels smelled a bit and the water was lukewarm the first evening. The breakfast was terrible, there were only 4 dry cakes and only one juice that in my opinion was diluted with water.

The request for €10 for each hour of delay from the check-out time is excessive. The sauna remained closed throughout the stay.

Spett. Le Sig. Giunchiglia, la ringrazio per la recensione e colgo l'occasione per rispondere alle sue perplessità. Il check out è alle 10 perché la camera va rifatta per gli ospiti successivi. Se non abbiamo clienti in arrivo permettiamo il check out tardivo. Questo però comporta la sosta prolungata del personale che deve rifare le camere e pertanto un costo aggiuntivo alla nostra struttura che non può per questioni di bilancio, ricadere su di noi. Come in tutte le strutture alcuni servizi sono a pagamento. Dal mattino fino alle 21 si può usufruire gratuitamente della sauna, però va richiesto in reception. Il ragazzo l'accende, in 20 minuti entra in temperatura ed è usufruibile. Offriamo questo servizio su richiesta, perché sarebbe un costo inutile accenderla al mattino e spegnerla alla sera se nessuno ne fa uso. Mi dispiace che non l'abbia chiesto in reception e non abbia potuto usufruire di essa. Cordiali saluti. Giampaolo Padroni.

Very nice place, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The structure has a very beautiful rustic character, with exposed beam ceilings and inserts of live stone on the walls. Very courteous and helpful staff, simple but rich breakfast. Definitely worth choosing.
